This study aims to analyze the implementation of performance management at the micro–enterprise AMANAH YOGURT, located in Candimulyo, Kiringan, Boyolali. The business employs 11 workers with specific task divisions: 7 in packaging, 1 in production, 2 in marketing responsible for promotion and advertising, and 1 supervisor who monitors the production process while also assisting in production ac,tivities. The daily production capacity reaches 500 packs during peak demand and 350 packs under normal conditions. This research applies a descriptive qualitative approach through observations and informal interviews with the owner and employees. The findings indicate that AMANAH YOGURT has implemented performance management through the application of production SOP, clear task distribution, informal evaluative communication between the owner and employees, as well as consistent adherence to hygiene standards and product quality. AMANAH YOGURT products have been distributed across Java Island, Bali, and even Mataram through bus logistics, travel services, and direct delivery for nearby areas. Halal certification and BPOM authorization further enhance consumer trust and strengthen the competitiveness of the business.

This study aims to analyze the influence of advertising, price, and brand image on purchasing decisions for Madu Sumber Podang in Kediri Regency. The research employed a quantitative descriptive approach with a sample of 136 respondents selected through accidental sampling. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination (R²). The results indicate that advertising has a positive but insignificant effect on purchasing decisions. Price has a negative and significant effect, while brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Simultaneously, the three independent variables have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. The determination coefficient (R²) value of 0,388 shows that 38.8% of the variation in purchasing decisions is explained by advertising, price, and brand image, while the remaining portion is influenced by other variables outside the study. These findings highlight the importance for business actors to improve promotional effectiveness, pricing strategies, and brand image strengthening to enhance consumer purchasing decisions for Madu Sumber Podang.

This study aims to analyze the digital marketing strategies implemented by Racabel, a local fashion accessories brand, to enhance brand awareness through social media and e-commerce platforms. The project includes creating marketing content and paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Shopee, and Tokopedia. The strategy focused on content optimization to strengthen audience interaction and increase engagement on social media. The results of these campaigns show a significant increase in followers, engagement rates, and sales conversions on marketplace platforms. With the right content optimization and measurable advertising strategies, Racabel successfully expanded its market reach and improved brand awareness among the target audience.

This research aims to analyze the consumer buying behavior consequential variables consisting of, Ecolabeling, Green Branding, Green Advertising, Environmental Knowledge, and Green Consumption. The sampling method used is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. A total of 200 respondents had purchased or knew about environmentally friendly products and had ecolabeling labels. Data was collected through a cross-sectional questionnaire. Then the data was analyzed using SEM Structure Equation Modeling. The results of hypothesis testing show that there is a positive influence of Ecolabeling, Green Advertising, Green Branding, Environmental Knowledge, Green Consumption on Consumer Buying Behavior. The results of this research can provide input for entrepreneurs or companies that make environmentally friendly electronic products to further increase their green marketing and also product sales.

Research conducted at the Medan City Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency aims to find out and analyze the actual value of advertising tax revenue with the aim of increasing Regional Original Income (PAD). This research also seeks to understand and analyze the causes of the decline in advertising tax revenues, as well as the factors that cause low taxpayer compliance. Using a descriptive approach, this research relies on interview findings and data regarding advertising tax targets and realization from 2014 to 2018. Data analysis involves surveys at research locations to collect information and draw conclusions, comparing identified problems with relevant theories to obtain support.The lack of contribution from advertising tax revenues to the Medan City Regional Tax Revenue and Retribution Agency is hampering the increase in PAD, due to low performance in achieving predetermined targets and the ineffectiveness of existing regulations. These regulations, especially those that limit the placement of advertisements, such as prohibiting sidewalks and roads and requiring the placement of advertisements on privately owned land, create obstacles for advertising businesses in obtaining location permits. The lack of taxpayer compliance is influenced by several factors such as weak enforcement and supervision of Satpol PP, limited awareness of advertisers, tax officers' inadequate efforts to interact with taxpayers, the large number of taxpayers who do not report, and public expectations regarding the solution. advertising tax arrears.

The aim of the study was to analyse the effect of advertising effectiveness, brand preference, and beauty on purchasing decisions for Scarlett Whitening products in Generation Z in Tuban Regency. This type of quantitative research. This study uses primary data and secondary data. The non-probability sampling technique used a purposive sampling technique, using the slovin formula to calculate the sample so that 100 respondents were determined. The results of the research on the t test and F test show that advertising effectiveness, brand preferences, and beauty influencers influence the decision to purchase Scarlett Whitening products in generation z in Tuban Regency. R Square results of 42.3% and 57.7% are influenced by other variables.
