Racism took a different turn in the 16th century, impacting this generation's society. Through racist beliefs and thoughts, people divided society into divisions. This study was based on racism and white people's historical oppression of black people. In this study, we examined two novels that help to analyze racism in society, and the impact of these novels on culture was also addressed. The study described slavery in the 19th century and the colonial times of Nigerian tribes. Mark Twain’s The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn offered an American perspective on racism vs. the African setting of Things Fall Apart. During the 19th century, Nigerian people faced colonization that impacted the culture and behaviour of indigenous people. In this study, different aspects of racism and the effects of racism on black people were examined. This study also showed that the British invasion forced marginalization in every element of Igbo society, ranging from traditional values to religious and gender roles; this study aims to discuss the differences in the perspective of racism by analyzing Things Fall Apart and The Adventure of Huckleberry Finn. These two pieces of literature helped to develop better concepts and aspects of racism in the social setting and highlighted the racism between white and black people.

This research conducted on the ganjuran ds ngambeg tradition in Puncak, Lamongan Regency, namely to find out and explain clearly. The research uses folklore theory, namely the concept of Danandjaja. The method used in the research is descriptive qualitative with interview, observation and documentation techniques. The research instrument is a researcher, a list of questions and an observation sheet. The aim of this research is 1) to explain the origins of the ganjuran tradition in Ngambeg village, Puncak district, Lamongan district. 2) Explain the procedures for the Ganjuran tradition. 3) Explain the ubarampe and its meaning in the Ganjuran tradition. 4) Explain the benefits or uses of the ganjuran tradition. 5) Explain how to preserve the ganjuran tradition. The results of research on the ganjuran tradition in Ngambeg Village can be seen that the origins of Ngambeg Village are from Panji Laras and Panji Liris which are loved by Dewi Andanwangi and Dewi Andansari. The procedures for this tradition consist of the preparation and closing stages. Ubarampe from the ganjuran tradition is 1) Sugar and Coffee 2) tetel 3) lemet 4) Wingko 5) Krecek 6) Sticky Rice Salak 7) Side dishes 8) Bananas 9) Bongko 10) Bread 11) Kalender. The uses of the Ganjuran tradition are 1) as a projection system 2) as a system of rules for cultural institutions 3) as a tool for education 4) as a tool for monitoring society, then other uses are 1) for economic activities 2) religious or religious 3) social. The way to preserve the ganjuran tradition is by passing it down from generation to generation and utilizing social media.

This study aims to explore the efforts of the Pacet Made community in preserving the "Ruwah Dusun" tradition amidst changing times. The Ruwah tradition, an annual ritual held in the month of Ruwah or Sha’ban before Ramadan, holds profound philosophical and spiritual meaning. This research employs a descriptive qualitative method through interviews, observations, and data analysis using Nahak’s theory (2019:72). The findings reveal that despite modernization and globalization influencing the form and meaning of this ritual, the Pacet Made community remains steadfast in their cultural roots with various adaptation efforts, such as innovation in tradition, syncretization with religious values, and socialization to the younger generation. Preservation efforts are carried out by strengthening cultural education, documenting and publishing, utilizing information technology, and developing derivative products from the Ruwah tradition. Through this research, it is hoped that the Ruwah tradition in Pacet Made Village will not only be preserved but also inspire and empower the community in facing the challenges of the times.

This research aims to explore the dynamics of diglossia in Javanese-speaking communities using a sociolinguistic approach and literary studies. The literature study method is used to collect data from various relevant literary sources, including books, literature, notes and other sources. The data analyzed includes findings about the use of Javanese in various life contexts, factors that influence diglossia, and the social and cultural impact of changes in language use patterns. The research results show that social and technological changes have brought about a shift in the use of Javanese, with the younger generation tending to switch to Indonesian or foreign languages ​​in daily communication. Factors such as education level, age, social stratification, and family attitudes influence language use preferences in society. In facing these changes, efforts to develop the Javanese language are very important to maintain local language and culture in this era of globalization.

Through innovations such as the "Jemput Bola Administrasi Kependudukan" (Administration Retrieval Initiative) within the Kalimasada program, the Surabaya city government expedites administrative processes by utilizing the Klampid New Generation (KNG) website. This research aims to optimize this innovation in the Wonorejo Rungkut sub-district of Surabaya. Standards of public service regulated by laws serve as benchmarks for enhancing service quality, covering procedures, processing time, costs, service offerings, infrastructure, and staff competencies. The research findings indicate that service procedures run smoothly, processing times are relatively fast, services are provided free of charge, service offerings include various citizenship documents, and infrastructure is adequate. This innovation reflects the integration of technology into governance, accelerating and streamlining public administration processes.

Apart from that, indigenous peoples must also pay attention to the younger generation to serve as their next generation, so it is necessary to establish traditional education as a place of learning to learn more about their history and culture. The method used in this research is a qualitative method, to understand the phenomenon of what is happening in the field. The traditional school in Sihaporas Village has an important role in preserving Toba Batak culture so that the younger generation continues to understand their culture and makes the younger generation the next generation of their parents. So that the customs inherited from their ancestors can be preserved. Parents must also invite their children to follow traditions and all ritual events carried out from ancient times. Because with this traditional education, the younger generation will know more about how important it is to preserve culture

This research aims to explain the concept of Harun Ar-Rashid's thoughts related to Islamic education and its relevance to the current context of Islamic education. The research method used is qualitative research with a literature study approach, exploring information from various sources such as literature, research reports, theses, dissertations, and electronic publications related to Harun Ar-Rashid's concept of thought on Islamic education and its relevance to the present. The results show that Harun al-Rashid's concept of Islamic education has significant inspirational value. A deep understanding of these concepts allows Islamic education to continue to develop and make a positive contribution amid the dynamics of modern times. In the midst of the complexity of the modern world, the values championed by Harun al-Rashid can be an important guideline in defining the role of Islamic education and achieving the expected noble goals.

The research used qualitative method and data collection techniques are, interview, and documentation. Data analysis in this research used data reduces, data display, and drawing conclusion. The result of this research showed that Ro'a Mu’u is a marriage ritual as a symbol of the second opportunity for the bride and groom.Ro'amu'u is performed at the bride's house, after the bride and groom carry out a church wedding. Ro'amu'u is carried out home from the church in accordance with the agreement of both parties, namely the male side (me pu) and the female side (inaama). In this process, the woman will plant a banana tree in front of the house and replace the traditional Sikka sarong, in general, ro’amu’u in Sikka district is one of the traditional ceremonies marriage that is prioritized in traditional wedding ceremonies, Meaning of ro'amu'u is that the bride and groom feel that marriage is a very sacred value with the aim of continuing offspring so that their marriage is symbolized by meaning and social values. specialy in Pogaon village must preserve the customs and culture of ro'a mu'u the younger generation because this ceremony is a sacred wedding ceremony with the aim of continuing the lineage so that the younger generation must learn and carry out this ceremony for generations.
