This study aims to analyze the influence of workload on employee performance, the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance, and work discipline on employee performance. The unit of analysis of the research is PD. Karya Bearing Motor Bekasi, Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires, with a total of 25 respondents. This study uses a descriptive method through a quantitative approach with the help of SPSS version 27. The results of the study show that the value of sig. The workload variable is 0.741 > 0.05, the workload variable has no effect on employee performance. The value of sig. Of the job satisfaction variables, which are 0.868 > 0.05, the job satisfaction variable has no effect on employee performance. The value of sig. From the work discipline variables, which are 0.989 > 0.05, the work discipline variable has no effect on employee performance. Then simultaneously the variables of workload, job satisfaction, and work discipline have no effect on the performance of PD employees. Karya Bearing Motor.

This study aims to examine the effect of cyberloafing, work stress, and compensation on employee performance at PT. Putra Srikaton Logistics Semarang. Data was collected from respondents in the form of employee data of PT. Putra Srikaton Logistics Semarang. This study used a saturated sample of 110 respondents. The data analysis approach applied is a validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression test, coefficient of determination test, F test, and t-test in the SPSS version 23 application. The results showed that cyberloafing and work stress have a negative and significant effect on employee performance. While compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

The development of information technology in the era of Industry 4.0 and Society 5.0 necessitates accounting professionals to enhance their AI-based information technology knowledge supported by soft skills. This research utilizes primary data through questionnaire-based data collection. The study's population comprises employees of Lifetime Design Manufacture using Accurate software, with purposive sampling as the sampling technique. The research findings indicate that accounting knowledge, information technology knowledge, and soft skills significantly impact employee performance. The study has limitations that require refinement and development. Future research could identify additional variables influencing employee performance for a more comprehensive corporate strategy.

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between increasing skills, self-motivation and workforce supply strategies that directly and indirectly affect HR career development through work productivity as an intervening variable. This study only describes the effect of career advancement through skill improvement, HR self-motivation and labor supply strategies by the government that affect HR work productivity, where skill improvement, self-motivation and workforce provision are government programs to help improve career advancement through work productivity. . The novelty of this research is improving skills, self-motivation and strategies for providing manpower to increase HR careers and work productivity. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative research method using path analysis. Partially, only the skill improvement and self-motivation variables have a positive and significant effect on the work productivity variable and the HR career improvement variable. Meanwhile, simultaneously, the variables of increasing skill and self-motivation have a positive and significant effect on the work productivity variable through the HR career improvement variable as an intervening variable. With the increase in the skills possessed by HR, they will always motivate themselves to be better and can increase their competence, so that it will affect their ability to be productive, so as to be able to create work productivity of each individual which leads to increased employee performance.
