Employee performance is not optimal, this can be seen from the level of punctuality which gets the lowest score. Based on the results of an interview with the head of the civil service section at Pandega Pangandaran Regional Hospital, punctuality has decreased because there are still employees coming and going home not according to the specified schedule. The level of quality (quality) is not yet optimal, this is because employees are not doing their work on time according to the predetermined targets. Employee performance is influenced by training and work motivation. Overall, it can be concluded that the training at Pandega Hospital, Pangandaran Regency has not been fully effective. Employee responses to the implementation of training education in 2023 show that there is a lack of achievement. This is because the training materials and techniques are not appropriate to the objectives and cannot be understood by participants. Overall motivation at Pandega Hospital, Pangandaran Regency can be said to be mediocre. This can be seen from the employee's response to the existence indicator which is the lowest indicator. The monthly salary provided is not enough to meet the daily needs of employees, while the health insurance offered by the company functions as a motivating factor for employees. This research uses a descriptive and case study approach, with a quantitative design. The data analysis techniques used include testing instruments to assess validity and reliability, testing research models using the coefficient of determination, and testing hypotheses through t tests and F tests. The results of the research show that (1) Training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at RSUD Pandega Pangandaran. This means that if training is improved, the performance of employees at Pandega Pangandaran Regional Hospital will also increase. (2) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Pandega Pangandaran Regional Hospital. This means that if work motivation is increased, the performance of employees at Pandega Pangandaran Regional Hospital will also increase. (3) Training and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Pandega Pangandaran Regional Hospital. This means that if training and work motivation are improved, the performance of employees at Pandega Pangandaran Regional Hospital will also increase.

This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the internal control system for the sale of merchandise at Jazzy Souvenir Store. The approach used is a qualitative descriptive method with the application of data analysis techniques using triangulation. Data collection is carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The analysis results indicate that the internal control system for the sale of merchandise at Jazzy Souvenir Store is not yet optimal, as evidenced by the lack of adequate organizational structure and the existence of dual functions in the execution of tasks and responsibilities. Additionally, negligence in inventory recording by store employees leads to discrepancies between the physical inventory of merchandise and the recorded inventory in the system.

This research was started because there was a problem where the economic existence of the people who were members of the Fish Processing and Marketing Group (Poklahsar) in Pangandaran Regency was still not optimal. Their income is still fluctuating. There are many obstacles, especially raw materials and nature, which greatly affect the process of implementing the processing and marketing of these fish, considering that not all fish can be processed and marketed, only certain fish can be processed and marketed, and even that is constrained by the season. Thus, the purpose of this study is to determine the strategy of the Department of Maritime Affairs, Fisheries and Food Security in improving the economics of the Processing and Marketing Group (Poklahsar) in Pangandaran Regency, the obstacles and efforts it has made. The method used is descriptive qualitative. The results of the study concluded that the Department of Marine Affairs, Fisheries and Food Security implemented the main generic, main and functional strategies in improving the economics of the Processing and Marketing Group (Poklahsar) in Pangandaran Regency. The obstacles faced by the Office of Maritime Affairs, Fisheries and Food Security in implementing strategies to improve the economics of the Processing and Marketing Group (Poklahsar) in Pangandaran Regency are human resources, raw materials, funds and prices. Efforts made by the Office of Maritime Affairs, Fisheries and Food Security to overcome obstacles in implementing strategies for improving the economy of the Processing and Marketing Group (Poklahsar) in Pangandaran Regency are conducting training and developing HR competencies, providing injections of funds and assistance with processing infrastructure facilities to Poklahsar, and set prices. While the raw materials have not yet found its efforts.

Baggage handling has a very important role in supporting the safety and comfort of passengers while traveling by airplane, then processing the baggage according to existing procedures until the baggage arrives at its destination using the same aircraft as the passenger. To find out the handling of BHS in improving passenger baggage security, as well as solutions in handling BHS operational operations so as to improve passenger baggage security, baggage handling at Operations (BHS) at Sultan Muhammad Kaharuddin Airport, Sumbawa. It is carried out through a system that has several gradual processes. The process begins when passengers check-in and hand over their baggage to the check-in officer, then the baggage is given a special coded label as baggage identity. Then the baggage will enter the system with the conveyor belt as the path, then the baggage will go through several stages or levels of security and several stages of automatic sorting. After all stages of the process, both at the security level check and at the baggage sorting stage, are deemed safe, the baggage will go to the make up area of each airline or to the destination on the baggage identity tag which the system has read during the sorting process. Each stage of operations (BHS) is able to guarantee the safety and movement of the baggage is always maintained and monitored through a system that is connected to one another. The existence of a connection from the system guarantees that the baggage is in a safe condition, both the contents and physical condition of the baggage and the baggage handling process becomes faster and more efficient in terms of time and effort.

YouTube has become a critical platform for individuals and organizations to rapidly and broadly reach audiences and generate income. Although the current trend suggests that the YouTube platform holds significant potential in generating substantial revenue, it is essential to identify and deeply understand various interacting factors. This research aims to comprehend the influence of the number of subscribers and the number of uploads on a YouTuber's monthly income. Through exploratory and inferential data analysis, this study concludes that the number of subscribers positively correlates with a YouTuber's monthly income, and there is no definitive correlation between the number of uploads and monthly earnings. The results of this study indicate that to achieve financial goals through the YouTube platform, YouTubers need to consider a range of factors, not limited to the number of subscribers and the amount of uploads. This research provides insights for YouTubers and other researchers to better understand the existence of other factors that influence a YouTuber's monthly income.
