This community service initiative was designed to empower housewives in Dusun III, Desa Pematang Sijonam, by introducing ecoprint as a sustainable craft and a potential driver of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). The activity was motivated by the limited access to alternative livelihoods in rural communities and the increasing relevance of environmentally conscious products in contemporary markets. The program adopted a descriptive qualitative design, emphasizing participatory involvement through workshops and direct practice. Participants were guided to identify tannin-rich leaves from their local environment, arrange them on pre-mordanted cotton tote bags, and apply steaming processes to transfer pigments. The outcomes revealed that participants not only acquired technical competence but also demonstrated heightened creativity and confidence, producing distinctive motifs that carried cultural and ecological values. More importantly, the training raised awareness of the economic potential of natural resources that had previously been overlooked. This activity suggests that ecoprint is not merely an artistic expression but also a practical strategy for fostering women’s economic independence, stimulating rural entrepreneurship, and strengthening sustainable development at the community level

The training was conducted over one day and attended by 20 MSMEs from various business sectors, such as culinary, handicrafts, and trade. The methods used in this training included socialization of basic accounting materials tailored to the level of understanding of the participants, as well as hands-on practice in preparing financial reports, such as profit and loss statements and balance sheets. The material was presented in a simple and easy-to-understand manner, so that participants could immediately apply it to their businesses. Evaluation was carried out by observing the process of preparing financial reports by participants, using the provided practice sheets, and a feedback questionnaire that measured the extent of participants' understanding and changes in attitudes. The results of this activity showed that most participants were able to understand basic accounting concepts and were able to prepare simple financial reports quite well. This was also followed by an increase in participants' awareness of the importance of neat and orderly recording of daily transactions in running a business. Furthermore, this training succeeded in motivating participants to apply what they had learned in their respective businesses independently. Although this activity was short-lived, it had a very positive impact in building a strong foundation for more orderly and transparent financial governance among MSMEs. Therefore, it is recommended that follow-up training and regular mentoring be conducted to ensure the skills acquired can be applied sustainably and improve the ability of MSMEs to manage their finances professionally. Furthermore, this activity also provided a deeper understanding of the importance of sound financial planning for those wanting to start a business.

The era of digital transformation demands that the younger generation acquire technology-based entrepreneurship skills, or technopreneurship. However, in the context of Vocational High Schools (SMK), many students still lack understanding and skills in developing structured and applicable business models. This Community Service Program (PKM) was carried out to address this challenge, particularly at SMK Negeri 1 Mengwi, Badung, Bali, by leveraging local potential such as tourism and traditional culinary products. The training program focused on the use of the Business Model Canvas (BMC) as a visual tool for business planning, alongside the introduction of trending technologies such as digital marketing. The activities were implemented in four stages: pre-test, socialization, intensive training, business idea presentation, and post-test evaluation and reflection. A total of 36 students participated in this program. The results of the pre-test and post-test showed an increase in understanding of 53.85% in the aspect of technopreneurship and 58.33% in understanding the elements of the BMC. These findings indicate that practical and visual-based approaches are effective in fostering students’ strategic thinking, collaboration, and creativity in developing business ideas based on local potential and technology. This program also made a measurable and impactful contribution to strengthening vocational students' technopreneurship competencies
