This study aims to describe the implementation of digital-based learning evaluation in elementary schools, including the types of media, methods of implementation, advantages, obstacles, and its relevance to evaluation theory. The research method used a descriptive qualitative approach with non-participant observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation at five elementary schools in Jakarta and Bandung, namely Narada School, Bakti Mulya 400, Cendekia Leadership School, Binekas, and Bandung Alliance Intercultural School. The results showed variations in the implementation of digital evaluation, ranging from project-based authentic assessment and teacher observation to integrated digital systems using LMS, Google Classroom, Quizizz, and Kahoot. Digital evaluation was found to improve efficiency, motivation, student engagement, transparency, and documentation of learning outcomes. The challenges faced included technological readiness, digital literacy, technical glitches, student distractions, and the risk of cheating. These findings are in line with the theories of authentic assessment, constructivism, and formative and summative evaluation. The research conclusion emphasizes the importance of developing teachers' digital competencies, strengthening school technology infrastructure, and adjusting evaluation methods to be able to optimally assess students' cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects, thereby supporting the improvement of learning quality in elementary schools.

This study aims to describe and analyze the effectiveness of digital service transformation through the myBCA ecosystem at Bank BCA KCP Ponorogo Cokroaminoto from the perspective of Public Administration. The paradigm shift from the Old Public Administration (OPA) to the New Public Service (NPS) requires service institutions to place citizens as the main subjects through the principles of transparency, accountability, and respect for public dignity. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with in-depth interview techniques, passive participatory observation, and documentation. Informants were selected by purposive sampling, including branch management, frontline officers (Customer Service and Teller), and customers. The results of the study show that the transformation towards the myBCA ecosystem has succeeded in significantly improving service efficiency through the transfer of routine administrative processes from bank counters to customer self-service. Features such as Single ID allow for flexible multi-account management, especially for businesses with high mobility in the Cokroaminoto area. This process reflects debureaucratizing practices that encourage frontline officers to focus on value-added consultative services that demand empathy and analysis. The success of this digital adaptation is supported by the synergy between the quality of e-service and the responsiveness of human resources. Although myBCA offers ease of use and reliability of the system, the role of officers as digital educators remains essential in bridging the technology literacy gap. The responsiveness and digital empathy shown by the officers increases public trust and ensures access to professional human support. In line with Law No. 25 of 2009 concerning Public Services, transparency and real-time information through myBCA strengthens institutional legitimacy. Thus, the effectiveness of digital services at KCP Ponorogo is determined by the balance between a reliable digital system and responsive personnel.

This study aims to describe and compare the implementation of digital platform-based learning assessments at two elementary schools, namely Temasek Independent School Bandung and Binekas Elementary School Bandung. Advances in information and communication technology have encouraged educational institutions to adopt digital assessment systems to improve efficiency, objectivity, and student participation. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach through field observation. Data was collected through direct observation of learning activities, presentations from the school, interviews with educators, and documentation. The findings show that both schools have utilized various digital assessment media, such as Learning Management System (LMS), Google Form, Quizizz, Canva, and digital reporting systems. Temasek Independent School emphasizes the use of interactive assessment platforms that support learner-centered learning, while Binekas Bandung Elementary School focuses on systematic monitoring of learning achievements through LMS and digital reporting. This study aims to descriptively explore the role of facility and infrastructure management in enhancing learning effectiveness at the elementary school level, viewed from the perspective of School-Based Management (SBM). SBM is an educational management approach that emphasizes school autonomy in planning, implementing, and evaluating all learning activities as well as managing available resources, including educational facilities and infrastructure. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection techniques including in-depth interviews, direct field observations, and document analysis. The subjects of this study include the principal, teachers, and administrative staff responsible for managing school facilities and infrastructure at a selected public elementary school. The main focus is to examine how management processes are carried out and how these contribute to the continuity and quality of the learning process. The findings indicate that the management of facilities and infrastructure is conducted systematically through four main stages: needs planning based on situational analysis, procurement through collaboration with school committees or third parties, optimal utilization of facilities to support learning activities, and regular maintenance to ensure continued functionality. This process involves active participation from various stakeholders, both internal and external to the school, and is guided by the principles of transparency, accountability, and efficiency .Adequate availability of facilities and effective management were shown to create a conducive learning environment, increase student motivation, and support teachers in delivering lessons effectively. Furthermore, well-maintained facilities contribute to fostering a culture of discipline and a sense of responsibility among students. This study recommends enhancing the managerial capacity of principals and staff in facility management and strengthening cooperation between the school, the school committee, and the wider community to support the delivery of quality and sustainable education
