In the current era of globalization, various problems must be faced by organizations, from within and outside the organization. Organizations are required to make strategies to be able to deal with existing problems and be able to serve the public or clients properly and optimally. This study aims to examine the effect of work environment, motivation, and the combined effect of work environment and motivation on employee performance at RSU Bunda Jembrana. This research uses quantitative methodology. The research methodology used in is a quantitative approach. The data sources used are primary and secondary. There is primary data obtained from observation methods, interviews, and questionnaires to respondents. Secondary data sources are data from certain records obtained through journals, modules and books in accordance with this research problem. The sample of this study amounted to 20 participants who worked at RSU Bunda Jembrana. This research data analysis through Validity Test, t test, and f test. The findings of this study show that the work environment has a positive effect on work motivation at RSU Bunda Jembrana, motivation has a positive effect on employee performance, and a positive effect of work environment and motivation on overall employee performance.

Human resource development (HRD) is a fundamental pillar in the management of Islamic education, especially in the era of globalization and the industrial revolution 4.0. Islamic educational institutions are required to produce graduates who are not only religious but also competent, ethical, and adaptive. This study aims to identify effective HRD strategies to improve the quality of Islamic educational institutions. The research employs a qualitative approach with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation in several Islamic educational institutions. The findings reveal that strategies such as training, internships, scholarships, mentorship, collaboration, performance evaluation, spiritual development, technology implementation, and innovation play vital roles. The integration of Islamic values in recruitment, training, and career development is also crucial. However, challenges such as limited funding, lack of competent human resources, and insufficient leadership attention remain obstacles. This study emphasizes the need for innovation in HRD to overcome these barriers. It is expected that the findings provide practical solutions for Islamic educational institutions to achieve educational goals, produce quality graduates, enhance competitiveness, and contribute positively to society.

The development of the freight forwarding industry is increasing rapidly due to the culture of society that wants everything to be practical. Developing technology has had a major impact in bringing changes to various areas of people's lives over time. Research objects include quality, price perception, and consumer purchasing decisions, Population is not just the number of objects or subjects studied, samples are part of the population that is expected to represent the entire population, To obtain respondents' perceptions related to Service Quality, Price Perception, and Purchasing Decisions, researchers distributed questionnaires online The service quality indicator table shows that the points that must be set are mainly facilities and consumer needs to continue to increase consumer desires. In the era of globalization and advances in information technology, business competition in various sectors is getting tighter, including in retail industries such as supermarkets. Supermarkets are not only a place to meet daily needs, but also become part of the busy lifestyle of urban people. In this context, the quality of services and products offered by a supermarket has a very important role in maintaining and increasing market share and customer satisfaction. The survey was conducted both directly in the Super Indo Kenjeran Supermarket area and online through an online survey platform. The survey design used is a cross-sectional survey, where data is collected at one particular point in time to measure the relationship between the variables studied. In this context, research on the effect of service quality and product quality on customer satisfaction at PT. Lion Super Indo Kenjeran becomes relevant and important to do. With a better understanding of the factors that affect customer satisfaction, PT. Lion Super Indo Kenjeran can identify areas that need improvement and design more effective strategies in maintaining and increasing customer loyalty. The rapid progress in information and communication technology coincides with globalization in the field of human resource management and will determine the status of human resource management in companies now and in the future. The author uses a quantitative research method through a random sampling approach and data collection process through distributing questionnaires. The research sample used 30 staff who were taken randomly from 45 marketing staff. The results of this study indicate that flexibility and innovation behavior factors have an effect on employee retention at PT Jaya Jagat Raya.

In the era of increasingly rapid globalization, the industrial world is faced with inevitable dynamics. One important aspect in industry is optimal layout planning. The right layout determines the effective placement of production facilities, thereby smoothing the production process and increasing productivity. The current layout of production facilities at Bebeke Om Aris Dramaga is not optimal, causing production inefficiencies and increased costs. This research aims to redesign the layout of facilities at Bebeke Om Aris Dramaga. This research examines the design of alternative layouts at Bebeke Om Aris Dramaga with the aim of increasing productivity. The methods used are Activity Relationship Chart (ARC) and Total Closeness Rating (TCR). Production location calculations are carried out periodically to obtain accurate information. The research results show that the proposed layout has shorter distances between facilities. Apart from that, the resulting service time is more optimal. This change in store layout shows that the new layout is more effective and efficient than the old layout. This is proven by research results which show that the new layout design can reduce the time spent by employees in the production process and service to customers and the distance between facilities and increase the efficiency of employee movement.

In the current era of globalization, the success of a business requires creative ideas from business owners. Companies are required to produce creative ideas to provide value and positive experiences for consumers with the aim of increasing and retaining customers. This research aims to determine the influence of customer value (X1) and customer experience (X2) on repeat purchase decisions (Y) at Warung Lesehan Pak Brodin. Using a quantitative approach, the sampling technique used a non-probability sampling method in the form of accidental sampling of 88 Warung Lesehan Pak Brodin respondents. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, questionnaires and literature studies, with the help of IBM SPSS version 25. The research results show that the Customer Value variable (X1) has a partial and significant effect on the Repurchase Decision (Y) with t count 4.280 > 1, 98827 and a sig t value of 0.000 < 0.05 and the Customer Experience variable (X2) has a partial and significant effect on the Repurchase Decision (Y) with a calculated t value of 4.640 > 1.98827 and a Sig t value of 0.000 < 0.05. Meanwhile, simultaneously, Customer Value (X1) and Customer Experience (X2) have a positive and significant effect on Repurchase Decisions with an F count of 49.563 > 3.10 and a Sig. F 0.000 < 0.05.
