Community participation in the formation of Village Regulations (Perdes) is an important indicator in realizing transparent, democratic, and responsive village governance to the needs of residents. However, in Teluk Kapuas Village, the level of community participation in the process is still relatively low. This is evident from the minimal involvement of residents and village officials in understanding the mechanisms and urgency of Perdes preparation. Based on these conditions, Community Service (PKM) activities were carried out with the aim of increasing the knowledge, understanding, and awareness of the community and village officials regarding the importance of active involvement in Perdes formation. The problems raised in this activity include: (1) the level of knowledge and understanding of village officials regarding the procedures for Perdes formation; and (2) factors that hinder the community from participating optimally. The methods used were lectures and interactive discussions involving village officials and community representatives. The results of the activities showed that the understanding of village officials and the community was still limited, so that participation in Perdes formation was not optimal. Through this PKM activity, it is hoped that there will be an increase in the understanding, awareness, and involvement of the Teluk Kapuas Village community in the Perdes formulation process so that it can produce village regulations that are more participatory and meet the needs of residents.

The implementation method is through counseling on post-immunization care for infants, namely handling fever at home. This activity involves health workers at the Lhok Beuringen Health Center. This Community Service was carried out in Mataram Maneh village. The implementation time was in November 2024. Participants in this Community Service activity were mothers who had children aged 1-12 months in Mataram Maneh village with a total of 20 people. The activity was carried out in stages (1) providing an explanation of the purpose of the activity; (2) providing knowledge about the importance of immunization (3) providing knowledge about how to handle post-immunization impacts. The results of the activity showed that there was an increase in mothers' knowledge about post-immunization care for infants. After participating in this activity, mothers can apply this knowledge as much as possible to babies in post-immunization care for infants. The community service activity aims to educate mothers in Matang Maneh village, Tanah Jambo Aye District, North Aceh Regency, and to determine the level of knowledge of mothers about immunization and its benefits, the method I use is quantitative by distributing questionnaires after and before the presentation, the results of immunization counseling in Matang Maneh village, Tanah Jambo Aye District, North Aceh Regency, showed an increase. before being given counseling 30% knew, after counseling increased to 80%.

PHBS is all health behavior carried out with awarness so that family members help themselves in the field of health and play an active role in health activities in the community. But currently there are still many. who are attacked by disease, as a result of not implementing clean and healthy living habits in the household. The aim of the research is to determine the level of knowledge of the community regarding Clean and Healthy Living Behavior. This research is an analytical observational study with a cross-sectional design and was carried out by 5 students at RW08, Sirnagalih Village, Taman Sari District, bogor regency in 2024. The method was carried out in this community service is by means of counseling because in our opinion this method is very effective in being used as a tool for the community regarding clean and healthy living behavior. The researchers observed that the community already has good knowledge regarding clean and healthy living behavior, but before providing  

Stunting in children under five years old is a serious global health problem, especially in Semarang City. Community service activities were carried out in Pedurungan Tengah Village. The aim of this study was to increase the understanding about stunting and its prevention. Discussion method was used to deliver the topics, as well as distributing leaflets as a source of additional information. The results of the activity showed good participation from 32 participants. Active discussions showed participants' interest in understanding the topic of stunting. This community service also highlights the importance of maternal knowledge regarding stunting, considering that the risk of stunting increases in mothers with low knowledge. The implementation of the activity ended with an evaluation that showed satisfactory results. It is hoped that this community service can help increase public knowledge and awareness about stunting, as well as contribute to efforts to prevent stunting in Semarang City.

Air pollution is not an unfamiliar phenomenon for areas surrounding industries. The Cikoneng area has a wok industry center where the production process produces air pollution fumes. The wok industry center is adjacent to residential houses so that the factory smoke produced has an impact on the health of the surrounding community. Therefore, the targets of counseling are community leaders, health cadres, youth organizations, and residents who live around the industrial area. The purpose of this empowerment activity is to increase community knowledge, awareness, and creativity towards planting Sansevieria plants with the kokedama technique to maintain environmental health around the wok industry. The material was given using the lecture method with the help of power point media and leaflets. While the practice of planting Sansevieria with kokedama technique uses lecture and simulation methods. The Wilcoxon test was used to measure the level of knowledge of participants from the pre-test and post-test results which could show a difference in results before and after providing material with asymp. Sig (2-tailed) of 0.002, it can be concluded that there is an increase in knowledge in participants who take part in counseling activities. It is hoped that the people of Jetak Hamlet can minimize air pollution generated from the wok industry process by planting Sansevieria plants.

Integrated service posts (posyandu) are community-sourced health efforts that are managed and organized from, by, for and with the community in implementing health development. Posyandu is an important health service for babies and toddlers. The visit of toddlers at Posyandu is related to the role of the mother as the person most responsible for the health of her toddler, influenced by the mother's visit, namely education, employment status, income level, level of knowledge, age of toddler, and number of children. toddler. Stunting is one of the national development problems in Indonesia which can hamper economic growth, increase poverty and inequality. This research aims to determine the role of posyandu in dealing with stunting in Kalumpang Village, Padarincang District, Serang Regency.

Low Back Pain (LBP) is one of the most popular health problem in society. The World Health Organization (WHO) states that there are 150 types of musculoskeletal disorders experienced by millions of people causing pain, inflammation, and functional limitation that will affect psychology and quality of life. Therefore, it is necessary to take steps for control the incidence of LBP and prevent complication due to LBP that can implemented to the community. This activity aims to increase the understanding of community members about Low Back Pain. Community service activities carried out in the form of physiotherapy counseling orderly with talkative method using power point and leaflets. Based on the response of the participants amount 8 respondents, it was found that before the delivered of material there were 3 people (37,5%) who had fair level of knowledge and 5 people (62.5%) had good level of knowledge about LBP. Meanwhile, after the counseling process, there were 8 people (100%) had a good level of knowledge about LBP. In conclusion, education and counseling had a good impact for increasing the knowledge of community members about Low Back Pain.
