The demand for real-time performance monitoring in the Industry 5.0 era encourages organizations to adopt integrated approaches to management control systems. This study aims to develop and validate a Balanced Scorecard (BSC)-based performance evaluation model integrated with computerized accounting systems to enhance managerial decision-making quality. The research employs a Research and Development (R&D) approach, following systematic stages of model development including needs analysis, system design, prototype construction, and expert validation. Primary data were obtained from three management accounting experts and two information system practitioners who evaluated the model using five key criteria: accuracy of key performance indicators (KPI), ease of use, indicator relevance, data visualization quality, and implementation feasibility. The findings reveal that all criteria achieved average scores above 4.0 on a five-point scale, indicating a high level of expert consensus and confirming the model’s conceptual validity. The highest scores were recorded for KPI accuracy (4.5) and implementation feasibility (4.4), demonstrating the model’s potential for real-world application. The novelty of this study lies in its integration of BSC metrics with real-time accounting data processing through the R&D approach, resulting in a systematic framework for performance monitoring. Future research is recommended to enhance dashboard interactivity and conduct field implementation testing to measure the model’s impact on decision-making quality.

Computerized accounting is a system used to process company transaction data by using computers as a technological medium for application work processes and to produce financial reports for a company. The use and application of computer technology in office activities is a requirement and fairness that is needed, without having to eliminate manual systems. The use of computers will be able to improve employee performance in supporting activities in an agency or company. Financial management within the regional scope is the regional task and authority in organizing regional agencies which includes several sections including budgeting, income, expenditure, and accounting and accountability. The aim of this research is to design a web-based computerized accounting system for regional income and expenditure in Wates Village. And create a computerized accounting system that can assist the process of recording and storing web-based regional income and regional expenditure transaction data which produces regional income and expenditure report information. In creating a computerized system for regional income and expenditure, the software used is Sublime Texet3. Data storage uses MySQL and programming languages ​​use PHP and HTML. The research results show that the computerized accounting system makes it easier for finance employees to record financial transactions. Then financial reports are produced more quickly and data errors can be minimized and more structured data is stored in the database. So this new system really helps agencies in Wates Ngaliyan Village, Semarang, where the application is equipped with a menu for input, processes and reports that process transactions, both income and expenditure.

This study aims to determine the impact of the effectiveness and efficiency of using computerized accounting information systems. This research was conducted at Perumda Tirta Manuntung Balikpapan. The method used is qualitative and the technique used is interviewing. The test results of this study, namely the Use of Computerized Information Systems accounting, have an effective impact by looking at time, data input, productivity, supervision and work evaluation and the use of Computerized Information Systems Accounting has an efficiency impact by seeing that the number of data output results produced is greater than the number of data input results. The impact of this effectiveness and efficiency is due to the various features available in the Computerized Accounting Information System that make it easier for users to input journals and make financial reports.

The Mranggen III Health Center is one of the government agencies in the technical implementing unit of the Demak District health office. Patient registration services and administrative payments at the Mranggen III Health Center are still conventional, causing long queues. In addition, the process of processing data to become information cannot be accessed directly by the leadership because there are no computerized and multi-user or client-server applications. Based on these problems, a Puskesmas administration information system design was made that could suit the needs. Making an information system using the programming language Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 and SQL Server 2000 as a multiuser-based database. With the design of the development of an administrative information system for the Mranggen III Health Center, it is hoped that it will be able to handle the problems that exist in the Mranggen III Health Center, namely being able to speed up service to patients and by using a multiuser-based information system. Leaders and several staff can access it simultaneously and quickly.

The research method is applied to the research phase such as data collection, system analysis, system design, system implementation, and system testing. The results of the study are cash management applications that help companies record incoming and outgoing cash transactions. This application helps the system running in the company to be more effective and efficient.

Clinic is a health service institution that is used to provide medical services needed by the community. The clinic aims to help improve the quality of health in the community and the clinic can be managed by the government or the private sector. In order to create good and fast service to the community, it can be supported by computerized accounting records. The purpose of this study is to determine the appropriate cash management accounting information system at DYNA Clinic in Banjarmasin, as well as to produce a Web-Based Cash Management Application Program This study found that all cash records at the DYNA clinic were still manual. The author suggests using a web-based cash management application program to help DYNA Clinic record patient data, record cash management transactions and make it easier to find information on cash receipts and disbursements.

At PT Philnesia International, if an order is received by the company, then the company makes products in accordance with existing orders. Control and planning of raw materials are very important in the production process so that the production process can run smoothly, on time and can reduce delays in delivery. PT Philnesia International wants to create a computerized Production Accounting Information System. In addition to making it more effective, accurate and efficient, the owner wants to make it easier for his employees to perform more advanced and modern and makes it easier to view reports every day. The results that will be obtained from the design of this system is an information system that can make it easier for companies to determine raw material requirements, the production process and view the required reports.

In line with the development of science and technology today, a job that is done requires fast-paced data and information. By getting data and information quickly, the company has the ability to develop faster. Inventory is a very important part for a company. Inventory of goods is one of the tasks of logistics management in a company, namely support in the procurement of goods for the company. (024) 3584074 - 3584075. This company has a wide enough working area covering Central Java and DIY. Because the working area is quite extensive and the number of processes in and out of goods, the company must be more careful in calculating inventory. In the process of recording and counting inventory at this time the company is still using Microsoft Excel so there are still many obstacles. One of the difficulties experienced is the frequent occurrence of errors in making inventory reports. Besides making reports takes longer because there is no computerized database system. With the development of technology, especially in the field of computers, the authors try to create a computer-based inventory program using Visual Basic 6.0. This is expected to help companies in making goods inventory more quickly and accurately.

The advancement of information technology especially in computerized systems is snowballing. It is also backed by a range of demands from industry/ companies that want to abandon the conventional way of conducting business operations to the use of information technology. Therefore we need an adequate raw material planning information system to process data and make raw material planning reports automatically. The purpose of this study is to determine the amount and time of raw materials that must be available for the smooth production process. The problem formulated is when the raw material must be available at PT. Poliplas Makmur Santosa with the right amount and time. The method used in this research is Material Requirement Planning (MRP). The results of this study indicate that the implementation of a computerized system at PT. Poliplas Makmur Santosa Ungaran can support the smooth production related to the availability of the right material, with the right amount and time so that data storage can be more safe and efficient, the program used to make this application uses the VB programming language. NET and SQL Server 2008 as database management.

Designing a good computerized system that is expected to assist officers in presenting reports quickly and accurately. Data collection methods used are the questionnaire method and Likert scale. The method of designing a motorcycle inventory monitoring information system is made using the methodology of R&D, Flowchat, DFD, ERD and Normalization. The program used to create this application uses the PHP and MySQL programming languages ​​as Database management. Database application development tools using MySQL and programming languages ​​using Visual Basic 6.0.
