The size of the company as a moderator in defining the correlation between capital structure, profit, and firm value is the focus of this study. Adopting a quantitative associative approach, this research focuses on the non-cyclical consumer sector registered on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2020–2023. Of the 125 companies, 73 were purposively selected to create the research sample, yielding 292 observations after excluding entities with incomplete data and those with special monitoring status. The authors gathered secondary data from audited yearly financial reports through the IDX portal and corporate websites. The analysis used quasi-moderation techniques by combining independent variables, moderation, and interaction in a single regression model, processed through EViews 13. The research results show that capital structure has a significant positive impact on firm value, while profitability has no significant impact. Firm size has been shown to affect the relationship that exists between capital structure and firm value, but it does not moderate the association between profitability and firm value. These findings confirm that leverage’s effectiveness in increasing firm value is independent of company size and that profitability is not a primary determinant in this context. This research provides empirical evidence to advance capital structure theory and to inform executives’ strategic financial decisions and investors’ evaluations of corporate outlooks.

This research aims to identify the issues faced by one of the paint distributors in managing their sales information system. The study notes that despite the store's successful sales activities, the utilization of the sales information system remains limited, with the store preferring to manage products without online information handling applications. Based on observations, some weaknesses of the current system include lack of stock data accuracy, hindrances in providing real-time stock information, and limitations in tracking stock changes. The author suggests providing training to users of the web-based sales information system and establishing clear task allocation, as well as system improvements to address existing weaknesses. These suggestions are expected to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in sales management and meet the needs of both administrators and buyers.

The process of deleting fixed assets is still using Microsoft Excel so its performance is still not effective. The problem that arises is when recording assets that will be deleted but the physical condition of the assets does not exist and another problem is that there are still many unrecorded assets for deletion so that employees have to look for asset data and become ineffective. This problem can be solved by designing an information system for the disposal of fixed assets using the waterfall and web-based model, the PHP programming language and MySQL as the database. The method used is the UML (Unified Modelling System) system modelling, namely Activity Diagrams and Use Case Diagram. The design of this information system aims to assist BPKAD employees in handling the asset write-off process and producing the required reports.
