Chronic kidney disease (CKD) is a metabolic disorder that is increasingly prevalent among the productive-age population and can significantly impair quality of life, particularly due to its progressive nature and often asymptomatic presentation in the early stages. Routine assessments of kidney function—such as estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) and serum creatinine levels—are essential for the early detection of kidney impairment. The Community Service Program (PKM) conducted in Grogol Village aimed to raise public awareness regarding the importance of early screening for kidney dysfunction. Among the 71 participants involved in the activity, 9 individuals (12.68%) had elevated serum creatinine levels, 4 individuals (5.63%) showed evidence of stage 3a kidney function decline, and 31 individuals (43.66%) were identified with stage 2 kidney function decline. Only 36 participants (50.7%) had normal kidney function. These results underscore the necessity of early detection efforts to prevent the progression of CKD and to promote sustained public awareness on the importance of maintaining kidney and metabolic health.   Keywords: Chronic Kidney Disease, Creatinine, eGFR, Early Detection, Productive Age

Pesticides are all chemicals and other materials as well as microbes and viruses that are used to eradicate or prevent pests and diseases that damage plants. The majority of farmers use chemical pesticides because they are easy to apply practically, fast reaction, and more efficient. Vegetable pesticides or biopesticides are solutions of organic insecticide compounds that function as plant pest control and are environmentally friendly because the active ingredients are easily decomposed in nature. Compiled from the Village Information System page, it is known that the SDGs score of Lebo Village, the point of the village caring for the land environment, is at a percentage of 33.33%, which indicates that the aspect of caring for the land environment in Lebo Village is still low. Based on these conditions, students try to help improve village development in the aspect of land environmental care. Significant temperature changes make the body unable to adjust properly, which eventually leads to disease, affects the immune system, and increases the risk of developing viruses and bacteria. Empowerment of family medicinal plants in the cultivation and utilization of TOGA can be a way to overcome these problems, especially in the city of Surabaya. The purpose of this community service is to increase public understanding of the efficacy of TOGA and to create facilities for nature conservation, especially the cultivation of TOGA greenery. The form of community service activities is providing education, giving and planting TOGA, and monitoring TOGA maintenance. The resulting output is increasing public understanding of the efficacy of TOGA and creating facilities for nature conservation, especially cultivating reforestation for special TOGA gardens (Kencur, turmeric, temulawak, and binahong) so that they can help realize preventive and promotional communities in overcoming disease problems that often arise during the transition season.

The Digital Age is a period that cannot be separated from the rapid increase in information technology. Islamic nature and character is very valuable as a channel and barrier for children at TPQ in managing information technology in today's digital era. This is what underlies the importance of Parenting Skill Training for TPQ Al Ikhlas Santri Guardians in the Digital Era, the Islamic Digital Parenting community movement program. This program demonstrates to introduce the computerized world to guardians, and teach them to have the option of getting ready. Young people are facing the rapid advancement of innovation by applying Islamic traits to children. This Business Program aims to provide skills to prepare and provide knowledge to guardians regarding correct Islamic parenting patterns for children in old age. Departing from this problem, then, at that time, what the guardians of santri needed to do to prevent and survive the bad consequences of the computerized world was to develop Digital Resilience in children. Advanced Resilience is its capacity to control the possible risks of an internet-based world by developing virtues in young people (Shotbolt, 2016, 2017). This work should be made possible by instilling great Islamic qualities and character in young people.
