The instability of the economy and increasingly sharp competition in the industry requires a company to further enhance the efficiency of its operations. Treatment method that has been used is still corrective maintenance where engine maintenance activities undertaken to improve and enhance the condition of the engine so as to achieve the standards set at the level tersebut.Besarnya machine downtime which reaches up to 40% each month. Due to the growing number of downtime that occurs it will be increasingly detrimental to the productivity of a company. In this study used methods Realibility Centered Maintenance abbreviated to (RCM), which is to determine the optimal engine maintenance activities for the company. Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) is an approach that combines maintenance practices and strategies of preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance (cm) to maximize the life (life time) and the function of assets / systems / equipment at a minimal cost. Subjects studied machine is the machine Injection Molding, where the focus of engine components that will be examined as many as six parts: Barrel, Piston Injection, Toggle Clamping, Nozzle, Hydro Motor, Hopper. As for the category based on time (TD), the treatment provided in the form of component replacement schedule. Category finding damage (FF) recommended replacement components if the level of damage exceeds tolerable limits. Failure of components that include safety problem 13:33%, Outage System 80.00%, 6.67% Economic System. Of the total minimum downtime obtained Screw interval of 30 days, the crosshead link 11 days, Seal 13-day, 12-day screening. Electricity is a vital aspect of modern infrastructure that supports various human activities. Therefore, the increasing need for electrical energy requires good planning to ensure the availability of electrical energy in the future. The transmission system, especially the Medium Voltage Cable Line (MVCL), plays an important role in distributing electrical energy from generators to consumers. However, MVCL construction involves high-risk work, so it requires special attention to occupational health and safety (OHS). This research uses the HIRARC (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Risk Control) method to identify and control risks in MVCL construction projects. It is hoped that the results of this research can provide recommendations for improving occupational safety and health as well as efficiency in future MVCL construction projects.

This research aims to analyze the influence of service quality on customer satisfaction. There are three hypotheses developed in this research, namely: 1) Customer quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Data collection method is through distributing questionnaires to respondents directly. The respondents in this research were Sumba Kitchen customers. The number of questionnaires distributed was 98. The test technique used uses a validity test and a reliability test. Testing the first and second hypotheses uses a simple linear regression test. The research results show that service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Green Open Space (GOS) is one of the efforts to deal with increasing GHG emissions because it has the ability to absorb CO2 emissions. Development Area IV Pekanbaru is one of the Development Areas that has the potential to produce carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions, specifically in Bukit Raya Pekanbaru District. This research was conducted to determine the number of motorized vehicles and the value of CO2 emissions produced each day, as well as the value of the capacity of GOS to absorb CO2 emissions from transportation activities in Bukit Raya Pekanbaru District. The method used is recording traffic activities to calculate the amount of CO2 emissions and calculating all public green open spaces with vegetation cover in the form of grasslands and trees with a diameter of ≥ 20 cm, as well as calculating the percentage of green open space absorption capacity. The research results obtained were that the value of CO2 emissions from transportation in Bukit Raya Pekanbaru District was 67,007,898 tons of CO2/year. Meanwhile, the capacity to absorb CO2 by public green open spaces is only 1,992.32 tons of CO2/year. The results show that public green open space in Bukit Raya Pekanbaru District in terms of absorbing CO2 emissions from transportation is still insufficient with a percentage of only 2.97%.

The number of incidents occurring on the island of Sumatra, especially West Sumatera and Jambi provinces that affect the vibration of the earthquake in Rengat City on a large scale can lead to the movement of land such as landslides and stagnant ground water sources can lead to liquefaction. The purpose of this research is to know how the arrangement of soil type at research location Rengat City and to know the location reviewed in Rengat City, and its surrounding experience potential liquefaction based on some existing penetration test data. This research was conducted to predict liquefaction potential that occurred in Rengat City of Indragiri Hulu Regency with secondary data of penetration test of konus with Seed and Idriss method (1971). The calculation of potential liquefaction prediction is done by determining the number of soil layers, estimating the weight of the soil volume, determining the soil overburden, determining the effective soil stress, determining the corrected confront resistance, calculating Cyclic Strees Ratio (CSR), calculating Cyclic Resistance Ratio (CRR). After calculating the value of Magnitude Scalling Factor (MSF) and calculating the value of safe factor by comparing the value of Cyclic Strees Ratio (CSR) with Cyclic Resistance Ratio (CRR) if the calculation <1 factor is safe then potentially liquefaction occurs. Based on the results of the analysis of the 7 locations with a total of 2 cone penetration test conus analyzed in this study in Rengat City, obtained the type of soil structure is not uniform and based on the results of analysis, from the 7 research sites with tottal 21 point penetration test konus reviewed at magnitude 5 to 10 in Rengat City Indragiri Hulu Regency. In the type of sand soil in the dominant study area can not be achieved liquefaction, this is reinforced from the calculation (SF)> 1 safe factor (SF: 1.0).

The increasing number of malware spread in the world today, then there will be more opportunities to commit crime, so readiness is needed for every internet user in dealing with these crimes. The readiness to handle crime is called digital forensic readiness. Therefore, we need a specific digital forensic readiness model to measure the level of readiness of internet users or institutions in achieving malware attacks. This model has the main components used to determine or calculate the level of readiness of internet users or institutions, the main components are the strategy component, the policy & procedure component, the technology & security component, the digital forensic response component, the control & legality component. The calculation method used in this study is a Likert Scale, with this method the results will be obtained that are closer to the real situation. The value / index of readiness level obtained will provide recommendations to internet users and these recommendations can be used to make improvements properly and on target.

In Indonesia, almost every year train accidents occur which result in casualties and considerable material losses. The factors that cause train accidents are human resources, facilities, infrastructure and environmental factors. The method used in this study is the measurement of the level of fatigue that occurs in machinists and assistant machinists using the fatigue index calculator and for measuring the quality of sleep whether good or not using the Pitsburgh sleep quality index questionnaire. Data collection is divided into two parts, namely the collection of working time data from machinists and assistant machinists to determine the level of fatigue and the collection of data from the distribution of questionnaires to determine sleep quality. Working time data is the schedule of machinists and assistant machinists every day which will then be calculated the level of fatigue using the fatigue index calculator. For the calculation of sleep quality, the Pitsburgh sleep quality questionnaire was distributed to 62 respondents. From the results of the calculation of the fatigue index calculator for machinists and assistant machinists every day, it is found that the fatigue index value varies for each day. This can also be seen from the results of the calculation of the standard deviation for 62 respondents which ranges between the value of 6 or 7. The results of the calculation of the sleep quality index showed that 84% of machinists and assistant machinists have a good sleep quality.

Domestic waste that is disposed of carelessly is one of the causes of soil pollution. This research was conducted in the village of Kuranji Nagari Lubuk Jantan, the measurement result are filled in based on meansuring the distance from the latrine to the dug well using a meter. Fecal Coliform variable, the MPN (Most Probable Number) test was used on dug well water with reference to SNI 06-4158-1996 at the Andalas University Water Laboratory. Of the 31 dug well facilities, there are 31 dug well facilities (100%) that have well water with Fecal Coliform that does not meet the requirements in accordance with the 2017. Research result that: 1. Based on the proportion of fecal coliform in Kuranji village, laboratory test result on 31 dug well samples do not meet the requirements for direct consumption in RI Minister of Health Regulation No. 416/Menkes/per/IX/1990 with a percentage of 100%. 2. The potential spread of fecal coliform contamination is due to inadequate contruction. 3. Of the 31 samples of dug wells and latrines that were observed, 23 dug wells had an unsatisfactory contamination distance of 11 meters with a contamination rate of 29 with a percentage of (93.55), 2 dug wells had a satisfactory distance to the latrine of 11 meters with a percentage of 6.50%.

Population growth continues to increase, making the need for clean water increasingly increasing. The quality of raw water needed as a source of clean water also requires further processing to ensure it meets quality standards. To make clean water and drinking water suitable for consumption by the community, the role of the Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) is needed. PT Hanarida Tirta Birawa is one of the companies that serves clean water needs in Sidoarjo Regency. Clean Water Treatment Plants will have a big impact on environmental quality, especially water. The parameters that have the greatest influence on the content of raw water that will be processed into clean water are Fe (Ferrom/Iron) and Mn (Manganese) contained in raw water. At PT Hanarida Tirta Birawa, the manganese (Mn) content ranges from 0.04 to 0.13 mg/l and iron (Fe) ranges from 0.11 to 0.17 mg/l and meets the quality standards of RI Minister of Health Regulation No. 492/Menkes/PER/IV/2010. The reduction in processed water reached 87.23% for manganese and 93.29% for iron.

Nowadays, plastic has become a material that is inseparable from human life. Plastic is considered an easily available, practical, light and modern material. ‎In order to be able to make a plastic product that suits what we want, of course we need adequate technology, both in terms of injection machines, injection molding, materials, methods and people. The way this injection molding machine works is by putting plastic pellets into a barrel which is then heated until it melts. The melted plastic is injected into the mold which is then cooled. After that, it is released from the mold and a plastic product is formed. Current analysis produces values of 23.2 A and 20 A, which are then used to calculate power in the injection molding process. The calculation results show a power of 8.7 KW and 7.5 KW based on the data obtained.

The purpose of this journal article is to provide research findings regarding the application of automated production control system theory to the construction industry. from expediting work processes. The method used in this research is to observe the production process of a Primalland light steel construction company in real time. Please note, raw materials can be obtained from literature studies, with a focus on their implementation in industrial processes. There are many challenges in the development sector in Indonesia, both in terms of quality and quantity, PT. PrimaLand Light Steel Frame was founded on December 25 2008 in Pandeglang. Based on the research that has been carried out, the data obtained from this research is then analyzed in detail to determine whether there is a significant difference between price changes that affect sales volume and price changes that affect sales volume. Research on sales volume at PT PrimaLand Pandeglang between 2014 - 2016. PrimaLand light steel tries as best as possible to maintain the quality of the roof truss profile produced by using high quality steel coils, or what can be called High Tension, namely with a yield strength range of Mega Pascal 400 Mpa – 500 Mpa and generally standard G550, or reaching 2x the strength from conventional melted steel which is more than 240 Mpa.

Aggregate is the main component of road pavement structure, namely 90-95% of the weight of the pavement. Such a large proportion means that the quality of the aggregate used will greatly determine the overall performance of the pavement. The availability of quality aggregate is absolutely necessary to ensure the sustainability of development in the road construction sector. One area that has aggregate potential that has not been utilized optimally is Kandang Mbelang Village, Lawe Bulan. The aim of this research is to determine the characteristics of the Marshall, UCS, ITS test values ​​and the permeability of asphalt mixtures using the excavated material of Kandang Mbelang, Lawe Bulan as aggregate. This research uses experimental methods carried out in the laboratory with variations in asphalt content of 4.5%, 5%, 5.5% and 6% for the Marshall test and obtains Optimum Asphalt Content (KAO). For ITS, UCS and permeability testing, Optimum Asphalt Content was used with three samples each. Hypothesis testing for data comparison uses the T test method. The use of Kandang Mbelang aggregate in the AC-WC spec IV mixture produces a stability value of 711.5 kg, a flow value of 3.48 mm, a porosity value of 16.077%, a density value of 2.016 gr/ cm3 and Marshall Quotient value 215.823 kg/mm ​​at Optimum Asphalt Content of 5.3%. The average ITS value is 319.024 KPa, the average UCS value is 6,982.237 KPa, while the average permeability coefficient value is 7.14x10-4 cm/s. Through the T test statistical method, it is known that the use of the Kandang Mbelang aggregate for the AC-WC spec IV mixture does not cause changes in the stability, flow, ITS and UCS values. Real changes only occur for density values, porosity values ​​and permeability coefficients.

This research is entitled "Design and Build a Kaizen Information Management System in the HR Division of PT. XYZ Bekasi". The purpose of this research is to find out how the Kaizen Information Management System in the HR Division and the obstacles faced, as well as provide solutions to problems or obstacles in the system. From the results of the observations made, it can be concluded that the management of Kaizen data at PT. XYZ still uses the manual system. Of course, this causes several problems such as: Staff or Operators need a lot of time to approve the Kaizen form, difficulty reading the writing written on the form, and the form storage method is not neat and structured so that it is difficult in terms of management and reporting of the ongoing Kaizen program. The research methods used are Library Research and Field Research. There are three Actors/Users in this system, namely Staff/Operator, Manager and HR. Staff/Operator can only access the form management page, Managers can access to approve the form page, while HR can access all form management pages, make approvals, manage the theme of managing departments, manage accounts, manage reports and manage consultation schedules. The programming language used to create the Kaizen management system is PHP version 7 with the CodeIgniter framework with MySQL version 8. With the existence of the Kaizen Management Information System in the HR Division, it is hoped that it can simplify and accelerate the Kaizen management process.

Foundations are structural elements that play a crucial role in ensuring the stability and safety of buildings; therefore, understanding soil characteristics and stratification is a critical stage in geotechnical design. This study aims to analyze soil characteristics and stratification using Cone Penetration Test (CPT) data as a basis for determining safe and efficient foundation depth. The research method employed a quantitative–descriptive approach utilizing CPT test data obtained from two test points at the research site in Blitar City, East Java. The analyzed parameters include cone resistance (qc), sleeve friction (fs), and friction ratio (Rf), which were recorded continuously with depth in accordance with ASTM D3441-86. The results indicate that the shallow soil layer up to a depth of approximately 2.0 m is dominated by fine-grained soils with low qc values and high Rf values, making it unsuitable as a foundation bearing layer. The soil layer with the most favorable mechanical characteristics was identified at a depth of approximately 5.5–6.0 m, characterized by high and relatively stable qc values and low Rf values, indicating dense coarse-grained soil. Variations in the depth of hard soil layers between test points suggest lateral variability in subsurface conditions. These findings confirm that CPT data are effective for identifying soil stratification and providing preliminary recommendations for foundation depth in geotechnical planning.

Background: Modern agriculture often relies on the use of pesticides to control pests and plant diseases. However, the use of this pesticide can have a negative impact on the environment, especially on the quality of soil and river water in agricultural areas. This research aims to investigate the impact of pesticide use on soil and river water quality, with a focus on the type of pesticide used, usage patterns, and its impact on the environment and human health. Method: The journal research method with the literature review method is an approach used to collect, broadcast and synthesize information from various relevant literature sources Results: The use of pesticides in agriculture has a significant impact on the environment and human health. Appropriate methods of using pesticides, such as the correct dose and application time, as well as sustainable agricultural approaches such as organic farming, can reduce the negative impacts of pesticides. Farmer education about the safe use of pesticides is also important. In addition, soil and water quality must be considered in agriculture to maintain soil fertility and air ecosystems. River protection and rehabilitation efforts are also needed to maintain good river water quality.

Background: Glass Reinforced Concrete (GRC) is an innovative construction material that combines glass fiber with concrete, providing high strength and durability. However, the influence of GRC mixture composition on flexural strength values has not been studied in depth. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the effect of GRC mixture composition variables, such as the ratio between glass fiber and concrete binder, on flexural strength. It is hoped that the results of this research can provide deeper insight into the use of GRC in construction and help develop more efficient and durable construction materials. Results: From the results of the discussion regarding the effect of differences in fiberglass composition on flexural strength, it was found that the addition of 2% fiber resulted in an average flexural strength of 23.01 kgf/cm2, with an increase of up to 49.77 kgf/cm2 at 1% fiberglass. However, with a fiber composition of 0.8%, the highest flexural strength was obtained at 56.84 kgf/cm2. The addition of fibers that exceed the maximum limit can reduce the density of GRC concrete so that its ability to distribute bending strength forces is reduced. Meanwhile, the effect of fly ash substitution on flexural strength shows that replacing some of the cement with fly ash by 20% can increase the flexural strength value of GRC, because the silica and alumina compounds in fly ash can speed up the hydration process. However, of the five specimens tested, none met the SNI 8299:2017 standard which requires a minimum average flexural strength of 100 kgf/cm2

Every development activity carried out will definitely have an impact on the environment, both positive and negative impacts. The construction of the Lamongan northern ring road is also inseparable from the environmental impacts it causes. Therefore, it is very important to pay attention to how to carry out this development in a way that produces maximum benefits for society while causing minimal negative impacts on the environment. One way to reduce the negative impact of development on the environment is to carry out an Environmental Impact Analysis (AMDAL). AMDAL is a formal and mandatory instrument for every development activity that may have a major impact on the environment. By carrying out an AMDAL, we can analyze the potential environmental impacts that will be caused by a development project and plan ways to reduce these impacts.This research aims to find out the parts of the AMDAL study and AMDAL problems in the Lamongan North Ring Road Construction and provide solutions or ways to overcome these problems. The research results show that activities observed from the aspect of environmental suitability are referred to as environmentally sound. In this case, there is a need for a comprehensive assessment of the potential environmental impacts that may arise as a result of the construction of the Lamongan northern ring road.In carrying out AMDAL, we need to pay attention to various aspects such as the impact on flora and fauna, air and water pollution, land use, and so on. By planning appropriate and sustainable management, we can minimize negative impacts on the environment and maximize the benefits that can be obtained from this development.

The use of Cisco Packet Tracer software in simulating computer networks is related to data communications. The steps explained include creating a network topology by selecting the end device, determining the IP address as the device identity, configuring the HTTP service including settings for the web server and PC, checking the connection via a web browser and carrying out live simulations. thoroughly using PDU samples. Then the simulation can be said to be successful if the sample PDU shows a tick on the PC device and the simulation display on the panel matches the settings in the sample PDU that have been determined, namely from the web server to the PC or from the PC to the web server. The entire explanation can provide practical guidance in using Cisco Packet Tracer software to simulate computer networks, namely by focusing on data communications and HTTP service configuration.

Preloading and Prefabricated Vertical Drain (PVD) methods are intended to accelerate settlement and increase the bearing capacity of soft native soils by reducing pore water through PVD in the soil with the intention of reducing water content or air content in soil grains so as to accelerate long-term settlement. Preloading with PVD can reduce the material used for pre-loading, reduce embankment material, accelerate consolidation time, and increase embankment stability.
