In the era of globalization and digital transformation, organizations strive to maintain competitiveness through optimizing internal factors such as work culture, business process engineering (BPR), and decision support systems (DSS). This qualitative research based on a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) analyzes the relationship between these three using the Denison Organizational Culture Model, Hammer & Champy BPR, and the Resource-Based View (RBV). It finds that work culture mediates the implementation of BPR and DSS to increase efficiency by 30-50%, employee productivity, and sustainable competitive advantage. Case studies such as the Toyota Production System (TPS) confirm this synergy, resulting in reduced costs, cycle times, and improved service quality. This research also emphasizes the importance of a strong work culture in supporting the implementation of new technologies and methodologies, which in turn strengthens the company's market position. Thus, organizations that are able to integrate these three elements will be better prepared to face the challenges of globalization and dynamic changes in their industry, creating a sustainable advantage and being able to survive in a highly competitive market.

The development of information technology has driven a significant transformation in business strategy, including in the automotive industry. This study aims to analyze the influence of digital marketing and service quality on the purchase decision of Honda motorcycles on the Honda Ciracas Ride. The shift from conventional to digital marketing and the high competition of the automotive industry in the East Jakarta area are important backgrounds for this study. The research method used is a quantitative approach with survey techniques through questionnaires distributed to 263 respondents who have made purchases. Data analysis was carried out using SPSS software with a series of statistical tests, including validity, reliability, classical assumption, multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination. The results of the study showed that partially, digital marketing had a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions, with a t-count value of 2.355 > t-table of 1.970 and a significance of 0.019 < 0.05. The quality of service also showed a positive and significant influence, with a t-count value of 7.782 > t-table of 1.970 and a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously, these two variables have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, shown by the F-calculation value of 66.438 > F-table 3.030 and the significance of 0.000 < 0.05. These findings confirm the importance of optimizing digital marketing strategies and improving service quality in improving consumer purchasing decisions in the automotive sector.

This study aims to analyze in depth the structure of production cost components and determine a reasonable and competitive selling price for shrimp farming in the Venambak Shrimp Farm. The background of this study is the need to determine the cost efficiency and profit potential of shrimp farming activities, so that business actors can make the right decisions and be oriented towards sustainability. The study uses a quantitative descriptive approach with the full costing method to calculate the total production costs, and the cost plus pricing method to determine the selling price. The data used consists of primary data, such as details of operational expenses during one cultivation cycle (six months), as well as secondary data obtained from internal company reports and records. The results of the analysis show that the total production costs incurred in one shrimp cultivation cycle reached Rp16,085,208,000, with a total harvest of 1,000,000 kg. Based on these figures, the cost of goods manufactured (COGS) was obtained at Rp16,085 per kg. In determining the selling price, the company used the cost plus pricing method and set the selling price at Rp80,000 per kg. Thus, the profit margin obtained by the company reached Rp63,915 per kg. Gross profit generated during one cultivation cycle reached Rp63,915,000,000. If cultivation were conducted in two cycles per year, the annual gross profit could potentially increase to Rp127,830,000,000. These findings indicate that with efficient cost management and the right pricing strategy, shrimp farming has significant profit potential. Therefore, intensive and sustainable shrimp farming development at the Venambak Shrimp Farm is highly feasible to improve the competitiveness and welfare of fisheries business actors.

In today's era, business competition is getting tighter, including among similar business players in the Asian free market. Competition is not only about price and product quality, but also includes marketing strategies, service innovation, and maintaining consumer loyalty. This research aims to analyze the marketing strategies implemented by PT. Honda Prospect Motor (HPM) in facing globalization and the Asian free market through a SWOT analysis approach. In the context of increasingly tight competition in the motorcycle market, HPM must be able to adapt effective marketing strategies to maintain its position as the market leader in Indonesia and develop its market share in Asia. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study on HPM, exploring the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats faced by the company in the context of a free market and the dynamics of the automotive industry. The analysis results show that HPM has strengths in a strong brand, extensive distribution networks, and innovation capabilities in products. However, there are weaknesses in product diversification and dependence on the domestic market. Existing opportunities include market expansion in Asia and increasing demand for environmentally friendly vehicles, while threats come from intense competition and fluctuations in the global economy. Based on these findings, HPM is expected to develop more adaptive and globalization-oriented marketing strategies to enhance competitiveness in the Asian market.

A study on the challenges of pension fund literacy and inclusion in Indonesia concluded that the average level of pension fund literacy in the period 2013 - 2025 only reached 18.08%, while the average level of inclusion in that period only reached 4.23%. The level of pension fund literacy and inclusion in Indonesia is low. In SNLIK 2025, the pension fund literacy rate was 27.79%, while the pension fund inclusion rate was 5.37%. Compared to the 2022 pension literacy rate of 30.46% and the 2022 inclusion rate of 5.40%, this means that pension literacy and inclusion rates are declining. It can be said that out of 10 Indonesians, only 2.7 people “understand” pension funds and only 0.5 (half) people “have” pension funds. This means that for every 10 Indonesians, less than 1 person has a pension fund. Low pension literacy and inclusion has a direct impact in the form of 1) an older generation at risk of poverty or financial dependence on children/family, 2) a continuing sandwich generation cycle, 3) stagnant growth of the pension fund industry, 4) low public trust, and 5) the emergence of public skepticism towards pension funds in the future.
