This study aims to analyze the marketing strategies implemented and customer perception of MSMEs of Various Muzzaki Chips in Subang Regency. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study method. Data is collected through interviews with MSME owners, employees, and customers, which are then analyzed to identify the effectiveness of marketing strategies and customer perception of the products and services provided. The focus of the research includes the implementation of marketing strategies based on the concept of Segmenting, Targeting, and Positioning (STP), as well as the 4P (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) marketing mix. In addition, the evaluation of customer perception is carried out based on five dimensions of service quality, namely Tangibility, Empathy, Responsibility, Responsiveness, and Assurance. The results of the study show that MSMEs Aneka Keripik Muzzaki have implemented the STP strategy on target, namely targeting consumers aged 15-45 years, including students, employees, and housewives. The marketing mix strategy used is quite effective, starting from the development of innovative and quality products, affordable pricing, distribution through direct and online channels, and promotion through social media such as WhatsApp and Instagram. Customer perception of MSMEs tends to be positive, as can be seen from their satisfaction with the taste, packaging, price, and service provided. These results reflect the success of the marketing strategy implemented in building customer loyalty and increasing business competitiveness. It is recommended that MSMEs continue to improve the quality of products and services and expand their marketing reach through digital platforms to achieve sustainable growth.

This study aims to analyze the performance of human resources in the Directorate of Civil Service Status at the State Civil Service Agency in handling service problems or ASN status cases. Labor productivity is influenced by various factors related to the workforce itself as well as those related to the company environment and government policies as a whole, such as education, skills, discipline, attitude and work ethics. Research methods are classified based on the objectives and level of natural setting of the object, research methods can be classified into basic research objectives, applied research methods and research and development. In this study, the researcher chose the type of Qualitative research to present and describe in detail and in detail the analysis of employee productivity in serving ASN performance problems at the Directorate of Civil Service Status of the BKN. Research Results Overall, the quality of service at the Directorate of Civil Service Status of the State Civil Service Agency (BKN) can be categorized as very good, supported by clarity of information, ease of access through various communication channels, and employee responsiveness in handling complaints. The completeness of the files submitted by the proposing agency greatly affects the speed of the service process. When the files are complete, the process can run quickly and efficiently. However, incomplete files are often the cause of delays in service. and the use of technology, such as the ASN SI application, is very helpful in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of services. Technology allows ASN to access information and services more quickly and easily.

This study explores key aspects of the Apolo Chicken Porridge business through vendor interviews. The results show that focusing on ingredient quality, recipe innovation and taste consistency are the most important foundations in creating unique and attractive products. Effective service, responsiveness to customer input and strategic selling points also increase customer satisfaction. In conclusion, it is necessary to maintain product quality, improve service, respond to customers quickly and pay attention to the cleanliness and metode of the service area. At the same time, implementing loyalty programs and store evaluations can be additional strategies to strengthen the company's position in the culinary market.

This research uses qualitative methodology to analyze brand perception and customer service quality at Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) restaurants. A literature review was used to obtain data. The results of this study show that KFC's brand image, particularly with regard to the taste and quality of its products, can influence the way customers perceive the restaurant. Customers also value responsiveness and consistency in service quality to have a positive experience. Without using direct interviews, this research provides in-depth insight into the things that influence customer impressions of service quality conditions at Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC), knowing the effect of brand perception and service quality and on company sustainability on KFC, and this research can be used for marketing plans for the fast food industry and the growth of new companies. The objectives of this study are: to determine the condition of brand perception at Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC), knowing Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC).

This research is focused on the Application of Just In Time in Increasing Production Effectiveness and Efficiency (A Study at PT Albasi Priangan Lestari, Banjar City). What are the solutions to overcome obstacles in implementing just in time at PT Albasi Priangan Lestari?; The purpose of this study: 1]. To find out how the solution to overcome obstacles in implementing just in time at PT Albasi Priangan Lestari. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research method. Meanwhile, to analyze the data obtained used descriptive analysis techniques. The results of the study show that the application of just in time in increasing production effectiveness and efficiency at PT Albasi Priangan Lestari is carried out by: close communication with suppliers. Then Closeness of Communication with Customers. Furthermore, Responsiveness in Information Change. Accuracy of Executing Schedule. As well as the ability to reduce costs. Barriers to implementing just in time to increase production effectiveness and efficiency come from supporting tools for mobilizing materials and goods such as forklifts, dump turcks and losbak, supply of electrical energy and shipping costs. The solution to overcome these obstacles is to equip supporting equipment such as handlifts. Meanwhile, to handle the supply of electricity, the company built two power substations.
