The rapid advancement of smartphone technology has shaped consumer buying behavior, especially among students who depend on these devices for learning and social interaction. This research examines how product features and price perceptions influence students’ decisions to purchase Oppo smartphones in Malang City. Using a quantitative research design, data were obtained through questionnaires distributed to 428 respondents and processed using multiple linear regression analysis. The findings indicate that both product features and perceived price positively and significantly affect purchasing decisions, with product features demonstrating a more dominant role. The proposed model accounts for 66.2% of the variance in purchase decisions, suggesting that these two factors play a substantial part in shaping consumer choices. The results highlight the need for manufacturers like Oppo to focus on continuous feature improvements and maintain competitive pricing to strengthen market appeal. It is also suggested that future studies integrate additional variables such as brand image, marketing promotions, or user experience to offer a broader and more in-depth explanation of the determinants influencing smartphone purchase behavior.

The development of the freight forwarding industry is increasing rapidly due to the culture of society that wants everything to be practical. Developing technology has had a major impact in bringing changes to various areas of people's lives over time. Research objects include quality, price perception, and consumer purchasing decisions, Population is not just the number of objects or subjects studied, samples are part of the population that is expected to represent the entire population, To obtain respondents' perceptions related to Service Quality, Price Perception, and Purchasing Decisions, researchers distributed questionnaires online The service quality indicator table shows that the points that must be set are mainly facilities and consumer needs to continue to increase consumer desires. The price perception indicator table shows that the points that must be set by sellers to determine a suitable price so that consumers can enjoy price affordability where the relationship with price affordability is the quality of the product whether it is appropriate The development of the freight forwarding industry is increasing in the era of globalization due to the practical demands of society. Multicentral Aryaguna merupakan anak perusahaan Grup Indomobil yang bergerak di bidang industri real estate salah satu perusahaan yang didirikan di bidang properti. Dengan mempertahankan operasional PT. Multicentral Aryaguna pelatihan dan pengembangan karir, seringkali dianggap objektif karena cenderung dipandang formal belaka, sedangkan proses pelatihan dan pengembangan karir masih kontrovensional karena faktor subjektif dipengaruhi oleh persepsi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pelatihan dan pengembangan karir mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis kuantitatif statistik, analisis regresi linear berganda dan analisis koefisien determinasi dengan bantuan software SPSS 25. Sampel yang digunakan penelitian ini yaitu sampel jenuh sejumlah 45 karyawan. Hasil dari penelitian ini didapatkan menggunakan uji t bahwa pelatihan secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan siginifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan taraf signifikan sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dan hasil uji t sebesar 5,326 > 2.014. Pengembangan karir secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan taraf signifikan sebesar 0,028 < 0,05 dan hasil uji t sebesar 2,283 > 2.014. Pelatihan dan pengembangan karir secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dengan taraf signifikan sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dan hasil uji F sebesar 28,356 > 3.21 terhadap kinerja karyawan.

This research uses qualitative methodology to analyze brand perception and customer service quality at Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) restaurants. A literature review was used to obtain data. The results of this study show that KFC's brand image, particularly with regard to the taste and quality of its products, can influence the way customers perceive the restaurant. Customers also value responsiveness and consistency in service quality to have a positive experience. Without using direct interviews, this research provides in-depth insight into the things that influence customer impressions of service quality conditions at Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC), knowing the effect of brand perception and service quality and on company sustainability on KFC, and this research can be used for marketing plans for the fast food industry and the growth of new companies. The objectives of this study are: to determine the condition of brand perception at Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC), knowing Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC).

This study aims to explain and prove the hypothesis about whether there is an influence of store atmosphere, price perceptions, and product completeness on purchasing decisions at Pamenang Pagu Kediri Supermarkets. This research uses descriptive research with quantitative methods with sampling techniques, namely Nonprobability Sampling with the accidental method with a total population of 300 respondents and a sample of 75 respondents who are consumers at Pamenang supermarkets. The analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test, t test (partial) F test (simultaneous), and the determinant coefficient (R2) which is processed using the SPSS version 25 program. The conclusions of this study that partially store atmosphere has no significant effect on purchasing decisions obtained a significant value of 0.206> 0.05. Perceived price partially has a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. Product completeness partially has a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a significant t value obtained for 0021 <0.05. Store atmosphere, price perception, and product completeness simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions with an F test value of 0.000 <0.05.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of brand image on purchasing decisions for Telkomsel starter packs in Mojokerto. To find out the effect of Signal effectiveness on the purchasing decision of Telkomsel starter packs in Mojokerto. To find out the influence of Word OF Mouth perceptions on buying decisions for Telkomsel starter packs in Mojokerto. research using quantitative methods. The number of samples is 91 respondents (slovin formula). The results of the T (Partial) test in this study showed a significant Brand Image value of 0.003 ≤ 0.05 tcount 3.091, tcount ≥ ttable (3.091 > 1.988) partially significant. Significant value of Signal Effectiveness is 0.569 ≥ 0.05, tcount is 0.572, tcount ≤ ttable (0.572 <1.988) has no effect partially. Perception of Word OF Mouth significant value of 0.002 ≤ 0.05, tcount 3.123, so tcount ≥ ttable (3.123 > 1.988) has a partial effect. The F test obtains a significant value of 0.000, meaning a significant value ≤ 0.05. And the Fcount value obtained is 43.006, the Fcount value ≥ from Ftable (43.006 > 2.71). Brand Image, Signal Effectiveness and Word OF Mouth Perception simultaneously influence purchasing decisions.
