This research aims to examine the role of digital transformation in crisis management and its impact on business sustainability in times of emergency. The approach used is qualitative research with a case study design, where the analysis unit includes companies experiencing crises and implementing digital transformation. Data sources were obtained through interviews with managers and company leaders, as well as document analysis related to policies and strategies implemented during emergencies. Data collection techniques include in-depth interviews and document studies, while data analysis is conducted using thematic analysis methods to identify emerging patterns and relationships. The findings of the study show that digital transformation helps companies in accelerating responses to crises and ensuring operational continuity more effectively. This research makes a new contribution by showing how the application of digital technology can support business sustainability in the face of emergencies.
