The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of capital structure and liquidity on profitability at PT Matahari Department Store Tbk during the 2019-2023 period. A qualitative approach is used in this study. The data used is secondary data in the form of the company's annual financial statements. According to the results of the T test, it shows that the capital structure has a significant influence on profitability of 0.013 (α < 0.05) while liquidity has no significant effect of 0.5944 (α > 0.05). These findings confirm the importance of optimal capital structure management in encouraging company profitability. On the contrary, high liquidity has not been used productively to increase profits. This study recommends an in-depth evaluation of capital and liquidity management strategies to achieve better financial performance.

The technological revolution accelerated by Artificial Intelligence (AI) has fundamentally changed the paradigm of leadership and human resource management. Digital leadership is now an essential competency for organizations that want to survive and thrive in the face of the challenges of the technological disruption era. This research aims to understand the role of digital leadership in the human capital transformation process, especially in the context of AI adoption by modern organizations.The post-qualitative approach allows research to capture the evolving and diverse dynamics in a digitized organizational environment. It is more open to different forms of data, both structured and unstructured, and recognizes the complexity and ambiguity in digital leadership practices. This research utilizes open-ended interviews and participatory observation, facilitated by interpretive narrative to understand the process of human capital transformation. The main results of the study show that digital leadership plays a key role in facilitating human capital transformation, with an emphasis on adaptive skills development, data-driven decision-making and closer collaboration between people and technology. This transformation is not only technical in nature but also involves changes in organizational culture and structure. This research makes an important contribution by offering a new perspective in leadership studies through a post-qualitative approach.

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of motivation on employee performance through employee engagement as an intervening variable in the Surakarta City Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Office. The sampling method used saturated sampling with a total of 58 respondents. Data collection was carried out by distributing a questionnaire at the Surakarta DPMPTSP office. The analysis technique uses PLS (Partial Least Square) with the SmartPLS 3.0 program. The results of the study show that motivation has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance, employee engagement has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee engagement, and employee engagement can mediate the influence of motivation on employee performance.

This research aims to determine the influence of Investment Knowledge and Financial Literacy on Investment Interest in the Capital Market with the Development of Digital Technology as a Moderating Variable. The population of this study is students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Putra Indonesia "YPTK" Padang. The sampling technique used is Simple Random Sampling with a sample of 100 students. Data collection techniques used a questionnaire and analyzed the data using Multiple Regression Analysis through the SPSS 25 application program. The results of the study indicate that Investment Knowledge and Financial Literacy have a significant effect on Investment Interest in the Capital Market with the Development of Digital Technology moderating the relationship between Investment Knowledge, Financial Literacy, and Investment Interest in the Capital Market. The Contribution of Investment Knowledge and Financial Literacy is 52.8%, and the Contribution of Investment Knowledge, Financial Literacy, and Development of Digital Technology is 54.3%.
