The increasing intensity of ultraviolet (UV) radiation due to global warming poses serious risks to skin health and has led to a rising market demand for natural-based skincare products. Jabiras Body Scrub is an innovative body care product formulated from guava and brown rice to protect and nourish the skin from UV exposure. This program aims to produce an organic-based skincare product while empowering local farmers as raw material suppliers. The target market includes men and women aged 17 and above across Indonesia, including visiting tourists. Laboratory tests show that each 50-gram package of Jabiras contains 3% vitamin C and 1% antioxidants, which are effective in improving skin condition within two weeks. The product is registered with a Business Identification Number (NIB) and has obtained Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) for its brand and promotional flyer. Marketing strategies are carried out digitally via social media and e-commerce, as well as conventionally through entrepreneurship expos and word of mouth. This initiative has reached its break-even point, with a total of 250 units sold from May to September, generating IDR 9,750,000 in revenue. This activity not only achieved its sales targets but also strengthened the foundation for a sustainable business model that supports local farmers.

The Community Service Program (KKN) of Raja Ali Haji Maritime University in Toapaya Village has a work program that aims to encourage the advancement of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) by facilitating the creation of Business Identification Numbers (NIB). This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach to understand the process, challenges, and impact of business legality on MSME actors. The results of the activity show that NIB ownership provides significant benefits, including increasing business legality and credibility, expanding access to capital, and opening opportunities to participate in various government programs. The assistance process was carried out through socialization, data collection, technical assistance, and NIB distribution. Despite facing obstacles such as limited digital literacy, internet access, and resistance to change, the collaboration between KKN students, the village government, and related agencies succeeded in helping MSME actors obtain NIBs effectively. With business legality, MSMEs in Toapaya Village were able to increase their competitiveness, expand their marketing networks, and strengthen their role in village economic development. This program proves that MSME empowerment based on business legality can be an important foundation for village independence and sustainable economic growth.

This research is motivated by the lack of knowledge and ability of MSME actors to carry out product branding, especially in the Kepatihan Kulon sub-district. One of these problems is that the majority of MSMEs have not found a brand to attract customers and packaging that still does not attract buyers and there is limited information regarding product branding. To overcome this problem, it is necessary to carry out research and assistance. The aim of this research is to provide assistance and introduction to creating NIB accounts and checking business names and logos as well as assistance and creating the latest logos for selected MSMEs. The method in this research uses the PAR (Participatory Action Research) method to make it easier for researchers to define problems and provide action as a solution to the problems that have been defined. The results of this research explain that so far MSMEs in the Kepatihan Kulon sub-district have only prioritized taste without paying attention to branding and packaging, so the hopes of this assistance for MSMEs can be higher than before. Apart from that, creating an NIB account is expected to make MSMEs more concerned about the legality of their business.

One very important aspect in the development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) is the form of granting permits for carrying out business activities, which are given by the authorities to business actors. Legality in a business also has a very important role, because it is used as an indication that the business being established is feasible and running. NIB is a business identity number used by business actors to obtain business permits and commercial or operational permits. The community service activities carried out were creating Business Identification Numbers through Online Single Submission (OSS) and marketing to several small business partners, due to a lack of understanding of gadget applications and a lack of product marketing strategies in Sukamoro Hamlet, Puncu Village. The purpose of this service is to provide understanding to the public about the importance of having business legality and product marketing. The method used is observation. The number of umkm in Sukomoro Hamlet is 11 umkm, and 1 umkm does not yet have an NIB. The UMKM was pleased and succeeded in forming an NIB so that it was able to obtain an NIB legality certificate, namely the "Salsabila" banana chips business. The results obtained from this activity were an increase in product quality and customers for "Salsabila" banana chips.
