The rapid growth of digital commerce has encouraged companies to integrate digital and physical marketing channels to create seamless and consistent customer experiences. This study aims to analyze the role of integrated marketing channels through omnichannel strategies, the utilization of Artificial intelligence (AI), and their impact on customer experience in the context of digital commerce. The study employs a Systematic literature review (SLR) approach by examining relevant scholarly articles related to omnichannel marketing, AI technologies, and customer experience. The findings indicate that integrated marketing channels supported by AI enhance service personalization, customer engagement, operational efficiency, and the quality of interactions between companies and customers. Furthermore, the implementation of omnichannel strategies contributes to higher customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing a more connected experience across multiple customer touchpoints. However, the implementation of integrated marketing channels still faces several challenges, including fragmented channel integration, technological complexity, high investment requirements, and concerns regarding customer data privacy and security. Therefore, effective management of integrated marketing channels is essential for improving customer experience while creating sustainable competitive advantages for companies in an increasingly dynamic digital era.

Employee engagement is critical to organizational performance, employee well-being, and long-term sustainability. In hybrid work contexts, generational differences have become increasingly evident, particularly between Generation Y and Generation Z employees. Generation Y tends to emphasize work–life balance, career development, and meaningful collaboration, while Generation Z prioritizes flexibility, job security, digital integration, and the use of technology in the workplace. This study adopts a systematic literature review (SLR) approach by synthesizing findings from various peer-reviewed studies related to employee engagement and hybrid work practices across generations. The review focuses on identifying key factors that influence employee engagement in modern work environments. The results indicate that hybrid work can significantly enhance employee engagement when organizations provide flexibility, autonomy, adequate technological support, professional development opportunities, and fair reward systems. In addition, supportive organizational culture and effective leadership are important in maintaining employee motivation and commitment. However, differences in generational expectations require organizations to implement adaptive managerial strategies, including flexible work policies, personalized communication approaches, and inclusive leadership practices to strengthen employee engagement across different generations in hybrid work settings.

This study analyzes the opportunities and challenges in implementing digital payment systems to enhance the productivity of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). In the era of growing digital transformation, the adoption of cashless transactions has become a crucial innovation to improve efficiency and competitiveness among MSME players. The findings indicate that the use of digital payment platforms such as QRIS, bank transfers, e-wallets, and card-based e-money offers several advantages, including faster payment processing, reduced risk of calculation errors, and the minimization of counterfeit money usage, which remains an issue in some regions. However, the implementation of digital payments still faces various obstacles on the ground. Certain sectors of MSMEs continue to rely heavily on cash transactions, especially in remote areas where internet connectivity is limited. Furthermore, many business owners still prefer conventional payment methods due to concerns over trust, security, and deeply rooted habits. Demographic factors also influence the level of digital payment adoption. Younger generations tend to be more adaptive to digital technologies, whereas older business owners are generally less familiar and comfortable with using digital devices. These findings suggest that in order to fully leverage the benefits of payment digitalization among MSMEs, strategic efforts are needed. These should include the improvement of digital infrastructure, widespread education and awareness programs, and the development of applications tailored to the specific needs and characteristics of each business sector. Collaboration between the government, financial institutions, and digital service providers is essential in creating an inclusive and user-friendly digital payment ecosystem. By addressing technical barriers and bridging digital literacy gaps, the implementation of digital payments holds significant potential to drive operational efficiency and sustainably boost the productivity of MSMEs.

This study aims to analyze the review of the goods data management system in the storekeeper section at Harris Hotel & Convention Ciumbuleuit Bandung. This study uses a descriptive quantitative method with the aim of describing the goods data management system in the storekeeper. Primary data was obtained through the distribution of a questionnaire with a Likert scale to 30 respondents. The results of the study show that the goods data management system at Harris Hotel & Convention Ciumbuleit Bandung, it can be concluded that the implementation of the goods data management system, this system has been implemented well, as evidenced by the average value of 4,345 which shows that the system is running well in facilitating various processes, such as stock monitoring, goods data management, and procurement of goods. The use of this system simplifies the process of managing goods efficiently, reduces recording errors, and speeds up the procurement process. The obstacles faced are that even though this system has run well, there are several obstacles in its implementation, such as data input errors, limited human resources, limited technological infrastructure, difficulties in adapting to system changes, and data security problems. In an effort to overcome the obstacles faced, strategic steps are needed such as providing regular training to system users in order to minimize data input errors, increase and improve the competence of the human resources involved, and strengthen the technology infrastructure with more adequate devices and networks.

The use of artificial intelligence (AI) in banking has grown rapidly in recent years, providing opportunities and challenges in dealing with it. AI in the banking world is expected to facilitate use, strengthen customer data security, and optimize risk management. This article aims to analyze the level of customer user experience towards banking services by utilizing artificial intelligence (AI). The analysis technique used in this study is descriptive with a quantitative approach, involving 100 respondents of various ages, various jobs and various educational backgrounds. The main requirement for respondents is that they are customers of various conventional banks in Ponorogo Regency who have used artificial intelligence (AI)-based banking services. Data were collected through questionnaires supplemented with secondary data in the form of documents related to the implementation of artificial intelligence in the banking service system. The application of AI in the banking sector is the detection and prevention of fraudulent transactions in real time, identity verification through biometrics, identity verification through biometrics, chatbots and virtual assistants for customer service, detecting suspicious activity, and the use of smart wallets. The findings in this study explain that artificial intelligence (AI) is able to increase the efficiency of services to customers, provide a better experience, and improve the quality of banking services. Examining employee engagement with a view to job satisfaction through mediated Job Security is the aim of this study. All respondent who have made worked from Senior High School and who meet the criteria listed constitute the population of this study. Purposive sampling was used to select 58 respondents. Data collection methods rely on survey methods, with research instruments in the form of a questionnaire. The statistical program was used for causal qualitative analysis. Employee Engagement (X1) and Job Security (X2), are variables exogen and endogen variable is job satisfaction (Y) to this study. This study uses Smartpls program to process and analyze data. The results showed that Employee Engagement had a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction, Job Security had a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction and Employee Engagement had a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction which was mediated by Job Security for the teaching staff.

These standards are interconnected with each other, can't be isolated, are applied at the same time, and utilized as a limiting casing for the items in the work understanding.

This study aims to determine and analyze the partial and simultaneous influence between Fulfillment of Employee Needs using Maslow's needs theory on Work Commitment to Employees at Bank Muamalat KCU Makassar. This research is an explanatory research with a quantitative approach. This sampling method uses simple random sampling technique with a total sample calculation from the population of permanent employees of Bank Muamalat KCU Makassar, with a sample size of 55 respondents. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires via google form (online) and direct distribution (offline). The data analysis technique used to analyze the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, namely normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and linearity test, hypothesis testing used is the coefficient of determination (R2), Partial Test (t test), Simultaneous Test (F test) and Multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that physiological needs, security needs, appreciation needs and self-transcendence needs partially have no significant effect on work commitment with a significant value respectively, (physiological needs: 0.810> 0.05), (security needs: 0.979> 0.05), (appreciation needs: 0.093> 0.05) and (self-transcendence needs: 0.400> 0.05), so that hypotheses H1, H2, H4, and H6 are rejected. While social needs and self-actualization needs have a positive and significant effect on work commitment with their respective values, social needs of 0.014 < 0.05 and self-actualization needs of 0.001 < 0.05, so that H3 and H5 are accepted. The results of this study also found that the variable Fulfillment of Needs (physiological needs, security needs, social needs, appreciation needs, self-actualization needs and self-transcendence needs) has a significant simultaneous / joint influence on employee work commitment at Bank Muamalat KCU Makassar based on the results of the F test which is worth 25.101> 2.29 F table values and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. This means that the fulfillment of physiological needs, security needs, social needs, appreciation needs, self-actualization needs and self-transcendence needs has an important role in increasing the work commitment of employees of Bank Muamalat KCU Makassar.
