Copyright infringement in the music sector continues to be a significant issue in Indonesia, particularly when musical works are commercially used by business operators. Copyright law provides legal protection for creative works, including songs or music, by granting exclusive rights to control use and derive benefits from such creations. This research examines the legal analysis of copyright holders in compensation for royalty payments. The method used in this research is normative, supplemented by literature studies, including relevant regulations and previous research on song or music copyright. The research findings indicate that royalty payment is a legal obligation for every user of songs in commercial activities, and creators are entitled to such compensation. However, in the Mie Gacoan case in Bali, it is evident that the implementation of these provisions remains constrained due to weak legal understanding, supervision, and compliance, necessitating strengthened law enforcement and optimization of the role of collective management institutions.

The development of drone technology and artificial intelligence (AI) has presented great opportunities in various sectors, but at the same time opened up new loopholes for potential terrorist attacks. This article analyzes the shift in terrorism attack strategies from traditional manual methods to the use of drone-based autonomous systems and AI. Through a descriptive qualitative approach and literature review, this study explores how this technology is used to improve the effectiveness, anonymity, and scale of attacks. The study also discusses threats arising from AI-based drone swarm capabilities, potential cyberattacks on drone systems, and global regulatory lags in anticipating these threats. In addition, this article offers policy recommendations to strengthen national defense systems against the increasingly complex and automated evolution of terrorism threats. These findings are expected to be an early contribution to the development of counter-terrorism strategies that are adaptive to technological advances.

The phenomenon of the local Aceh party's victory in the 2024 legislative election demonstrates the success of political communication strategies employed by the elected members of the Aceh Regional House of Representatives. This study aims to analyze the political communication strategies used by local party members in winning the election and how these strategies build closeness with voters in Aceh. The research method is qualitative with a case study approach, involving in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis related to political campaigns. The results indicate that a combination of interpersonal communication, utilization of social media, and integration of local cultural values are key to the success of the local party’s political communication strategy. This study contributes new insights by highlighting the importance of local wisdom-based political communication and the role of traditional and religious leaders in strengthening political support in a special autonomous region like Aceh. The findings can serve as a reference for developing more effective and contextual political communication strategies in regions with similar characteristics.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bentuk pengembangan produk wisata Pantai Sembilan dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengembangan A4 dalam upaya meningkatkan kunjungan wisatawan di obyek wisata Pantai Sembilan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di kawasan obyek wisata Pantai Sembilan dengan analisa deskriptif kualitatif. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis A4. Bentuk pengembangan produk wisata Pantai Sembilan dalam meningkatkan kunjungan wisatawan yaitu: meningkatkan kemudahan aksesibilitas dan standar keamanan terutama kapal penyeberangan, meningkatkan kualitas komunikasi/internet sebagai penunjang fasilitas pelayanan, meningkatkan standarisasi keamanan atraksi wisata demi keselamatan pengunjung dan pengembangan daya tarik wisata lainnya di sekitar kawasan Pantai Sembilan, serta menambah jumlah cottage. Pengaruh pengembangan A4 yaitu: dengan standarisasi keamanan atraksi wisata membuat wisatawan merasa aman saat berkunjung, pengembangan daya tarik wisata dapat memberikan atraksi baru sehingga wisatawan tidak jenuh saat berkunjung, peningkatan kemudahan aksesibilitas dan standar keamanan pada kapal penyeberangan dapat meminimalisir ketakutan calon wisatawan akan resiko kecelakaan di laut, serta peningkatan kualitas internet dan keasrian cottage dapat membuat wisatawan nyaman untuk berkunjung dalam tenggat waktu yang lebih lama.
