The management of State-Owned Goods (SOG) is a crucial aspect of asset management that requires an effective and efficient system. This study aims to analyze the optimization of the State Asset Management Information System (SIMAN) as a tool for managing SOG at the Office of State Treasury and Auction Service (KPKNL) Semarang. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, this research evaluates the implementation of SIMAN in improving the accuracy, efficiency, and transparency of SOG management. The findings indicate that the implementation of SIMAN successfully integrates all aspects of SOG management into a comprehensive digital platform, accelerating the processes of inventory, recording, and reporting SOG. Furthermore, the system facilitates monitoring and auditing by providing real-time and accurate data. The improvement in coordination among units and the use of user feedback are key factors in the system's optimization. However, challenges related to human resource training and technological infrastructure support still require further attention. Overall, SIMAN has had a positive impact on organizational performance and has strengthened accountability and transparency in the management of SOG at KPKNL Semarang.

Profitability shows how efficiently a company generates profit by optimizing the use of its owned assets. To management and investors, profitability provides a yardstick to assess how effectively a company uses its assets to achieve profitability. This research aims to investigate the impact of receivable turnover, debt-to-equity ratio, inventory turnover, and firm size on profitability. Employing a purposive sampling approach, the study sampled 9 Indonesian pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2019 and 2023. Multiple linear regression analysis was employed as a statistical testing tool to analyze secondary data from annual reports. The results show that receivable turnover, inventory turnover, and firm size do not significantly impact profitability, while the debt-to-equity ratio has a significant negative effect.

The purpose of The purpose of this study is to evaluate and examine the influence of monetary turnover and income rotation on the yield on the assets (ROA) in food and beverage businesses listed on the stock exchange in Indonesia. (IDX). The subjects in the present research were factories in the Industrial Sector, Food and Beverage Division, enrolled on the Indonesian Securities Exchange. (2020-2022), totaling 18 companies. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi rekonsiliasi laporan keuangan periode triwulan III tahun 2022 pembaruan single database berbasis Aplikasi SAKTI Kementerian Perdagangan Republik Indonesia. Subjek pada penelitian adalah Kementerian Perdagangan Republik Indonesia dan memiliki objek penelitian rekonsiliasi laporan keuangan periode triwulan III tahun 2022 pasca penerapan single database Aplikasi SAKTI. Metode dilakukan dengan wawancara dan pengumpulan dokumen melalui jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dalam mendeskripsikan suatu peristiwa atau kejadian tertentu hingga mendapatkan data menggunakan teknik analisis data ineraktif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan tentang proses rekonsiliasi laporan keuangan triwulan III 2022 berbasis Aplikasi SAKTI Kementerian Perdagangan Republik Indonesia yang merupakan proses penyandingan data yang berperan dalam memastikan kesesuaian dan kebenaran data transaksi terutama dalam penyusunan laporan keuangan yang dapat mengklasifikasi terjadinya perbedaan antara data satuan kerja dengan data Kantor Pelayanan Kebendaharaan Negara dari sumber yang sama untuk membentuk data yang andal dan akuntabel. Proses rekonsiliasi saat ini dilakukan pembaruan secara otomatis dengan penerapan single database pada Aplikasi SAKTI. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dengan bidang analis pengelolaan keuangan, operator sakti modul bendahara dan pelaporan, verifikator keuangan masih ditemukan kendala seperti pada proses migrasi saldo awal ke sakti banyak belum terselesaikan yang menjadikan belum input setoran oleh beberapa satker sehingga adanya selisih rekon internal, persediaan yang belum teregister, data inventaris yang belum terselesaikan dan juga diakibatkan dari kelalaian SDM di lingkup internal itu sendiri, sehingga seringkali terjadinya selisih pada transaksi saat periode rekonsiliasi berlangsung.ABSTRACT This study aims to evaluate the reconciliation of financial statements for the third quarter of 2022 by updating a single database based on the SAKTI Application, Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia. The subject of the research is the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia and has the research object of reconciliation of financial statements for the third quarter of 2022 after the implementation of the SAKTI Application single database. The method was carried out by interviewing and collecting documents through qualitative descriptive research types in describing an event or certain events to obtain data using interactive data analysis techniques with a qualitative approach. The results of the research show the reconciliation process for the third quarter of 2022 financial reports based on the SAKTI Application of the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia, which is a data matching process that plays a role in ensuring the suitability and correctness of transaction data, especially in the preparation of financial reports which can classify discrepancies between work unit data and service office data. State Treasury from the same source to form reliable and accountable data. The reconciliation process is currently being updated automatically by implementing a single database in the SAKTI Application. Based on the results of interviews with financial management analysts, sacred operators, treasurer and reporting modules, financial verifiers still found problems such as the initial balance migration process to Sakti, many of which had not been resolved, which resulted in the input of deposits not being made by several work units, resulting in differences in internal accounts, inventories that had not been registered, inventory data that has not been completed and also results from HR negligence in the internal scope itself, so that discrepancies often occur in transactions during the reconciliation period.

Financial management is an administrative activity related to budget planning, storing, using, recording and monitoring the entry and exit of money or organizational funds. This study aims to develop a fuel inventory control system so that it can facilitate monitoring the volume of fuel stock from each bunker ship and can be reported at any time, so that the leadership can estimate the addition of fuel orders to PT. Pertamina for each bunker ship that is adjusted to the incoming fuel request order. If there is a sudden fuel order by the customer, the company can still serve the customer well, so that the fuel stock can be controlled and can be monitored properly at any time. The research method used in the information system monitoring the pump fabrication process is Research and Development (R&D) in this study only until the 6th (sixth) stage and produces the final product in the form of a prototype, so it does not reach the product implementation stage. The six steps are Research and information collecting, Planning, Develop preliminary form of product, Preliminary field testing, Main product revision and Main field testing. This application is made using Macromedia Dream Weaver and MySQL database.

Inventory of finished goods is an important component in supporting the company's operational activities through sales activities. This research method uses qualitative methods by gathering various information and data needed to complete the inventory recording report. The procurement records inventory and invoices still using manual, which makes the process of releasing finished goods less effective. In this case so that the process of releasing goods can be done easily and quickly to avoid mistakes that occur in the process of recording and inputting, finished goods inventory using a web-based application.

The inventory system is one of the most important managerial functions, because the majority of companies involve large investments in this aspect, as well as for PT Sango Ceramics Indonesia which uses a lot of inventory in the field of planning and controlling its inventory costs. PT Sango Ceramics Indonesia is a company engaged in the ceramic industry. Problems that often occur so far include the company not determining the frequency of ordering raw materials and storing raw materials, as a result the costs incurred by the company for ordering raw materials are quite high, and the absence of a safety stock to anticipate uncertain inventory needs. The Periodic Review method is a method that can help the process of controlling raw material inventory costs. This method uses an approach to the concept of the number of orders economically used in each period which is a diverse demand. The application of the Periodic Review Method (R, s, s) policy on the inventory system is able to produce a lower total inventory cost, order volume and inventory levels in a balanced manner. . Judging from these problems, the authors need to redesign the stock information system using a computer-based system, namely Microsoft Visual Basic. System design using Qlient Server which consists of input design, system design and procedure, output design fiber. This new system is expected to be able to overcome the weaknesses of the previously used information system.

The development method used by the author is the prototype method, where the system created will be tailored to the needs of the user, if there is a change in the system it will be repaired until the user is satisfied with the system.

Because the working area is quite extensive and the number of processes in and out of goods, the company must be more careful in calculating inventory. In the process of recording and counting inventory at this time the company is still using Microsoft Excel so there are still many obstacles. Kaliwungu Dream Building Shop is a business engaged in the sale of building materials and building-producing tools. This trading business sells various materials and tools for building buildings such as sand, cement, nails, paint, hammers and so on. The Dream Building Shop was founded by Mr. Zaenal, whose address is Jalan Raya Sekopek No. 10 Sarirejo Kaliwungu, Kendal Regency. Kaliwungu Dream Building Shop in recording sales transactions, purchases and reports - reports still use the manual method by writing them into a book, this method still requires time which is relatively old and prone to calculation errors, as a result you have to work 2 times or even many times to recalculate transactions that occur. Factors that are generally controlled are human errors that occur in cooking data and storing & maintaining paper-shaped documents, where this is very difficult to overcome. In addition, the process of searching for data or inventory is also less effective and efficient. also affect customers, even though performance according to the store is needed to satisfy customers.

Currently the development of information technology is growing rapidly. Therefore the application of information systems in agencies and companies is needed because information technology makes the performance will be implemented well and can handle a variety of data processing. One company that requires information technology is PT. Poliplas Makmur Santosa Ungaran. Inventory system used at PT. Makmur Santosa Ungaran Poliplas is still in the form of notes in the form of spreadsheets that are concurrently daily, making it vulnerable to errors in planning raw material requirements, and the uncontrolled use of production raw materials such as dyes. Therefore we need an adequate raw material planning information system to process data and make raw material planning reports automatically. The purpose of this study is to determine the amount and time of raw materials that must be available for the smooth production process. The problem formulated is when the raw material must be available at PT. Poliplas Makmur Santosa with the right amount and time. The method used in this research is Material Requirement Planning (MRP). The results of this study indicate that the implementation of a computerized system at PT. Poliplas Makmur Santosa Ungaran can support the smooth production related to the availability of the right material, with the right amount and time so that data storage can be more safe and efficient, the program used to make this application uses the VB programming language. NET and SQL Server 2008 as database management.

PT. Nusantara Sakti Salatiga or often referred to as NSS is an automotive company or dealer of two-wheeled motor vehicles with the Honda brand, which is located at JL. Cutting No. 100 Salatiga. This company has a very rapid development, this is evidenced in 2017 the stock inventory increased by 25%. Motorcycle inventory monitoring information system with a web-based average method at PT. Nusantara is an accounting information system created to overcome data processing problems which are still in the form of manual bookkeeping so that the data is less valid and less effective time to present reports and even data storage has not been recorded which results in easy data loss. Existing problems can be overcome by creating an accounting information system Monitoring Inventory and making a data storage information system that is valid and effective. Designing a good computerized system that is expected to assist officers in presenting reports quickly and accurately. Data collection methods used are the questionnaire method and Likert scale. The method of designing a motorcycle inventory monitoring information system is made using the methodology of R&D, Flowchat, DFD, ERD and Normalization. The program used to create this application uses the PHP and MySQL programming languages ​​as Database management. The results of this study indicate that the motorcycle inventory monitoring information system with a web-based average method at PT. The archipelago can be used to solve inventory processing problems that include data collection of data, supplier data collection, data entry of goods, data collection of goods out, and inventory using the average method can make reports that are valid, effective and efficient so that reports can be accounted for and risk error will be minimal.

Sisfo Monitoring of Goods Inventory in Shop Based on Visual Basic 6.0 Multiuser with FIFO method Studin Case in Cimory on the valley Ssemarang Regency is an information system created to overcome the problem of data processing which is still in manual bookkeeping so it takes a long time and results are inaccurate or recap The data does not even have data storage yet undatabase which results in easy data loss. The existing problems can be overcome by making Monitoring of inventory and making data storage information systems more secure and efficient. The design method of monitoring inventory of goods made using the R&D methodology, Flowchat, DFD, ERD and Normalization. The program used to create this application uses the programming language Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 and MySQL as Database management. The results of this study indicate that the monitoring of inventory of goods applied in Cimory on the valley Semarang Regency can be used to solve data processing problems in the warehouse which include data data collection, data entry of goods, data collection of goods out, data collection of suppliers and customer data collection can make accurate reports , fast and efficient so that reports can be accounted for and the risk of loss of goods will be minimal.
