This study is intended to analyze the implementation of the value for money approach in assessing financial performance at RSUD Kota Tangerang during the period of 2022–2024. The research employs a descriptive quantitative approach using secondary data derived from budget realization reports. This analysis carried out using three main ratios: economy, efficiency, and effectiveness. The findings show that the hospital’s financial performance is categorized as economical, as reflected by economy ratios under 100% throughout the observed year. In terms of effectiveness, performance was considered effective in 2022 and 2023 but declined in 2024, indicating that the revenue target was not fully achieved. Meanwhile, efficiency performance remains suboptimal, as efficiency ratios exceed 100%, suggesting that the costs incurred are higher than the revenue generated. Overall, the hospital demonstrates the ability to manage its budget economically and achieve revenue targets, but still faces challenges in improving resource efficiency. Therefore, efforts are needed to optimize cost management and enhance service productivity to achieve a balance among economy, efficiency, and effectiveness in line with the value for money principles.

The method used is quantitative analysis with data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires to 86 respondents. Data were collected using a Likert-scale-based questionnaire, and hypothesis testing used descriptive analysis techniques using SmartPLS 4 software. This study uses Outer Model testing, namely convergent Validity, Discriminant Validity, composite reliability and Inner Model testing, namely R-Square and Bootstrapping. The results of the study indicate that (1) workload has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. So the higher the workload, the higher the employee performance will be. (2) Workload has a positive and significant effect on work motivation. The higher the workload, the greater the motivation that arises in an employee. (3) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. If employees are motivated to work, their performance will be higher and improve. Conversely, if employees are less motivated, they will not be able to do their work well, so their performance will be less than optimal. (4) Work motivation can mediate between workload and employee performance. Employees who have high motivation can complete high workloads because this motivation encourages them to do their work with more enthusiasm and can determine efforts to achieve predetermined goals. e and Bootstrapping. PT. Indosato Jaya Makmur is a company engaged in the culinary sector through the operation of a family restaurant called Washoku Sato, which serves authentic Japanese cuisine. The company is committed to maintaining taste quality, hygiene, and production consistency by utilizing mostly locally sourced raw materials. However, the company faces a serious challenge in the form of high employee turnover intention, which can negatively affect operational continuity, team stability, and service quality. This study aims to analyze the influence of workload (X1) and job satisfaction (X2) on turnover intention (Y). A quantitative research approach was employed, with data collected through the distribution of Likert-scale questionnaires to 86 permanent employees as respondents. The data were analyzed using a series of statistical tests, including validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-tests, F-tests, and the coefficient of determination. The findings reveal that workload has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, indicating that the higher the workload perceived by employees, the greater their tendency to leave the company. Conversely, job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect, suggesting that higher job satisfaction reduces the likelihood of turnover intention. Simultaneously, both independent variables significantly influence turnover intention, with an Adjusted R² value of 35.6%, while the remaining 64.4% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. These findings emphasize the importance of balanced workload management and continuous efforts to improve job satisfaction in order to minimize turnover intention and support the company’s operational sustainability.

This study aims to analyze the influence of brand image, product variety, and bundling price on purchasing decisions among X consumers. The method used is a quantitative approach with a causal research design, so as to be able to explain the cause-and-effect relationship between variables. The research data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 96 respondents who are active consumers of X. To ensure data quality, a series of tests were conducted including validity, reliability, normality, linearity, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity. The main analysis used multiple linear regression supported by t-tests, F-tests, and coefficient of determination (R²) processed using SPSS software version 26. The results showed that brand image had a significant effect on purchasing decisions, indicating that consumers' positive perceptions of X's reputation were able to encourage higher purchasing interest. Bundling price also proved to have a significant effect, because the strategy of combining package prices was considered to provide economic benefits and added value for consumers. In contrast, product variety did not have a significant effect, indicating that consumers place more emphasis on brand image and pricing strategies than simply menu diversity. However, when tested simultaneously, all three variables were still shown to have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. The coefficient of determination value of 0.594 indicates that the combination of the three variables can explain 59.4% of the variation in purchasing decisions, while the remaining 40.6% is influenced by other external factors such as service quality, consumer trends, promotions, and customer experience. These findings reinforce the understanding that a strong brand image-based marketing strategy and the implementation of appropriate bundling prices can be key to increasing consumer appeal. For local coffee businesses like X, this study provides practical implications to focus more efforts on strengthening brand image, creating a consistent consumer experience, and optimizing pricing strategies.

Research conducted at the Medan City Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency aims to find out and analyze the actual value of advertising tax revenue with the aim of increasing Regional Original Income (PAD). This research also seeks to understand and analyze the causes of the decline in advertising tax revenues, as well as the factors that cause low taxpayer compliance. Using a descriptive approach, this research relies on interview findings and data regarding advertising tax targets and realization from 2014 to 2018. Data analysis involves surveys at research locations to collect information and draw conclusions, comparing identified problems with relevant theories to obtain support. The lack of contribution from advertising tax revenues to the Medan City Regional Tax Revenue and Retribution Agency is hampering the increase in PAD, due to low performance in achieving predetermined targets and the ineffectiveness of existing regulations. These regulations, especially those that limit the placement of advertisements, such as prohibiting sidewalks and roads and requiring the placement of advertisements on privately owned land, create obstacles for advertising businesses in obtaining location permits. The lack of taxpayer compliance is influenced by several factors such as weak enforcement and supervision of Satpol PP, limited awareness of advertisers, tax officers' inadequate efforts to interact with taxpayers, the large number of taxpayers who do not report, and public expectations regarding the solution. advertising tax arrears.
