The public’s demand for excellent service encourages the government to continuously innovate. In response, the Population and Civil Registration Office of Pangandaran Regency developed an innovation called the mobile service pickup program. This innovation integrates offline services to accelerate and simplify the processing of population documents, particularly in the issuance of birth certificates. The mobile service pickup program is designed to improve the efficiency, effectiveness, and transparency of public services in the field of population administration in Pangandaran Regency. This study refers to the innovation theory by Everett M. Rogers, as cited in Prabowo H. (2022), which states that there are five attributes of innovation that influence its acceptance: relative advantage, compatibility, trialability, and observability. The research method used in this study is qualitative descriptive, with data collected through interviews, documentation, and observation. Meanwhile, informants were selected purposively to obtain relevant and in-depth data. The research results reveal that the mobile service pickup program innovation has not yet been optimally implemented, with time effectiveness being a crucial factor for the community. Therefore, this innovation must continue to be developed to gain wider acceptance among the public.

This research is motivated by the existence of problems in the management of movable assets owned by Margajaya Village which are not yet optimal. The purpose of this study is to determine the optimization of movable asset management in Margajaya Village, Sukadana District, Ciamis Regency. The method used in this study is descriptive analysis. There are 6 informants. Data collection techniques are literature studies, field studies (observations and interviews) and documentation. The author uses qualitative data analysis techniques through processing data from interviews and observations to draw conclusions so that they can answer the problems in the study. Based on the results of the study, it is known that: Optimization of movable asset management in Margajaya Village has been implemented but has not been optimal in accordance with the principles of asset management, namely the functional principle, legal certainty, openness, efficiency, accountability, and certainty of value. This shows that the movable assets owned by the village have been used but have not been managed effectively to support the implementation of government duties and community services. There are several obstacles faced in the management of movable assets, including limited competent human resources, inadequate supporting facilities and infrastructure, lack of socialization and understanding of regulations, limited community participation in supervision, and budget constraints for asset maintenance and development. Efforts have been made by the Margajaya Village Government together with related parties to overcome these obstacles, including conducting training and increasing the capacity of village officials, implementing a digital-based asset management information system, socializing and assisting with asset management regulations, increasing transparency and community participation, and optimizing village budget management.

This research is motivated by several factors that cause voter behavior in the regional head election in Banjar City. The purpose of this study is to determine voter behavior in the Regional Head Election in Banjar City. The method used in this study is descriptive analysis. There are 7 informants. Data collection techniques are literature studies, field studies (observations and interviews) and documentation. The author uses qualitative data analysis techniques through data processing from interviews and observations to draw conclusions so that they can answer the problems in the study. Based on the results of the study, it is known that: voter behavior in Banjar City is still dominated by the tendency of traditional voters and skeptical voters. This is evidenced by the problem of many voters who determine their choices based on following suit if most of their environment chooses a candidate pair, in addition, voters in determining their political choices are based on information obtained from their parents or from their environment, there are voters who are reluctant and lazy to pay attention to political contestation. There are obstacles to voter behavior in the regional head election in Banjar City, including unequal access to information so that people only get political information from unverified social media. In addition, the practice of money politics is still a reality that is difficult to avoid, where direct assistance or certain promises are the main considerations in choosing candidate pairs as well as past experiences. To overcome various obstacles, a number of efforts have been made, including the Banjar City General Election Commission (KPU) implementing a voter education program through direct outreach to the community, especially in villages and densely populated areas.

This study analyzes how actors and structures play roles in addressing environmental issues caused by waste transportation truck activities in Dukuh Promasan, Salatiga. The findings reveal that the local community is actively involved in collective efforts, such as cleaning the roads and reporting issues related to waste management. Although the community generally tends to be passive towards government policies, this research found that residents of Dukuh Promasan actively participate in mitigating the negative impacts of waste transportation, including problems related to noise, odor, scattered waste, and leachate. The study employs a qualitative descriptive method to examine the interactions among various actors, such as the Environmental Agency (Dinas Lingkungan Hidup), the Ngronggo landfill management, truck drivers, and the Dukuh Promasan community. It explores the social dynamics resulting from these interactions, particularly how community initiatives can influence waste management policies and practices. Moreover, the study identifies the challenges faced by the Environmental Agency in managing waste, such as limited funding and facilities, which negatively affect the efficiency of waste collection and processing. These findings highlight the necessity of policies that promote active community participation in waste management. This research is expected to provide insights into the relationship between community behavior and the waste management system, and to recommend a collaborative approach to enhance environmental sustainability in Dukuh Promasan.

Law Number 31 of 2004 concerning Fisheries as amended by Law Number 45 of 2009 concerning Amendments to Law Number 31 of 2004 concerning Fisheries recognizes corporations as subjects of criminal acts in criminal acts in the fisheries sector, but the corporations are not held criminally responsible. This research is a normative legal research, using a statutory approach and a conceptual approach with literature study techniques or document studies. The processing of legal materials is carried out with several processes, namely the validity of legal materials, classification of legal materials, recording legal materials and analysis of legal materials. Analysis of legal materials is carried out in a normative qualitative juridical manner with descriptive and prescriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate  first, the regulation of corporate criminal liability in the current Fisheries Law still has shortcomings/weaknesses, namely it does not clearly formulate when a corporation is said to have committed a crime and based on the history of the development of corporations as subjects of criminal law, corporate criminal liability in the current Fisheries Law is still at stage II where corporations are recognized as perpetrators of criminal acts, but their criminal liability has not directly affected the corporation and only the corporate administrators are responsible. Second, the regulation of corporate criminal liability in the future can be seen in the Fisheries Bill which has answered the weaknesses/deficiencies in the Fisheries Law and has accommodated corporate criminal liability where corporations can be subject to principal or additional criminal sanctions for the crimes they commit.
