This research was conducted to describe the condition of displaced communities who experience limitations in meeting basic needs, such as decent housing, access to education, and health services. Socio-economic inequality is the main factor that affects the quality of life of vulnerable groups, including children, adults, and the elderly. The Rumah Asa program is designed as an effort to provide protection, psychological support, and economic empowerment through skills training and health services according to needs. The research used a qualitative approach through interviews, field observations, and questionnaire dissemination to gain an in-depth understanding of the respondents' living situation. The research population consisted of displaced individuals who had the potential to become beneficiaries of the program. The data obtained were analyzed to identify patterns of vulnerability and intervention needs. The results showed that each respondent faced unstable socio-economic conditions, with limited income, lack of family support, and high health risks. The discussion showed that neglect is multidimensional and requires comprehensive interventions that include material, emotional, social, and health aspects. The conclusion of the study confirms that the Rumah Asa Program has great potential as a model of effective social intervention in improving the quality of life of vulnerable groups, as long as it is supported by the collaboration of the community, government, and social institutions.

Academic stress is a prevalent issue among Indonesian students, affecting both their academic performance and mental well-being. This study investigates the effectiveness of short educational videos on social media in improving students' knowledge about academic stress. A descriptive quantitative approach was used, with a sample of 35 Nursing students from the 2024 cohort at Malahayati University. The data was collected through questionnaires administered before and after students were exposed to 1-3 minute educational videos. The results showed a notable increase in the average knowledge score, from 82.71 to 85. The findings suggest that short videos, which are visually engaging and easy to access, are highly effective for Generation Z learners. Social media platforms, particularly TikTok and Instagram, can be valuable tools for early psychological intervention, providing students with accessible resources to manage academic stress on their own. This study highlights the potential of leveraging digital platforms to support student well-being and offers insights into innovative approaches for addressing mental health challenges in educational settings.

Bullying is one of the issues that frequently occurs in elementary school environments and has serious impacts on children’s psychological, social, and academic development. Efforts to prevent and address bullying are essential through education involving students, teachers, and the surrounding community. This study aims to describe the role of Community Service Program (Kuliah Kerja Nyata, KKN) students in providing anti-bullying education at UPT SDN 033915 Pasi. The research employed a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach. Data were obtained through observation, simple interviews, and documentation of the anti-bullying seminar activities conducted by KKN students at the school. The purpose of this education is to increase public awareness, especially among teenagers, of the impacts of early marriage through educational seminars and Service-Learning-based outreach in Naga Kesiangan Village. Early marriage remains a critical issue in Indonesia, often associated with health risks, psychological stress, and limited educational and social opportunities for young people. The Service-Learning approach was chosen because it not only provides knowledge transfer but also actively engages participants in reflection and discussion, ensuring that the learning process is more contextual and sustainable. The method used was Service-Learning, involving 30 teenagers aged 15–19 years, 15 parents, and 5 community leaders who were purposively selected for their direct relevance to the issue. Activities included seminars, small group discussions, interactive question-and-answer sessions, and collective reflection. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in participants’ understanding, from 42% (pre-test) to 81% (post-test). Participants gained a deeper understanding of the health, psychological, social, and educational risks of early marriage and were encouraged to delay marriage by choosing positive alternatives through education and skill development. This program also strengthened the role of families and community leaders as preventive agents by fostering collective awareness and support. Thus, educational seminars integrated with Service-Learning prove to be effective and replicable strategies to prevent early marriage practices, while also empowering communities to build healthier, more resilient generations.

Maternal anxiety during the childbirth process is a common psychological condition that can potentially increase the risk of complications, prolong labor, and reduce the likelihood of a positive birthing experience. High anxiety levels in mothers may interfere with the effectiveness of labor, impact maternal and fetal well-being, and lead to increased medical interventions. One of the most important support systems during labor is the presence and active involvement of the husband. The husband’s role is not only limited to being present but also includes providing emotional, physical, and motivational support to the mother. Recognizing the importance of this role, this community service program was designed to enhance husbands’ understanding and skills in supporting their wives during childbirth, thereby helping to reduce maternal anxiety. The program consisted of several stages, including the delivery of structured health education sessions on maternal needs during labor, demonstrations of effective communication techniques, simulations of support during different stages of childbirth, and interactive discussions to address questions and share experiences. Through these activities, participants were encouraged to build empathy, strengthen their knowledge about labor, and develop the confidence to assist their wives effectively. The results of the program indicated a noticeable improvement in the husbands’ awareness of the importance of their role, as well as increased confidence in providing both emotional reassurance and physical assistance. Participants reported feeling better prepared to accompany their wives, manage unexpected situations, and foster a more supportive environment during childbirth. This initiative highlights the significant impact that targeted education and training for husbands can have on maternal psychological well-being, ultimately contributing to safer and more positive birth experiences.

The implementation of this research, conducted through Community Service Activities, is grounded in the conditions experienced by parents in caring for children with special needs, such as autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, cerebral palsy, or other developmental disorders. The heavy burden of caregiving can increase the risk of psychological distress. This Community Service Activity was carried out at the Sahabat Autis Bogor Foundation, located in Billabong Permai Housing Complex, Block C3D No. 2, Bojong Gede, accompanying seven parents of students. The objective of the Community Service Activity was to enhance the quality of life of the mothers, stabilize their mental health, prevent mental health decline, and provide optimal support for their children with mental health challenges. The methods employed in the Community Service Activity included (1) Socialization and Seminar Implementation, (2) Psychological Support and Counseling, and (3) Coping Strategy Training and the Establishment of a Support Group. The findings from this research activity indicated that parents struggled to express the anger and bitterness they experienced as side effects of stress, fatigue, and the lack of attention to their own needs. Parents, particularly mothers of children with special needs, were found to be more vulnerable to prolonged stress, anxiety, and even depression compared to mothers of children without special needs. They also experienced trauma in introducing their children to their social environment and exhibited heightened concerns regarding their children's careers and futures.

Habituation in education is very much needed because psychologically, students model more behavior or figures they idolize, including their teachers. Habituation is also no less important in learning activities. Moral development activities for students are carried out at Dharma Wanita Sumberrejo Kindergarten through the habituation method of learning Islamic Religious Education (PAI). The research method used is a service method that describes the phenomenon that occurs as it is, data sources are obtained through school leaders, teachers and parents of children. The analysis is carried out with reference to the stages of tabulation, coding and giving meaning to the data. The results of the service show that the implementation of child moral development through the habituation method already contains the main teachings of Islam, namely Akidah (faith), Sharia (Islamic) and Akhlak (Ihsan). The method of habituation given by means of getting used to the behavior or moral attitude of the child repeatedly and continuously. In addition to the habituation carried out by teachers in schools, the role of parents is actually important for children's habituation in practicing Islamic teachings that have been taught through habituation in schools, but this role will not be maximized when parental involvement is not full on the development of children's behavior and morals.
