MSMEs Traditional culinary MSMEs play a vital role in the Indonesian economy through job creation, income equality, and preservation of local culture. However, limited capital, raw materials, and labor, as well as unsystematic production planning, mean that MSME production decisions are still intuitive, leading to inefficiencies and suboptimal profits. A case study of MSME Sostang Tijang Bruno, a Sundanese cireng producer, shows that cireng production is still based on experience without clear calculations, resulting in a mismatch between production and demand and waste of raw materials. This study aims to optimize cireng production volume using the Graphical Linier Programming method to maximize profits by considering constraints on raw materials, working time, and market capacity. Data were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. The decision variables were the production volume of original chicken-filled cireng and spicy chicken-filled cireng. The analysis results showed an optimal production combination of 2.93 kg of original chicken-filled cireng and 0.53 kg of spicy chicken-filled cireng with a maximum profit of Rp499,000 per day. This method is expected to help MSMEs make more efficient and rational production decisions

This study aims to determine the effect of pricing, sales promotions, and stock availability on sales volume at H&G Collection. In an era of increasingly fierce business competition, companies need to manage marketing strategies effectively to maintain and increase sales. Appropriate pricing can influence product appeal to consumers, planned sales promotions can increase purchasing interest, while maintained stock availability ensures that consumer demand is met without interruption. This study used a quantitative approach with primary data sources obtained through questionnaires. The population in this study was all H&G Collection employees in the marketing, finance, and general administration divisions. The sampling technique used a saturated or census sampling method, where all members of the population were sampled. The number of respondents involved in this study was 37. The research instruments were tested for validity and reliability before being used in data collection. The data obtained were analyzed using SPSS version 19 software. The analysis methods included classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-tests, and F-tests to determine partial and simultaneous effects between variables. The results of the study indicate that the three independent variables, namely pricing (X₁), sales promotion (X₂), and stock availability (X₃), have a significant effect on the dependent variable, namely sales volume (Y). This proves that the right pricing strategy, effective promotions, and optimal inventory management can significantly increase sales volume. This finding implies that H&G Collection management needs to maintain and even improve the quality of the implementation of these three variables in an integrated manner to support sales growth and the company's competitiveness in the market.

Osha Snack UMKM faces issues related to product defects, which are suspected to arise due to a lack of quality control in the production process. This study aims to identify the causes of product defects, provide improvement suggestions, and determine effective ways to control product quality. Data were collected through interviews with relevant parties and field surveys to gather information on production volume, product defects, and production activities. The data were processed by organizing it into check sheets, performing regression calculations, and analyzing it using scatter diagrams and fishbone analysis. The Statistical Process Control (SPC) method was applied to analyze, control, and improve the production process. The results show a significant relationship between production volume and the number of defective products, with the regression equation Y = 0.0764X and a coefficient of determination R² = 0.9625. The most common type of defect is broken snacks before packaging. In addition, waste products also come from product returns by buyers, which leads to raw material waste and hinders the achievement of production targets. The analysis results suggest that the UMKM should implement quality control measures in the form of process improvements, enhancement of work skills, proper machine maintenance, implementation of SOPs, and improvement of working conditions.

In the increasingly fierce business competition, understanding the factors that influence consumer buying interest is crucial. This study analyzes the effect of product quality and price on consumer purchase intention of Tofu Baxo Ibu Pudji in Pamularsih, Semarang City. Using a quantitative survey method, data was collected from 50 respondents through questionnaires. The results showed that product quality and price have a strong and positive relationship with consumer buying interest. The correlation test shows that product quality has a calculated r value of 0.68 and price of 0.62, both of which are greater than r table (0.2787), indicating a significant relationship. Partial regression test (t-test) shows that product quality (t count = 38.83) and price (t count = 6.96) have a significant effect on purchase intention (t table = 2.01063). The simultaneous test (F-test) shows that product quality and price together have a significant effect on buying interest with an F value of 26.1168 (F table = 3.200). The coefficient of determination (R2) shows that product quality and price explain 52.63% of the variation in consumer buying interest, while 47.37% is influenced by other factors. The results of this study provide insight for business owners in improving quality and pricing strategies to increase competitiveness and sales volume.
