Islamic boarding schools (pesantren) have great potential as centers for community-based economic empowerment, but the entrepreneurial mindset of students is often not optimally developed. This community service program aims to improve the entrepreneurial mindset of students at Al-Inayah Islamic Boarding School through experience-based training and intensive mentoring. The methods used include a participatory approach, interactive training, practical training on organic fertilizer production, strengthening Islamic entrepreneurial values, and mentoring in developing business ideas. This activity was attended by 30 students and evaluated using pre- and post-training instruments. The results showed a 36% increase in entrepreneurial mindset scores, accompanied by significant developments in creativity, risk-taking, and the ability to recognize market opportunities. The program also produced three initial business groups: organic fertilizer processing, agricultural product marketing, and agricultural equipment rental services, which serve as initial steps towards the economic independence of the Islamic boarding school. These findings confirm that experience-based training and ongoing mentoring are effective in shaping the entrepreneurial mindset of students and encouraging the optimization of the Islamic boarding school's productive assets as an effort to strengthen the economy based on Islamic values and sustainability.

At the company PT. PLN (Persero) ULTG Madiun carried out many tests relay, one of which is intertrip testing relay distance. Intertrip testing relay distance is a test carried out between 2 (two) relay distance conducting bays in main substations that face each other. Intertrip testing relay distance must be done if replacement occursrelay, replacement of teleprotection equipment, changes to protection schemes, and changes to logic circuitsrelay which is related to the send or receive signal from the opposite substation. However, this test requires synchronization between two intertrip test tools relay distance at each substation. In this final project, it will be designed Time Syncronization As A Tool For Intertrip Relay Distance Testing, to make things easier for PT employees. PLN (Persero) ULTG Madiun when synchronizing two intertrip test equipment relay distance. All process control of this tool uses ESP32 Devkit V1. Meanwhile for displaying setting time for testing can be seen on the web assisted by GPS NEO-6M. The results obtained when testing the Dolopo by Ponorogo R and S phase distance intertrip relay were carried out at 12.00.00, experiencing a delay time of 0.0553 seconds when the PMT tripped. Meanwhile, the Dolopo by Ponorogo T phase distance intertrip relay test was carried out on 12.09.00 and experienced a delay of 0.0529 seconds when the PMT tripped. From two intertrip relay distance tests, the trip time delay is no more than 0.1 second.

Salem District is one of the largest coffee commodities in Brebes Regency. This significant potential has yet to provide a meaningful contribution to the income of coffee farmers, especially in Gunung Jaya village, Salem District. The low income of coffee farmers is due to the fact that they still sell their coffee products in the form of cherry. Over time, in 2018, farmers began to develop small-scale and simple coffee processing from green beans to roasted beans and coffee powder, pioneered by the SME "Lulumpang Kopi". They still use simple tools and often have to travel out of town to obtain the desired coffee powder. Lulumpang Kopi can produce 100-150 packages of coffee weighing 100 grams. Seeing this potential, the Community Partnership Empowerment team (PKM) from the University of Civilisation and UNSOED, funded by DIKTISAINTEK, is conducting community service this year 2025 using training methods, workshops, and appropriate technology grants. Thus, technology has been granted in the form of 1 Huller machine with a capacity of 150kg/batch, 1 BBM Grinding machine with a capacity of 10kg/batch, and scales. This assistance aims to enhance farmers' capabilities to achieve greater economic independence and improve their competitiveness in the market. As a result of this activity, partners were able to increase the capacity and quality of coffee farmers' production through the grant of equipment such as huller, BBM grinder, and digital scales, making the processing faster, more efficient, and yielding better coffee compared to traditional methods. In addition, the training participants also demonstrated an increase in knowledge through pre-tests and post-tests, rising from 66.5% to 77.3%, an increase of 13.8% from the 40 participants who attended.

Panoramic radiography is an imaging technique that plays a crucial role in dental practice, particularly in supporting the diagnosis and treatment planning process. Image quality that does not meet diagnostic standards can lead to the need for repeat imaging. The high rate of repeat panoramic imaging at the Radiology Unit of Dr. Suhardi Hardjolukito Air Force Base Hospital (RSPAU) is an indicator of the need for further study of the causal factors. The purpose of this study was to identify the causes of repeat panoramic radiography examinations, calculate the percentage contribution of each factor, assess radiographers' understanding of optimal image quality criteria, and explore appropriate strategies to reduce the frequency of repeat examinations. This study used a mixed methods approach with quantitative and qualitative descriptive approaches. Data were collected through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation during August–October 2024 at the Radiology Unit of Dr. Suhardi Hardjolukito Air Force Base Hospital. The sample included 15 radiographers for the questionnaire and 3 radiographers for the interviews. An analysis of 916 panoramic radiography examinations revealed 57 repeat cases, with a rate of 6.2%. The primary factors causing repeats were machine error (57.8%), followed by positioning errors (24.5%), artifacts (10.5%), human error (5.3%), and patient movement (1.8%). Radiographers' understanding of the criteria for good panoramic images was high, with 66.7% answering all questions correctly. The primary effort implemented to reduce repeat rates is the implementation of routine quality control of equipment. The high repeat rate, exceeding national tolerance limits, indicates the need for technical and procedural improvements. Routine quality control and material refresher courses are needed to reduce repeat rates and improve patient safety.

The construction industry is one of the fields where the implementation of Occupational Safety and Health (K3) is still not optimal, as evidenced by the still high number of work accidents. Efforts to increase this awareness can be done early on through education and training, one of which is through Vocational High Schools (SMK). In general, students are still not aware of the possibility of work accidents. Providing K3 training from an early age can help students develop the knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors that will be needed in the workplace later. The purpose of this program is to provide knowledge and skills to students of SMKN 1 Kemlagi, Mojokerto Regency regarding the basics of construction K3. The methods used to educate students through K3 learning include lectures and socialization, as well as evaluation through pre- and post-tests. Overall, K3 education activities are able to improve the understanding of students in the Building Design Modeling and Information Department of all topics discussed, including risk control strategies, preventing and dealing with fires in the work area, recognizing personal protective equipment.

The Covid-19 pandemic has forced the government to enforce a physical distancing policy which is the basis for implementing learning from home. This is also something that must be applied to students at SLB Negeri 2 Bantul. The use of information technology that applies suddenly, not infrequently, makes educators and students surprised and limping in its implementation. However, the learning process must continue so that teachers at SLB Negeri 2 Bantul are challenged to create a learning media that students with special needs can understand.
