This study analyzes the function of deixis in building emotional relationships between characters in the short film "Seutas Kenangan" using a sociopragmatic approach. Besides being a medium for communication, language also functions as a medium for expressing distance, closeness, and social relationships that impact the emotional relationships that occur. Therefore, this study aims to examine how various types of deixis play a role in building emotional relationships between characters. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative with data in the form of dialogues obtained through listening and note-taking techniques. This analysis was conducted by identifying the types of deixis, analyzing sociopragmatic aspects, and then interpreting the emotional relationships created. Based on the results of the study, there are deixis of person, time, place, social, and discourse that are related in representing emotional relationships. The emotional relationships found in this analysis include affection, longing, inner conflict, avoidance, and emotional stress due to prevailing social norms. The relationship between the function of deixis and the sociopragmatic approach shows that the function of deixis is not merely a referent indicator, but can also be a strategy for representing emotional relationships influenced by social and cultural conditions.

This research aims to describe the forms of hegemony that appear in the film and interpret the social criticism conveyed through the narrative and visualization. The research uses qualitative methods with listening and note-taking techniques, then the data is analyzed through reduction, presentation and drawing conclusions based on Antonio Gramsci's theory of hegemony. The research results show that this film contains four forms of hegemony: ideological hegemony through the instillation of disciplinary values; hegemony of power through apparatus domination and abuse of authority; cultural hegemony through the imposition of a single standard of behavior; and moral hegemony through the formation of ethical judgments that benefit those in power. These findings indicate that films not only present emotional stories, but also present criticism of legal injustice and structural domination. This research confirms that visual media plays an important role in forming public awareness regarding the practice of power in social life.

The purpose of this article is to explain the values ​​of Islamic religious education contained in the Ari Ana Mahun tradition in the people of Negeri Kilkoda, Gorom Island District, East Seram Regency. A unique tradition called Ari Ana Mahun or children's maulid is found in Negeri Kilkoda, Gorom Islands, East Seram Regency. Different from the usual commemoration of the Prophet Muhammad's birthday, this tradition is carried out 15 days before the month of Ramadan as a form of respect for children or family members who have died. The community believes that prayers and prepared food will make the spirits happy, as well as being a medium for maintaining Islamic cultural heritage. This tradition is carried out once a year and is passed down from generation to generation. In addition to being a form of respect, Ari Ana Mahun is a means of education for the community to preserve Islamic traditions and strengthen religious values. These values ​​are instilled from generation to generation so that the community maintains their cultural and spiritual identity. This paper aims to describe the values ​​of Islamic education contained in it. The research uses a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted through the stages of collection, reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results indicate that this tradition involves determining the date, preparing traditional food, visiting graves, decorating the containers, reciting prayers together, giving alms to children, and planting a raung (a symbol of Islam) at the graves. The Islamic educational values ​​contained include monotheism, worship, morals, silaturahmi (silaturahmi), instilling religious values ​​from an early age, and preserving Islamic culture.

As a media outlet disseminating news to its readers, IDN Times is not free from language errors in creating and distributing news. The aim of this research is to explain the types of morphological language errors in news writing on IDN Times concerning corruption and the viral fake calculator in the film "In-laws Are Deadly." The researcher focuses the investigation on news published in June. This research is descriptive qualitative in nature. The method used in this research are reading and writing. The results of the study show the presence of language errors in the field of morphology, which include: 1) Errors in affixation omission, and 2) Errors in word writing. This analysis is expected to serve as an evaluation to be more careful in writing news, particularly in the aspect of morphology.

This study aims to explore an in-depth understanding of Kim Ji Young's personality in the film "Kim Ji Young, Born 1982" in the context of patriarchal culture using Sigmund Freud's psychoanalytic theory. The research method used is a qualitative method using note-taking technique. We used Sigmund Freud's theory, specifically concepts such as id, ego, and superego, to help us understand the inner conflict experienced by the main character. We also analyzed various events in the film that depict Kim Ji Young's experience as a woman in a society dominated by patriarchal values. The results of this study show that Kim Ji Young experiences complex internal conflicts while performing her role as a woman in a patriarchal culture. Freud's theory helps us understand how these conflicts arise and affect her personality. In addition, this study also emphasizes the important role of family environment, society, and childhood experiences in shaping Kim Ji Young's personality. This research has important implications in understanding the role of women in a patriarchal society and how psychoanalytic theory can be used to analyze characters in works of art such as films.
