The Indonesian capital market has become a vital pillar of the national economy, providing opportunities for companies to obtain funding while simultaneously providing an investment vehicle for the wider community. In this context, stocks are the most sought-after instrument due to the potential returns they offer. However, stock investment is constantly faced with uncertainty, with fluctuating stock prices often presenting challenges for investors, especially those without a thorough understanding of the company's fundamental performance. An interesting phenomenon, the starting point of this research, is the quite extreme price movements of BIPI shares over the past decade. From 2015 to 2021, BIPI's share price remained stagnant at Rp 50 per share, a condition often referred to by market participants as "gocap" (goat capit). This condition reflects low investor interest in the company's shares, possibly due to high risk perceptions or unconvincing fundamental performance.

The results indicate varied liquidity performance, with an average Current Ratio of 97.82% (below the 200% benchmark, categorized as poor) and a Cash Ratio of 63.03% (above 50%, categorized as good). Solvency performance is underperformed, with an average DAR of  and DER of, reflecting a high reliance on debt. The retail industry is currently facing increasingly intense competition, requiring optimal supply chain efficiency. Warehouses play a strategic role in controlling inventory flows and supporting a company’s operational performance. At K3Mart, stock shortages are still frequently found, caused by low supplier compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLA) and delays in delivery schedules, which negatively affect distribution processes and store service quality. This study aims to analyze the effect of supplier compliance with SLA and delivery timeliness on warehouse operational performance at K3Mart. This research employs a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires to 40 respondents from the warehouse, purchasing, and procurement divisions using a saturated sampling technique. The research instrument uses a Likert scale. Data analysis was conducted using validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination with the assistance of SPSS software. The results show that supplier compliance with SLA and delivery timeliness have a positive and significant effect, both partially and simultaneously, on warehouse operational performance. Therefore, improving supplier compliance with SLA and delivery timeliness can enhance optimal warehouse operational performance.

This study aimed to determine and analyze the influence of financial ratios on profit changes in telecommunications companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2019–2023 period. The financial ratios used in this study encompass four main groups: liquidity ratios, solvency ratios, activity ratios, and profitability ratios. This study employed a quantitative approach with an associative nature because it attempted to examine the relationship and influence between these financial variables on profit changes. The population in this study comprised all telecommunications companies listed on the IDX, while the sample selection was conducted using a purposive sampling technique with specific criteria, resulting in 15 eligible companies. The research data were then analyzed using panel data regression using EViews 12 software, with the best model selected being the Random Effect Model (REM). The results showed that simultaneously, liquidity, solvency, activity, and profitability ratios significantly influenced profit changes, thus concluding that the company's overall financial performance plays a significant role in determining the dynamics of profit generated. However, partial test results showed that the influence of each ratio was different. The solvency ratio has a significant negative effect on profit changes, indicating that the higher a company's debt level, the greater the risk of profit decline. Conversely, the profitability ratio has a significant positive effect, confirming that a company's ability to generate net profit is a major factor in increasing profit changes. Meanwhile, the liquidity ratio and activity ratio were not shown to have a significant effect on profit changes, indicating that short-term liquidity and operational efficiency are not sufficient to be the primary determinants in driving profit changes in the telecommunications sector.

Operational management is an important part of problem solving factors in manufacturing companies because they have to face changing environmental conditions. Marketing Strategy is a strategy designed to promote goods or services with the aim of generating profits. Especially in some contexts, consumers tend to focus more on brands than products when making purchases, choosing certain brands because they have a positive image. Qualitative research methods place more emphasis on observing phenomena that occur and more on examining the substance of the meaning of these phenomena. Descriptive qualitative research means that the researcher must describe an object, phenomenon, or social setting which will be outlined in narrative writing. Benefits and Objectives of Company Operational Management 1. Efficiency (increasing efficiency) 2. Productivity (increasing efficiency) 3. Economy (reducing costs) 4. Quality (improving quality) 5. Reduced processing time (reducing production process time) Suggestions for this research are that several objects can be added to determine product quality improvements.

In running a business there are definitely risks. Risks that arise from the internal and external environment of the business can result in the business experiencing losses. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive research method with data collection techniques originating from observations and interviews with the owner of the Manju Steamed Bread business, Tuasan Branch. This research will use Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), where ERM implementation is usually implemented by identifying risks, assessing and controlling risks. Businesses that use Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) can get risks ranging from low (low), medium (medium), high (high). This research aims to identify risks that may occur in the Manju Steamed Bread business, Tuasan Branch, then create a risk matrix to determine the worst risks that must be prioritized in control. The research results show that there are operational risks, namely employees not following steaming machine operating procedures, lack of maintenance of the machine and bread steaming equipment by employees and delays in the arrival of raw materials. This risk will affect the quality of taste, service, and can result in losses due to shop closures due to delays in the arrival of raw materials, so risk management is needed which aims to reduce operational risks that may occur.

Management of facilities and infrastructure is one of the factors affecting success in a company. One is to support the company's operational activities. The purpose of this study was to find out the management of infrastructure in one of the companies engaged in food and beverage. The research results show that the company has carried out management by doing the planning, procurement, maintenance, inventory, and removal of infrastructure. However, not all infrastructure is in an optimal state. This can be seen from the manual use of the machine and the leaky air conditioning due to the lack of regular maintenance. This study used qualitative methods using data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews, and prior literature, and using purposive sampling techniques.

Baggage handling has a very important role in supporting the safety and comfort of passengers while traveling by airplane, then processing the baggage according to existing procedures until the baggage arrives at its destination using the same aircraft as the passenger. To find out the handling of BHS in improving passenger baggage security, as well as solutions in handling BHS operational operations so as to improve passenger baggage security, baggage handling at Operations (BHS) at Sultan Muhammad Kaharuddin Airport, Sumbawa. It is carried out through a system that has several gradual processes. The process begins when passengers check-in and hand over their baggage to the check-in officer, then the baggage is given a special coded label as baggage identity. Then the baggage will enter the system with the conveyor belt as the path, then the baggage will go through several stages or levels of security and several stages of automatic sorting. After all stages of the process, both at the security level check and at the baggage sorting stage, are deemed safe, the baggage will go to the make up area of each airline or to the destination on the baggage identity tag which the system has read during the sorting process. Each stage of operations (BHS) is able to guarantee the safety and movement of the baggage is always maintained and monitored through a system that is connected to one another. The existence of a connection from the system guarantees that the baggage is in a safe condition, both the contents and physical condition of the baggage and the baggage handling process becomes faster and more efficient in terms of time and effort.
