The development of digital platforms such as TikTok has encouraged the emergence of affiliate-based marketing practices in e-commerce activities. Affiliate marketing is a digital marketing system that promotes another person's product or service through a special affiliate link and earns a commission if a purchase or transaction is made through that affiliate link. Product promotion content has become one of the most effective marketing methods in the digital world. However, in practice, there are cases where affiliates reuse video content belonging to creators for promotional purposes and to earn sales commissions without permission. This study aims to analyze the provisions of digital video copyright protection under Law Number 28 of 2014 concerning Copyright and to examine forms of copyright infringement in the use of TikTok videos by affiliates. The method used is a normative study, employing a legal approach, a conceptual approach, and factual analysis. Primary and secondary legal materials were used in this study, which was analyzed descriptively and qualitatively. The results of the study show that TikTok videos fall under the category of cinematographic works that are protected as stipulated in Article 40 paragraph (1) letter m of the Copyright Law. Copyright protection arises automatically based on the declarative principle since the creation is realized in a tangible form, covering moral and economic rights. The use of TikTok videos by affiliates for promotional purposes and to earn sales commissions constitutes commercial use which, if done without the creator's permission, violates the creator's economic rights as stipulated in Article 9 paragraph (3) and potentially violates moral rights under Article 5 of the Copyright Law.

The development of technology in the era of globalization has brought significant changes in society, particularly through the emergence of the internet and social media such as WhatsApp, X (Twitter), Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, and TikTok, which facilitate rapid information dissemination. This development has also given rise to a new profession, namely content creators, who produce and share content in the form of images, videos, or text for branding, professional purposes, or self-expression, often resorting to sensationalism to attract audience attention. On the other hand, the ease of access to social media has also triggered the spread of negative content, including pornography, as evidenced by Komdigi/Kominfo data showing millions of blocked negative content, with X being one of the dominant platforms. In Islamic perspective, anything that leads to adultery is prohibited as stated in QS. Al-Isra verse 32. A prominent case is Dea OnlyFans (Gusti Ayu Dewanti) who was arrested for distributing pornographic content through OnlyFans and Google Drive, charged under the Pornography Law and ITE Law, and found guilty in the Supreme Court Decision Number 2086 K/Pid.Sus/2023. This study discusses 1) How are the differences in judges' considerations at the District Court, High Court, and Cassation? 2) Can the Supreme Court judges' considerations provide a deterrent effect? This research uses a descriptive method with normative legal research based on literature study, using primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials.

The GA Division used various communication channels such as WhatsApp groups, weekly face-to-face meetings, and the use of visual media (photos/videos) to ensure clear and directed communication. This multi-channel approach facilitated timely and accurate information flow between departments and outsourced workers. Additionally, the GA Division positioned itself as a "communication bridge," centralizing coordination for all departments and ensuring smooth operational processes. The communication pattern employed was an effective combination of formal, hierarchical communication and informal, personal communication. This combination served to strengthen relationships, foster mutual understanding, and promote a collaborative work environment. The development of digital technology has brought significant changes in the patterns of social interaction in society. Social media, especially TikTok, now functions not only as a means of entertainment but also as an effective medium for disseminating social, cultural, and humanitarian values. One interesting phenomenon in this context is the emergence of altruistic content, namely messages that represent caring, kindness, and selfless assistance. Content with altruistic nuances has its own appeal because it can create emotional closeness with the audience and has the potential to be used by business actors as a communication strategy to build a positive brand image. This study aims to identify and describe the forms of altruistic messages displayed in the TikTok account @mr.kingthread owned by Batik Benang Raja. The study used a descriptive qualitative approach with a content analysis method based on the altruism theory of Eisenberg and Mussen, as well as the six stages of content analysis according to Klaus Krippendorff. Data were collected from 24 videos uploaded between January 1–31, 2025, through observation and documentation techniques. Then, they were analyzed and categorized into six indicators of altruism: sharing, cooperation, helping, donating, honesty, and generosity. The results of the study show that @mr.kingthread's content consistently displays altruism through sincere, emotional, and easily accepted actions by the audience. The aspect of donating emerged as the most dominant element, followed by aspects of cooperation, helping, and sharing. The natural, authentic, and uncontrived message delivery strengthens emotional closeness with the audience and increases public trust in Batik Benang Raja's image as a brand that cares about humanitarian values. In conclusion, the altruism-based communication strategy through TikTok has proven effective in spreading humanitarian values, strengthening the company's positive image, and fostering a spirit of sharing among the audience.

The development of digital technology based on Artificial Intelligence (AI) has had a significant impact on society, including the emergence of new crimes such as deepfake pornography. Deepfake pornography is a form of AI misuse that creates fake pornographic content by manipulating a person's face into a video or image without consent. This phenomenon raises complex legal issues within the Indonesian criminal law system. This study aims to examine how Indonesian criminal law regulates AI deviations in the form of deepfake pornography and to assess the effectiveness of these regulations in providing legal protection. This research uses a normative approach with qualitative analysis methods and the theory of legal effectiveness as the analytical tool. The research findings indicate that AI deviations in the form of deepfake pornography are not specifically regulated in Indonesia's positive criminal law. The applicable regulations are still general in nature, scattered across several laws such as the Electronic Information and Transactions Law (ITE Law), Personal Data Protection Law, Pornography Law, Sexual Violence Criminal Act Law, Copyright Law, and the Criminal Code (KUHP), which do not comprehensively address the technological aspects and psychosocial impacts of this crime. Based on Soerjono Soekanto's theory of legal effectiveness, the existing regulations are not yet effective, as seen from the legal substance, law enforcement, legal facilities and infrastructure, community factors, and legal culture. Therefore, a responsive legal reform is needed to keep pace with digital technological developments, along with strengthening the capacity of law enforcement institutions.
