This study aims to determine the relationship between conflict management, occupational safety and health (OHS), and work motivation towards increasing employee productivity at PT. Ratna Beton Giriwoyo. The background of this study is based on the importance of human resource management as a company's main asset in achieving optimal productivity targets, especially in the construction industry sector which has its own challenges in creating a safe and productive work environment. This study uses a quantitative approach with data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires to all company employees as respondents. The data obtained are then analyzed statistically to determine the effect of each variable on employee work productivity. The results show that conflict management has a significant relationship with employee productivity. Properly managed conflict not only avoids a decline in performance but can also increase morale and cooperation between employees. In addition, the implementation of good occupational safety and health (OHS) contributes to a sense of security and comfort at work, thereby reducing workplace accidents and increasing employee focus and work efficiency. Work motivation has also been shown to have an important role in encouraging employees to achieve predetermined performance targets. These three variables, both partially and simultaneously, have a significant effect on employee work productivity. These findings suggest that an integrated approach to conflict management, OSH implementation, and increased work motivation can be an effective strategy for improving company performance. This research is expected to provide practical contributions to the management of PT. Ratna Beton Giriwoyo in formulating human resource development policies, as well as serve as an academic reference for researchers and students interested in human resource management, particularly in the construction sector.

Accounting procedures have proven their importance for all economic units, through the quality of information they provide and their commitment to instructions and laws or through providing consultations to avoid making mistakes by decision makers. The spread of the phenomenon of corruption has become a clear phenomenon in varying proportions in many economic units, and therefore its effects Corruption on economic and social life has led to obstructing the wheel of progress and construction, loss and waste in financial and technical terms, and moving away from achieving the goals and development plans drawn up for the progress of the Iraqi environment and moving it towards the framework of the public interest and activating the wheel of progress. The research aims to demonstrate the ability of accounting through its procedures and the auditing process followed and the professional ability of the accountant through his acquired experiences to limit this phenomenon and work to reduce and limit it, since the accounting profession is the basic foundation that can access real and confidential numbers and documents and ensure the extent of management’s commitment to instructions. The laws and regulations in force are within the legislation and laws to limit any deviation in work that could lead to loss of opportunities for progress in completing work, and moving away from personal interests to reach the public interest.The research also focused on the methods that can be followed to reduce the administrative and financial corruption gap. The researcher relied on a questionnaire distributed to a group of accountants and auditors, academics and professionals, and relying on SPSS statistical analysis to reach the research requirements and reach the most important conclusions and recommendations. Among the most important Conclusions: There is a relationship between the accumulated experience of those working in accounting and oversight to reduce the phenomenon of administrative corruption. The researcher also recommended the importance of relying more on those with accumulated experience at work, especially in the field of oversight within the formations of economic units.

The property sector is one of the business instruments usually chosen by investors. This research capital market focuses on the housing construction sector originating from property companies. This company is the same as others, namely buying and selling shares at competitive prices per share. This share buying and selling activity can be dominated by price seasonality criteria when the price of each share rises or falls. Of all types of shares, Property Companies both have low and high return risks. Therefore, risks in the capital market can be predicted using the criteria of Return on Assets, Return on Equity and Earning Per Share. The research was carried out quantitatively by processing secondary data in the form of company financial reports. The research object was property companies registered on the IDX which were then sampled using probability sampling so that 13 companies were found as samples with a research period of 3 years. The method used is Panel Data Regression analysis. The results obtained are partial return on assets, return on equity has a significant positive effect on share prices and earnings per share has a significant negative effect on stock prices. Meanwhile, simultaneously return on assets, return on equity and earnings per share have a positive and significant influence on share prices. The results of the R square test explain that the independent variable is able to explain 84.4% of the variables studied

Analysis of financial performance is the most important thing for business people because financial performance is an indicator to find out whether the business being run will continue to run well in the future or not. All companies will analyze the company's financial performance so that the company can get an overview of the company's financial condition. One of them is a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) in Indonesia, namely PT Hutama Karya which is engaged in construction, as well as property and infrastructure development. The purpose of this study was to determine the condition of PT Hutama Karya's financial performance as measured using a liquidity ratio based on data, information, and records from the financial statements of PT Hutama Karya in 2020 to 2022. The results of the study show that PT Hutama Karya's financial performance in 2020 to 2022 can be said to be quite good because the company is able to pay its short-term debt. This is because the company's current assets are managed properly by the company's financial management which makes it increase significantly and there is a decrease in its current debt.
