This study aims to analyze the inventory management practices of qurban cattle at Purnomo Sapi Mulyo Farm in Boyolali, Central Java, particularly in facing the surge in demand prior to Eid al-Adha. The research is motivated by the unique characteristics of qurban cattle inventory, which involves living assets, seasonal demand, and biological risks that differ significantly from conventional inventory management. A qualitative descriptive approach with a case study design was employed to capture in-depth information regarding inventory planning, procurement, storage, and sales practices. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with the business owner as the key informant, direct observation of operational activities, and documentation review. The findings reveal that inventory management at the farm is conducted in a responsive manner based on consumer orders, enabling the business to minimize overstock risks and operational costs. However, inventory recording remains manual and unstructured, potentially limiting the accuracy of cost calculation and long-term planning. Price fluctuations and supply availability are strongly influenced by the Eid al-Adha momentum, while cattle health and lead time are critical factors affecting inventory effectiveness. From a theoretical perspective, the study extends inventory management concepts to the context of live and seasonal inventory. Practically, the findings suggest that implementing a simple yet structured inventory recording system could enhance operational efficiency and decision-making accuracy in local qurban cattle farms.

The Hungarian method is a mathematical optimization algorithm used to solve assignment problems by finding the optimal allocation of resources to tasks. This research examines the application of the Hungarian method for both balanced and unbalanced maximization assignment problems. The balanced assignment problem involves an equal number of workers and jobs, while the unbalanced problem deals with unequal numbers. The study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the Hungarian method in solving maximization problems through mathematical modeling and algorithmic implementation. The research methodology includes literature review, mathematical analysis, and computational testing using various case scenarios. Results demonstrate that the Hungarian method can effectively solve both balanced and unbalanced maximization assignment problems by converting them into minimization problems through matrix transformation. The balanced cases show direct application of the classical Hungarian algorithm, while unbalanced cases require the addition of dummy variables to achieve matrix balance. The method proves to be efficient with polynomial time complexity O(n³), making it suitable for real-world applications. The research concludes that the Hungarian method provides optimal solutions for resource allocation problems in various organizational contexts, contributing to improved operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness in decision-making processes.

Nyemilee is a student-run homemade fruit salad business that uses a pre-order system and social media to align operations with academic schedules. This qualitative-descriptive study involved interviews, Instagram (@nyemilee.id) observation, and PO documentation. Findings show that PO enhances efficiency, Instagram acts as a digital storefront and customer service tool, while time and demand challenges are managed through scheduling and daily quotas.

Efficient management of aircraft parking stands is a critical element in maintaining flight safety at airports. As air traffic increases, the coordination and performance of the Apron Movement Control (AMC) team play a vital role in assigning parking positions to prevent operational delays and potential hazards. This study aims to evaluate the performance of the AMC team in managing parking stands at Yogyakarta International Airport using a descriptive qualitative approach. The assessment was based on five indicators proposed by Robbins & Judge: work quality, work quantity, timeliness, effectiveness, and independence. Data were collected through direct observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation analysis. The findings indicate that the AMC team consistently performs its duties in accordance with established procedures, responds effectively to sudden operational changes, and demonstrates independent decision-making capabilities. These results highlight the crucial role of the AMC team in ensuring the safe movement of aircraft on the apron. However, challenges such as limited staffing and unanticipated schedule changes still require attention to improve overall operational efficiency.

The use of artificial intelligence (AI) in banking has grown rapidly in recent years, providing opportunities and challenges in dealing with it. AI in the banking world is expected to facilitate use, strengthen customer data security, and optimize risk management. This article aims to analyze the level of customer user experience towards banking services by utilizing artificial intelligence (AI). The analysis technique used in this study is descriptive with a quantitative approach, involving 100 respondents of various ages, various jobs and various educational backgrounds. The main requirement for respondents is that they are customers of various conventional banks in Ponorogo Regency who have used artificial intelligence (AI)-based banking services. Data were collected through questionnaires supplemented with secondary data in the form of documents related to the implementation of artificial intelligence in the banking service system. The application of AI in the banking sector is the detection and prevention of fraudulent transactions in real time, identity verification through biometrics, identity verification through biometrics, chatbots and virtual assistants for customer service, detecting suspicious activity, and the use of smart wallets. The findings in this study explain that artificial intelligence (AI) is able to increase the efficiency of services to customers, provide a better experience, and improve the quality of banking services. This study aims to analyse the workload of doctors at Ubhara Jaya Primary Clinic in order to improve the efficiency and quality of medical services. Effective human resource management, particularly in managing doctors' workload, is essential to provide fast, precise, and quality health services. This study uses the Full Time Equivalent (FTE) method to measure and analyse doctor workload. Interviews and direct observation were used to get primary data, while secondary data was collected from relevant documents such as doctors' work schedules, monthly reports, and medical records. The research method used is descriptive with a quantitative approach, as well as literature review as a theoretical basis. The overall results of the various activities carried out by doctors at the Ubhara Jaya Primary Clinic show that the FTE index value is below the normal limit, these results indicate the need for additional workload and do not require additional labour for each activity performed.

In the era of increasingly rapid globalization, the industrial world is faced with inevitable dynamics. One important aspect in industry is optimal layout planning. The right layout determines the effective placement of production facilities, thereby smoothing the production process and increasing productivity. The current layout of production facilities at Bebeke Om Aris Dramaga is not optimal, causing production inefficiencies and increased costs. This research aims to redesign the layout of facilities at Bebeke Om Aris Dramaga. This research examines the design of alternative layouts at Bebeke Om Aris Dramaga with the aim of increasing productivity. The methods used are Activity Relationship Chart (ARC) and Total Closeness Rating (TCR). Production location calculations are carried out periodically to obtain accurate information. The research results show that the proposed layout has shorter distances between facilities. Apart from that, the resulting service time is more optimal. This change in store layout shows that the new layout is more effective and efficient than the old layout. This is proven by research results which show that the new layout design can reduce the time spent by employees in the production process and service to customers and the distance between facilities and increase the efficiency of employee movement.

This research is focused on the Application of Just In Time in Increasing Production Effectiveness and Efficiency (A Study at PT Albasi Priangan Lestari, Banjar City). To find out how the solution to overcome obstacles in implementing just in time at PT Albasi Priangan Lestari. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research method. Meanwhile, to analyze the data obtained used descriptive analysis techniques. The results of the study show that the application of just in time in increasing production effectiveness and efficiency at PT Albasi Priangan Lestari is carried out by: close communication with suppliers. Then Closeness of Communication with Customers. Furthermore, Responsiveness in Information Change. Accuracy of Executing Schedule. As well as the ability to reduce costs. Barriers to implementing just in time to increase production effectiveness and efficiency come from supporting tools for mobilizing materials and goods such as forklifts, dump turcks and losbak, supply of electrical energy and shipping costs. The solution to overcome these obstacles is to equip supporting equipment such as handlifts. Meanwhile, to handle the supply of electricity, the company built two power substations.
