This research was conducted at PT ADAM DANI LESTARI with the formulation of the problem is how the distribution strategy process of Frisian Flag products. The purpose of this study is to determine the distribution strategies of Frisian Flag products. The data used in writing this journal were collected through interviews and analyzed using qualitative description methods. The results of this study concluded that the distribution strategy process of Frisian Flag Milk products carried out by PT ADAM DANI LESTARI uses a direct distribution strategy to dominate the market and face competitors. However, in order to increase the brand and customer value, the company uses wholesalers and retailers so that products can be sold and delivered to consumers properly and maintain the availability of Frisian Flag Milk products in Medan City.

The management of educational facilities and infrastructure is a process of organizing all facilities to ensure that the educational process in an educational institution can take place effectively and efficiently. The purpose of this study is to determine the management of facilities and infrastructure used to support the learning process in the Geography subject at SMAN 2 Tanjung Morawa. This research uses a qualitative approach. The population and sample in this study are the Head of Facilities and Infrastructure and the Geography teachers at SMAN 2 Tanjung Morawa. Data in this study were collected through interviews, documentation, and literature review. Subsequently, the data were analyzed using thematic analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that the management of facilities and infrastructure at SMAN 2 Tanjung Morawa is still suboptimal in terms of planning, procurement, utilization, management, and evaluation systems, resulting in the geography learning process at this high school still relying on lecture methods and manually visualizing geography lessons using a blackboard.

This study aims to analyze the handling of left-behind baggage by Lost & Found officers of PT Gapura Angkasa for Fly Scoot airline at Zainnudin Abdul Madjid Internation Airport, Lombok. Left -behind baggage is a critical issue in ground handling service as it directly affects passenger satisfaction and the airline’s reputation. This research employs a descriptive qualitative method, using data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal several key factors contributing to babbage being left-behind, including limited time during connecting flights, labeling errors, and the inclusion of prohibited items such as betteries and power bank is cheked baggage. Additionally, procedural errors and human error were also identified as challenges in the handling process. To address these issues, Lost & Found Officers track baggage through the World Tracer system, coordinate with the origin airport and related airline, and arrange delivery of the baggage to passengers’ addresses. This research is expected to serve as an evaluative reference for improving the quality of left-behind baggage handling services at the airport.

Multicentral Aryaguna merupakan anak perusahaan Grup Indomobil yang bergerak di bidang industri real estate salah satu perusahaan yang didirikan di bidang properti. Dengan mempertahankan operasional PT. Multicentral Aryaguna pelatihan dan pengembangan karir, seringkali dianggap objektif karena cenderung dipandang formal belaka, sedangkan proses pelatihan dan pengembangan karir masih kontrovensional karena faktor subjektif dipengaruhi oleh persepsi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pelatihan dan pengembangan karir mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis kuantitatif statistik, analisis regresi linear berganda dan analisis koefisien determinasi dengan bantuan software SPSS 25. Sampel yang digunakan penelitian ini yaitu sampel jenuh sejumlah 45 karyawan. Hasil dari penelitian ini didapatkan menggunakan uji t bahwa pelatihan secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan siginifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan taraf signifikan sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dan hasil uji t sebesar 5,326 > 2.014. Pengembangan karir secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan taraf signifikan sebesar 0,028 < 0,05 dan hasil uji t sebesar 2,283 > 2.014. Pelatihan dan pengembangan karir secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dengan taraf signifikan sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dan hasil uji F sebesar 28,356 > 3.21 terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Effective Human Resources (HR) management is the key to the success of every company in achieving its strategic goals. In this context, recruitment, selection and placement of employees plays an important role as the first process that determines the quality and performance of a company's workforce. This study covers recruitment, selection, factors influencing selection, as well as the recruitment and selection process. The data collected is analyzed comprehensively to identify patterns, trends, and relationships between the recruitment and selection process, its factors, and placement in organizational performance. The results of this study are intended to provide valuable insights for human resource managers. The practical implications of this research will lead to the development of selection factors, more accurate recruitment and selection processes, and more targeted staff placement, which will ultimately improve overall organizational performance.

Procurement process in the industrial sector is undoubtedly conducted. However, conventional procurement of goods and services still faces numerous challenges, such as the need for physical storage space which is impractical, consumes a lot of space, and the difficulty in accessing past documents. With the advancement of the Industry 4.0 era, it pushes the procurement sector to undergo changes related to data integration systems and also the procurement process, all aimed at creating efficiency in the procurement of goods and services.

The purpose of this research is to find out how digital marketing is used in building business networks. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The object of this research is the Hot MieRoll business. The results of this research are digital marketing that the HotMie Roll business can use as an effort to build a business network is creating a Google Business account, creating social media as a marketing medium and creating photo or video content which will later be uploaded on social media by following current trends.
