Hyperglycemia is a condition of elevated blood sugar levels that can potentially lead to various health complications if not controlled early. This condition is often influenced by unhealthy eating habits, lack of physical activity, and low awareness among adolescents regarding regular blood sugar checks. Adolescents are an age group that is vulnerable to lifestyle changes, putting them at risk of developing metabolic disorders later in life. This community service activity aims to increase adolescent knowledge and awareness regarding the dangers of hyperglycemia and the importance of preventive measures from school age. The activity was carried out at SMK Nurul Ulum Lebaksiu, involving 59 students as participants. The methods used included health education through audio-visual media, interactive lectures, discussions, and Random Blood Sugar (GDS) tests for early detection. The results of the activity showed an increase in student knowledge based on a comparison of pre-test and post-test scores, as well as the implementation of GDS tests on all participants. This activity is expected to foster healthy lifestyle behaviors and increase adolescent awareness of the prevention of non-communicable diseases.

The rapid development of information technology has increased the use of online lending services, including illegal platforms that impose excessive interest rates, misuse personal data, and employ intimidating debt collection practices. Limited legal and digital literacy has made communities more vulnerable to these risks. This Community Service Program aims to enhance the understanding of residents in Kradenan Village, Tuban Regency regarding the characteristics of illegal online loans, their social, economic, and psychological impacts, and the relevant legal protections under regulations such as the Electronic Information and Transactions Law, the Personal Data Protection Law, and OJK Regulation No. 77/2016. Through participatory legal education and interactive discussions, the program achieved full participation and improved participants’ knowledge by up to 75%. Residents became more capable of identifying illegal loan applications, recognizing data misuse risks, and understanding preventive measures and available legal remedies. This program effectively increased public awareness to use digital financial services more responsibly and avoid the dangers of illegal online lending.

Bullying is one of the issues that frequently occurs in elementary school environments and has serious impacts on children’s psychological, social, and academic development. Efforts to prevent and address bullying are essential through education involving students, teachers, and the surrounding community. This study aims to describe the role of Community Service Program (Kuliah Kerja Nyata, KKN) students in providing anti-bullying education at UPT SDN 033915 Pasi. The research employed a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach. Data were obtained through observation, simple interviews, and documentation of the anti-bullying seminar activities conducted by KKN students at the school. The results indicate that KKN students act as educators by explaining the definition, forms, and impacts of bullying; as facilitators by creating interactive discussion spaces with students; and as motivators encouraging students to respect one another and reject bullying behavior. Educational strategies were implemented through lectures, discussions, Q&A sessions, and the use of simple visual media. Students’ responses were very positive, demonstrated by their enthusiasm during activities and increased understanding of the dangers of bullying. The study concludes that KKN students play an important role in preventing bullying in elementary schools, while also serving as a tangible contribution of students as agents of social change.

The rapid advancement of information technology has brought about new challenges for society, one of which is the widespread practice of online gambling. With unrestricted access across time and space, online gambling is easily accessible through mobile devices and the internet, making the public—especially those facing economic hardship, social influence, and easy access—highly vulnerable. Online gambling not only violates the law but also poses serious social and economic consequences, such as addiction, debt, family breakdowns, and a rise in criminal behavior. Through a Community Service (PkM) activity conducted by lecturers from the Faculty of Law, Sunan Bonang University, Tuban, in Panyuran Village, legal and social education regarding the dangers and sanctions of online gambling was provided. This activity used participatory and descriptive approaches through lectures and interactive discussions. The results showed an increase in participants’ understanding of the mechanisms, impacts, and legal consequences of online gambling, while also fostering awareness to avoid engaging in such illegal practices. Preventive efforts such as continuous education and family-based supervision are expected to serve as strategic measures to minimize the spread of online gambling within society.

One of the work activities usually carried out to maintain and repair public facilities in residential communities is the welding process. Of course, correct knowledge is needed regarding a good welding process in order to produce quality welding results so that the object being repaired can last a long time. In the welding process there are several potential dangers which have risks both for the welding worker himself in terms of health and risks for the environment in the form of fire. Education to the public regarding the welding process so that it produces quality results in general includes: ensuring the work area is clean and safe, then the tools and materials used are according to specifications and correct welding techniques are very helpful to the public. The increase in social media users in recent years has led to an abundance of content that allows users to get new information quickly and easily. However, not all of the information obtained is correct information. Even today, a lot of fake information (hoaxes) is being spread deliberately made to achieve certain goals. In order to be wise in receiving information, it is necessary to realize the importance of media literacy. According to a survey, parents tend to spread hoax news more than young people. This is mostly done by mothers through chat which easily forwards information without reading and understanding it first. This activity aims to provide knowledge about the benefits of using social media as well as an understanding of the negative sides and dangers of hoaxes. This activity targeted PKK mothers in Jatimulyo Village, Jatipuro District, Karangnayar Regency, with 34 participants. This community service and research aims to increase public awareness of the importance of improving parenting patterns in families and provide an understanding of the health impacts of early prostitution behavior deviations. In addition, the community is also given legal education so that the community knows the consequences of early prostitution. This community service was carried out for two days, where the first day was a seminar and the second day met and greeted the community directly from house to house so that the community could consult directly for free. Students of the BPI STAI YPIQ Baubau study program also helped smooth the process of counseling activities by dividing tasks, some were in charge of the event section, consumption, and documentation so that the activities ran smoothly. The facts found in the field turned out that the community was still not aware of the dangers of early prostitution and their literacy was still very low, so the community service efforts that researchers and several stakeholders involved did greatly helped the community to be aware and careful with the environment and technological tools that could lead children into early prostitution deviations.
