This research aims to examine the role of digital transformation in crisis management and its impact on business sustainability in times of emergency. The approach used is qualitative research with a case study design, where the analysis unit includes companies experiencing crises and implementing digital transformation. Data sources were obtained through interviews with managers and company leaders, as well as document analysis related to policies and strategies implemented during emergencies. Data collection techniques include in-depth interviews and document studies, while data analysis is conducted using thematic analysis methods to identify emerging patterns and relationships. The findings of the study show that digital transformation helps companies in accelerating responses to crises and ensuring operational continuity more effectively. This research makes a new contribution by showing how the application of digital technology can support business sustainability in the face of emergencies.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of data-based management in improving the effectiveness of AI-assisted learning in Senior High School. The unit of analysis in this study is a school that implements a data-based management system in AI-assisted learning. The research design used is a qualitative study with a case study approach. The research data sources consist of school principals, teachers, and students involved in the implementation of AI-assisted learning. Data collection techniques include in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and analysis of school documents. The data obtained was analyzed using thematic analysis techniques to identify patterns and relationships between concepts. Key findings show that the implementation of data-driven management can improve learning personalization, optimization of teaching strategies, and the effectiveness of the use of AI in the learning process. The main contribution of this research is to provide empirical insights into the role of data-driven management in supporting AI-assisted learning innovations at the secondary education level.

This study aims to evaluate the effect of Mastery of Parts of Speech on students' Writing skills in Descriptive Text English at the High School Education level at SMA Pangudi Rahayu Class XI Jakarta. This research method uses a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews with students and teachers, as well as document analysis of students' descriptive writing assignments. Direct observation in the classroom is also carried out to understand the application of Mastery of Parts of Speech in the teaching and learning process. Data were collected from a variety of sources and analyzed thematically to identify patterns and relationships between grammar mastery and writing skills. The results show that a strong understanding of Mastery of Parts of Speech significantly improves the quality of students' Descriptive Text English. The contribution of this research lies in the provision of teaching strategies based on grammar mastery to improve descriptive writing skills at the secondary education level.

The background of the research centres on the persistent challenge of low academic performance in history among students at SMA Depok, which is suspected to be influenced by inadequate learning motivation. The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of learning motivation on students' history achievement and to identify strategies that can enhance this motivation. The research employs a qualitative methodology, utilizing a case study approach that includes in-depth interviews with 15 students and 3 history teachers, as well as classroom observations to capture real-time interactions and engagement. Data were analyzed through thematic analysis, where key themes related to motivation and academic performance were identified, followed by data triangulation to ensure the reliability and validity of the findings. Principal results revealed a significant positive relationship between heightened motivation and improved academic performance in history. The study concludes that targeted motivational strategies can lead to better academic outcomes. Its contributions to the field include providing valuable insights for educators seeking to improve student engagement and achievement in history through enhanced motivational techniques.

This study aims to examine the confidence in improving the English speaking skills of class X students at SMK Bina Karya Mandiri 2 Bekasi. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a case study design, where data is collected through in-depth interviews, classroom observations, and documentation analysis. Interviews were conducted with students to explore their perceptions of self-confidence and its relationship to the ability to speak the United Kingdom. Observations were made during United Kingdom learning activities to see firsthand the interaction of students in class. Documentation in the form of student's grades and diaries was analysed to find patterns of improvement in speaking skills related to confidence levels. The results of the study show that self-confidence has an important role in improving students' United Kingdom speaking skills. This research contributes to the development of teaching strategies in vocational schools that focus more on strengthening affective aspects such as confidence in learning United Kingdom.
