A professional leader of an educational institution is someone who is able to provide direction, set goals to be achieved, provide solutions to every problem, make various decisions, planning and strategies. He is a great person in implementing concepts. He actively communicates, coordinates, supervises and conducts evaluations. The most important thing is that he motivates teachers and education personnel to become professional teachers and education personnel. He builds morale and a spirit of togetherness in the madrasah educational institution, teaches, trains, and gives advice. All of these hopes will be realized if a leader has the integrity to lead the madrasah educational institution to become an excellent and quality institution. Leader, which means "to lead" or "leader," is the root of the word "leadership," which indicates the act of taking control. "Leadership as the ability to influence a group towards achieving goals" is what Stephen P. Robbins said when asked about leadership. One definition of leadership is the capacity to inspire others to work together to achieve common goals. The development of school culture in order to achieve commitment in achieving the expected standards needs to be continuously carried out in a culture of quality. Therefore, the principal's leadership plays a key role in realizing a culture of quality in educational units.

Inclusive education seeks to ensure equal learning opportunities for all students, including those with special needs such as Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). Students with ADHD often struggle with concentration, self-regulation, and social interaction, which can hinder their ability to thrive in mainstream classroom settings. As a result, the role of a shadow teacher as a personal aide becomes crucial. This article explores effective strategies to support students with ADHD through the involvement of shadow teachers in an inclusive educational environment, with a specific focus on SD Muhammadiyah Manyar Gresik. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, the study highlights various forms of support—academic assistance, behavioral intervention, and socio-emotional guidance—while emphasizing the importance of collaboration among shadow teachers, classroom educators, and parents. Data were gathered through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The results suggest that skilled and well-supported shadow teachers play a significant role in helping students with ADHD adjust to and succeed in inclusive learning setting.

Technological development has brought significant changes to the world of education, notably through the implementation of digital learning systems. However, these changes have also significantly impacted students' mental health. This research aims to analyze various factors affecting students' mental health in the digital learning era and to identify their impacts. This study employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) methodology using various published journals. Analysis was conducted using Huber and Miles' interactive analysis model. The results reveal that high academic workload, lack of social interaction, technology dependence, inequitable learning access, and limited emotional support are the main factors affecting students' mental health. Common impacts include academic stress, anxiety, mild to severe depression, digital fatigue, and physical health disorders. Therefore, collaborative efforts from students, families, educational institutions, and government are needed to create a healthy digital learning system.

Sex education is still taboo in society. Thus, it results in the implementation of sex education in schools not being optimal. The factor that influences the less than optimal implementation of sex education in schools is that many parents still have the wrong perception regarding sex education. Thus, through this study aims to review scientific articles in order to collect relevant sources related to the urgency of implementing sex education in schools. The method used in writing this article is a literature review. The study began by looking for articles related to the research topic to be carried out. The criteria for scientific articles used as data are in the form of scientific articles sourced from national and international journals with the latest 10 years, namely from 2015-2025. The results of the analysis of 12 journal articles obtained more developed types of literature review research and descriptive qualitative than other types of research. The results of the analysis show that sex education plays a major role in increasing self-awareness, maintaining the body, and forming good moral, social, and spiritual characters in children and adolescents. This education not only discusses the human body, but also teaches ethical values, responsibility, and how to control oneself, which need to be conveyed by paying attention to moral and religious values.

Inclusive education in North Sumatra faces various challenges in efforts to achieve educational equality for all children, including children with special needs. This study aims to analyze the challenges and solutions applied in the implementation of inclusive education in the region. The results of the study indicate that the main challenges in inclusive education include limited facilities that support the needs of children with disabilities, the lack of teachers with special competencies, and minimal public understanding of the importance of inclusive education. Additionally, the limitations in resources and the lack of training for educators are also significant barriers to providing quality education for all children. However, several solutions have been implemented to address these issues. These solutions include improving teacher training to ensure educators have sufficient skills and knowledge in handling children with special needs, providing more supportive facilities and infrastructure such as disability-friendly classrooms, and efforts to socialize the importance of inclusive education to the community to reduce stigma against children with special needs. This study emphasizes that collaboration between the government, schools, and the community is essential to strengthen the implementation of inclusive education, in order to create a more inclusive and equitable learning environment for all children in North Sumatra.

Classroom management is a conscious effort to organize learning process activities systematically, including the preparation of teaching materials, provision of facilities and infrastructure, organizing learning spaces and creating a conducive learning atmosphere so that learning objectives can be achieved. Classroom management efforts lead to the preparation of learning materials, learning facilities and infrastructure, learning space arrangements, controlling student behavior, and improving student achievement and grades. The implementation of classroom management will create an effective, varied, and fun learning atmosphere. The purpose of the research conducted intends to find out (1) To what extent is the implementation of classroom management. (2) Whether the learning process is effective. (3) What are the inhibiting and supporting factors in implementing classroom management. (4) And what efforts are made by teachers and schools in improving the effectiveness of classroom management. The results showed that classroom management has not been carried out optimally, the teacher's teaching method is still monotonous so that it makes students less interested in listening to the material. Then there is still a lack of student discipline. Although the implementation of classroom management is still not optimal, teachers remain enthusiastic and continue to strive to do and implement classroom management optimally, so that what is the goal of the school will be achieved properly. The efforts that teachers will make in implementing classroom management in order to increase the effectiveness of learning are by preparing administrative tasks properly, using varied learning methods and media.
