This research aims to find out the marketing mix strategy for ornamental fish to increase sales volume at PT Agung Aquatic Marine, Denpasar Bali. This research uses descriptive qualitative research and also uses SWOT analysis (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat). SWOT analysis is an analysis used to evaluate opportunities and threats in the external environment as well as the strengths and weaknesses of the company's internal environment. The results of this research show that an IFAS score of 2.87 indicates a strong internal position, an EFAS score of 2.59 shows that the company responds to existing opportunities in a good way and avoids threats in its industrial market. The Cartesian diagram shows the company's position in an aggressive state, which is very profitable for the company. The marketing strategy used by the company to increase sales is that the company maintains and utilizes quality and varied products so that market segmentation becomes wider or increases, maintains consumer trust by being consistent in the performance provided and actively communicating to create mutually beneficial agreements.

The business understanding is one of the foundations of the work relationship that leads to an understanding or lawful relationship for the gatherings leads to freedoms and commitments. The study aims to find out the impact on compensation, motivation, and the working environment in creating job satisfaction which in turn is expected to have a positive impact on employee performance. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with a descriptive analysis approach. The data was collected through the distribution of online questionnaires using the Microsoft Forms platform. The survey respondents consisted of 101 employees of different age ranges in one company. The data obtained from the questionnaire is measured using a Likert scale from one to five, which allows respondents to give the level of agreement or disagreement with statements related to compensation, motivation, work environment, job satisfaction, and employee performance. Data analysis is done using several steps, including the Outer Model and the Inner Model. Outer Models involve calculations of Convergent Reliability, Discriminant Validity, Composite Reliability, and Cronbach's Alpha. This aims to ensure the validity and reliability of the data used in the research. Meanwhile, the Inner Model involves statistical T, R-Square, f-square and VIF calculations using the SmartPLS (Partial Least Square) analysis tool version 4.0.9.3. Research results show that compensation, motivation, and the working environment have a positive and significant influence on employee job satisfaction.

This research was motivated by the small number of customers at the Rahn Tasjily Agreement at Pegadaian UPS Manggis Bukittinggi. The purpose of this research is to find out how the Rahn Tasjily Agreement is implemented at the UPS Manggis Bukittinggi pawnshop and also to find out the obstacles faced in implementing the Rahn Tasjily Agreement. This research includes field study research with qualitative descriptive methods, and uses primary and secondary data sources, as well as data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. The research results obtained by the author after analyzing the data are the marketing strategy implemented by the UPS Manggis Bukittinggi pawnshop in implementing the Rahn Tasjily Agreement, namely by using Crossselling, Upselling, Literacy. The pricing strategy is good. The implementation of the contract is also good, where the product is made to help people who want to borrow money for business capital, but in terms of promotion it is not optimal. The obstacles faced by the UPS Manggis Bukittinggi pawnshop in implementing the Rahn Tasjily Agreement are limited marketing time, inadequate promotional facilities and a lack of public understanding of the Rahn Tasjily Agreement.
