Along with the times and advances in technology, entrepreneurship has become an important pillar in economic growth. Entrepreneurship not only creates jobs, but also utilizes existing natural resources effectively. However, many people fail in starting a business because of the wrong mindset, a sense of personal limitations, and an inability to adapt to changing times. This article discusses the importance of having the right mindset, or mindset, in running a business. A growth mindset, which describes the belief that intelligence and skills can develop through effort and experience, is considered essential for entrepreneurial success. Meanwhile, a fixed mindset that views ability as something that is fixed can hinder progress. A positive and optimistic mindset is a key factor in facing entrepreneurial challenges. Entrepreneurs who think positively tend to see difficulties as opportunities to learn and grow, while those who are optimistic have higher motivation and are more resistant to pressure. Apart from that, creativity and innovation are aspects that are no less important, because entrepreneurs must be able to create products or services that can meet market needs and adapt to changes. Entrepreneurship also requires mental perseverance to face failure and unexpected challenges. A successful entrepreneur must have a tenacious, creative, hardworking attitude and dare to take risks. With a combination of these traits, entrepreneurs can achieve long-term success in their businesses. This article emphasizes that the right mindset, coupled with an innovative attitude and perseverance, greatly influences the journey and success of an entrepreneur.

By absorbing this approach, students are expected to see business opportunities as untapped fields of exploration, making creativity a catalyst for innovation in the world of entrepreneurship.

Dispora or Youth and Sports Service is a regional government located in the province or district/city. Dispora has an important role in developing youth potential and advancing the field of sports in a country or certain city district, and its objectives include developing leadership, creativity and youth skills. , as well as increasing achievement and participation in sports activities to support overall Community Health and Development. The general aim of this research is to find out what influences employee/worker loyalty in completing performance programs that will be implemented in the Youth and Sports Department. This research uses a research method with a qualitative approach, where the research carried out is descriptive. The focus of this research is the achievement of work results (performance) of government officials at the Youth and Sports Department in increasing loyalty to performance by analyzing problems, especially regarding employee readiness and response to performance and loyalty. The results of this research are that employee loyalty is one of the keys to the success of a program. performance, so as to reduce the risk of failure in the performance program, suggestions: To increase employee morale and work motivation, leaders should act more wisely, so that appropriate work programs are created.

This research aims to in  vestigate the influence of entrepreneurial knowledge and entrepreneurial creativity on entrepreneurial intention. The research employs a quantitative measurement approach to assess the impact of entrepreneurial knowledge and entrepreneurial creativity on entrepreneurial intention. The measurement scale used is the Likert scale. The type and source of data for this research are derived from primary data collection. Primary data is information collected directly from respondents through a structured questionnaire. The questionnaire was distributed during the data collection process of this research. The study was conducted by analyzing data from a number of respondents involved in the entrepreneurial context. A survey method was used to gather data from 99 respondents with diverse backgrounds. The analysis method employed was the quantitative analysis of the Inner Model, with calculations of T statistics, R-Square, f-Square, and VIF using SmartPLS version 4.0.9.3. The Outer Model was assessed for Convergent Reliability, Discriminant Validity, Composite Reliability, and Cronbach's Alpha. The research results indicate that entrepreneurial knowledge has a positive and significant influence on entrepreneurial intention. Additionally, entrepreneurial creativity was also found to have a positive and significant impact on entrepreneurial intention. Enhancing entrepreneurial knowledge and promoting creativity can be effective strategies to stimulate entrepreneurial intention in society.

Micro, small enterprises (MSME) are businesses or industries that are supported by individual skills, creativity and abilities. Industry or business creates an item or product by utilizing a creativity and the talents of each individual. This study aims to determine the influence of Knowledge, Skills on business performance through entrepreneurial competence. This type of research is Quantitative research. The population in this study is the owner of MSME of Pasuruan Regency's superior products, the sample of this study is 1 16 Respondents The source of data   in this study is the primary data source. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. The data analysis tool used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPPS 22 Software. The results of this study show (1). Knowledge has a significant effect on business performance. (2). Knowledge has a significant effect on entrepreneurial competence (3). Skills have a significant effect on business performance. (4). Skills have a significant effecton entrepreneurial competence. (5). Entrepreneurial competence has a significant effect on performance. (6). Knowledge has a significant effect on business performance through the competence of the entrepreneur. (7). Skills have a significant effect on performance through entrepreneurial competence.

The research method that will be used in this research is a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. The design used in this study is a case study design. The results of the research are 1. HR Competence in the Era of Industri 4.0 and Digital 5.0 Transformation to Increase Employee Work Productivity at PT Telkomsel Se-Priangan Timur, competency or capacity in carrying out tasks, in this case what is needed by aligning knowledge and expertise by communicating with technological developments business and digital. 2. Obstacles in HR Competence in the Era of Industri 4.0 and Digital 5.0 Transformation to Increase Employee Work Productivity At PT Telkomsel Se-Priangan Timur, not all Telkomsel employees already know Digital Culture in their daily work and mastery of existing Technology by the Network Department in New Mastery 5G Technology Network employees, HR who have high creativity are needed in the era of volatility, uncertainty, complexity, ambiguity (VUCA) to make Innovations that support Digital Business.3. Efforts in HR Competence in the Industri 4.0 and Digital 5.0 Transformation Era to Increase Employee Work Productivity at PT Telkomsel Se-Priangan Timur, Digital Culture training in daily work and mastery of existing Technology by the Network Department in Mastering New Technology 5G Network employees, trained HR those who have high creativity are needed in the era of volatility, uncertainty, complexity, ambiguity (VUCA) to make innovations that support Digital Business.
