This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of Rengginang MSME registration on Google Maps as a strategy to strengthen the economy in Pahang Village, Babata Village. The background of the research shows that most MSMEs still rely on conventional marketing so that business visibility is relatively low. With a qualitative case study approach, this study explores the experience of the owner of Rengginang Azam MSMEs, Mrs. Siti, who registered her business location on Google Maps. The results of the study show that digitalization through Google Maps has a positive impact in the form of increasing accessibility and reach for customers, especially from outside the village. Location registration allows customers to find more complete information about products and locations, increasing the number of visits to the store. The real impact felt is an increase in sales and profits without additional promotional costs. This study concludes that the use of Google Maps as a digital promotional medium is an effective strategy in strengthening the competitiveness of MSMEs in the digital era. In addition, this finding confirms the importance of digital literacy for MSME actors to utilize technology as a means of business development and strengthening the local economy.

This study aims to analyze the transformation of promotional strategies among Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Suka Makmur Village after utilizing Google Maps as a digital marketing platform. The research focuses on identifying changes in promotional approaches, MSME owners’ perceptions of the effectiveness of Google Maps, and its impact on business visibility and sales performance. The study employed a participatory approach through the Community Service Program (KKN), consisting of several stages, including surveys, socialization, training, and direct mentoring. The research subjects comprised three MSMEs: Seblak Prasmanan, Warung Kopi, and Rumah Jajan By Nisa. The findings indicate that, prior to the intervention, promotional activities were predominantly traditional and limited in reach. After adopting Google Maps, the businesses became more easily discoverable, received positive reviews, and successfully reached customers beyond the local area. This study concludes that the effective use of Google Maps enhances the digital identity of MSMEs, broadens market reach, strengthens competitiveness, and contributes to the local economic growth of Suka Makmur Village.

Distribution is the process of moving, managing, and storing goods from suppliers to customers in the supply chain. This process includes not only the delivery of raw materials from suppliers to manufacturers, but also the distribution of finished products to the end consumer. Distribution plays an important role in a company's profitability because it affects operational costs, delivery efficiency, and perceived value by customers. Successful well-managed distribution will increase customer satisfaction and strengthen the company's competitiveness in the market. PT. XYZ is one of the LPG distributors that provides 3 kg cylinders. This company serves a variety of consumers, ranging from households, small businesses, to retailers, with a coverage of distribution areas in Serang City. The distribution process is carried out based on sales orders and needs in 14 bases, where each base has a different level of demand according to consumer needs. However, PT. XYZ faces obstacles in achieving the optimal level of service, where the average service level only reaches 97.40%. An imbalance between inventory and demand at the base often leads to an oversupply or understock, resulting in backorders on some demands. This condition has a negative impact on customer satisfaction and overall distribution effectiveness. To overcome this problem, PT. XYZ developed a distribution dashboard by applying the Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP) method. Through this approach, distribution planning becomes more systematic, base needs can be met appropriately, and stocks can be managed more effectively. This dashboard also supports delivery scheduling and more coordinated marketing activities. The results of the implementation of the DRP dashboard in 2023 show a significant increase with a service level that has successfully reached 99%, minimizing backorders, and increasing customer trust and satisfaction.

Green Companies are a necessity for businesses to ensure sustainability in environmental management, preventing pollution and environmental damage during construction, production, or when products or services are used by customers, even up to the point of disposal. To provide satisfaction to tourists, tourist attractions must have adequate facilities to support the needs of tourists during their visit and to fulfill their expectations. Green industries and tourism play a crucial role in local economic development and environmental conservation. This study aims to provide assistance to green industries and tourism facilities in Kampung Batik Malon, focusing on sustainable development and empowerment of the local community. Assistance is provided through skills training to improve the quality of batik products and introduce environmentally friendly production techniques. In addition, the development of tourism facilities, such as homestays based on local culture and interactive batik galleries, is implemented to enhance the attractiveness of the tourist destination. Local community empowerment is carried out through participation in the decision-making process and the establishment of cooperatives to improve market access. The assistance also involves a sustainable approach to managing industrial waste and promoting environmentally friendly practices. The results of this assistance implementation show a significant increase in the quality of batik products, an increase in the number of tourist visits, and an increase in the income of the local community. Additionally, Kampung Batik Malon has successfully reduced its environmental impact through more sustainable production practices. Therefore, this activity contributes to sustainable development by demonstrating that the integration of green industries and tourism can be a successful model for strengthening the local economy while preserving the environment. Furthermore, this research provides guidance for other villages that wish to adopt a similar approach in developing the local potential of tourist attractions.

This research is motivated by the lack of knowledge and ability of MSME actors to carry out product branding, especially in the Kepatihan Kulon sub-district. One of these problems is that the majority of MSMEs have not found a brand to attract customers and packaging that still does not attract buyers and there is limited information regarding product branding. To overcome this problem, it is necessary to carry out research and assistance. The aim of this research is to provide assistance and introduction to creating NIB accounts and checking business names and logos as well as assistance and creating the latest logos for selected MSMEs. The method in this research uses the PAR (Participatory Action Research) method to make it easier for researchers to define problems and provide action as a solution to the problems that have been defined. The results of this research explain that so far MSMEs in the Kepatihan Kulon sub-district have only prioritized taste without paying attention to branding and packaging, so the hopes of this assistance for MSMEs can be higher than before. Apart from that, creating an NIB account is expected to make MSMEs more concerned about the legality of their business.

In the current digital era, MSMEs business competition is getting tougher in getting customers through digital marketing platforms. The best strategies and solutions are needed by MSMEs to gain market share by optimizing several search engine techniques. Digital marketing in the form of websites that rank well on Google search pages will get more potential visitors. The website must be capable of being featured on Google pages. One way to optimize a website is by using search engine optimization (SEO) techniques to get a good ranking on search engine pages. SEO techniques are needed to increase brand awareness and generate potential traffic for a company's services or products. In this study, the authors apply SEO to MSMEs engaged in florist business. This research is an implementative research with SEO Web Design Methodology method, which emphasizes the delivery of information precisely and quickly. The result of implementing the system development method carried out on the digital marketing platform software from Funcraft Florist is that the Funcraft.epizy.com website can appear on the initial ranking of Google pages after applying SEO techniques according to keywords.

Aydin’s distributor is business with the main product is pastries, that distribution with several resselers. Small business that have grown to the present, repacking cookies has not been implemented optimally, not efficient and unable to meet marketing targets significantly.This moment presented are more organized and able to create customer ways among other increase marketing competitiveness by products arrangement that support efficiency, controlling product, so that it can become a magnet in attracting customers. With this hope that performance will be easier and contribute to creating customer desires to come back again. The main operational section is product selling, repacking, delivery and  product collection among many stores. In addition, the selection of research is a business that was started personally and developed with many customers and orders, but there is still a lack of attention to product arrangement. One very important aspect in the development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) is the form of granting permits for carrying out business activities, which are given by the authorities to business actors. Legality in a business also has a very important role, because it is used as an indication that the business being established is feasible and running. NIB is a business identity number used by business actors to obtain business permits and commercial or operational permits. The community service activities carried out were creating Business Identification Numbers through Online Single Submission (OSS) and marketing to several small business partners, due to a lack of understanding of gadget applications and a lack of product marketing strategies in Sukamoro Hamlet, Puncu Village. The purpose of this service is to provide understanding to the public about the importance of having business legality and product marketing. The method used is observation. The number of umkm in Sukomoro Hamlet is 11 umkm, and 1 umkm does not yet have an NIB. The UMKM was pleased and succeeded in forming an NIB so that it was able to obtain an NIB legality certificate, namely the "Salsabila" banana chips business. The results obtained from this activity were an increase in product quality and customers for "Salsabila" banana chips.
