Breast Milk (ASI) is the primary source of nutrition for infants and provides long-term health benefits. However, some mothers experience insufficient breast milk production. Moringa leaves (Moringa oleifera) are known as a natural galactagogue that can enhance breast milk production. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of moringa leaves in increasing breast milk production through a systematic literature review and meta-analysis. Literature searches were conducted in the PubMed, Scopus, and Cochrane Library databases using relevant keywords. The meta-analysis results showed that moringa leaf supplementation significantly increased breast milk volume and prolactin levels compared to the control. However, further research is needed to evaluate its mechanism of action and long-term safety.

This study analyzes the intergenerational transmission of war trauma across three generations of Palestinian families through a systematic meta-analysis of 47 longitudinal studies (1948–2024), comprising 12,873 participants. The findings confirm a PTSD prevalence rate of 73.4% in the first generation (n=4,291), 61.2% in the second generation (n=4,582), and 48.7% in the third generation (n=4,000). Furthermore, hierarchical regression analysis reveals a significant correlation between the severity of first-generation trauma and its manifestation in subsequent generations (r=0.68, p<0.001). The most dominant intergenerational trauma symptoms include anxiety (89.3%), depression (82.1%), and attachment disorders (76.5%). Structural equation modelling identifies three primary mediators of trauma transmission: parenting patterns (?=0.59), family trauma narratives (?=0.47), and epigenetic factors (?=0.41). Consequently, this study extends the findings of Danieli et al. (2016) on intergenerational trauma mechanisms and contributes to Kellermann's (2013) theoretical model on protective factors in trauma resilience. Unlike previous research by Hassan (2019), which focused on two generations, these findings reveal an adaptive pattern in the third generation through the development of collective resilience (82.3%) and positive coping strategies (77.8%), offering a novel perspective on the potential for intergenerational trauma healing in the context of prolonged conflict.

Combined care is a care system where babies and mothers are treated in one unit. In its implementation, the baby must always be by the mother's side from birth until he returns home. The advantages of combined care are that it promotes the use of breast milk, emotional contact between mother and baby is established from an early age, mothers can learn to take care of babies and mothers can immediately report strange baby conditions they encounter. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between postpartum maternal knowledge and the benefits of combined care at Bhayangkara Hospital Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan. This research method uses a type of analytical descriptive research with data collection techniques using a cross sectional approach and the instrument used is a questionnaire. The population of this study is all postpartum mothers at Bhayangkara Hospital Banjarmasin with a sampling technique using accidental sampling, with a sample of 30 respondents. The results obtained from the bivariate analysis of the chisquare statistical test showed that the value of p = 0.000 > ? = 0.05. The results obtained were that most postpartum mothers had insufficient knowledge, namely 15 people (50%) with most of them having a high school education of 14 people (46.7%), and never carried out combined care as many as 19 people (63.3%). The conclusion shows that most postpartum mothers have less knowledge about the benefits of combined care at Bhayangkara Hospital Banjarmasin. This shows that a person's level of education also affects the level of mother's knowledge.

Good pharmaceutical procurement management can prevent stock shortages, reduce costs, and improve healthcare service quality. However, issues such as medication shortages, delayed procurement, and discrepancies between demand and supply are still common. This literature review aims to analyze pharmaceutical procurement management in hospital pharmacy units. The literature search yielded 10 relevant articles on pharmaceutical procurement management in hospital pharmacy units. The databases used were Google Scholar, ScienceDirect, and Semantic Scholar. The keywords used were management, pharmaceutical procurement, and hospital. The search results underwent a screening process using the PICO elements and the CRAAP method. The findings indicate that pharmaceutical management in various hospitals has shown progress, but still faces challenges such as inaccurate data collection, delayed drug supply, and storage facilities that do not meet standards. Other obstacles include limited funds, inability to pay on time, and a lack of integrated information systems. However, some aspects are well-managed, such as the use of e-purchasing and proper drug storage categorization.
