The study aims to analyze the influence of affiliate marketing sales techniques on product selling power at Toko Pedia. In today's digital era, this technique is increasingly relevant, especially with the increasing number of internet users who prefer to shop online. This study focuses on analyzing the effectiveness of affiliate marketing techniques in increasing product sales in encouraging increased product sales volume and identifying the determining factors that influence it. This study utilizes a qualitative survey method with data collection through questionnaires distributed to affiliates.The method applied is a qualitative survey with data collection through questionnaires addressed to affiliates and consumers at Toko Pedia. The findings of this study are expected to provide important insights for business practitioners in designing more effective marketing strategies and increasing competitiveness in the digital marketplace.

This study aims to determine the effect of influencer marketing and word-of-mouth on the interest of Trunojoyo Madura University students to buy Glad2Glow skin care products. Influencer marketing and word-of-mouth are seen as important factors in influencing consumer decisions when making purchases, especially in the beauty industry where recommendations and promotions play a big role. Using a questionnaire method, 22 students of Trunojoyo University Madura participated in this quantitative research. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques to determine the relationship between influencer marketing and word-of-mouth with purchase intention. The results showed that consumer intention to purchase Glad2Glow products is strongly and positively influenced by word-of- mouth and influencer marketing. These results provide insights to marketers on how to utilize customer recommendations and influencers to increase sales of skincare products in relevant target markets.

This study aims to analyze the effect of electronic word of mouth (e-WOM), perceived quality, and brand image on purchase intention of Somethinc products. The approach used is quantitative method, with a population consisting of students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Trunojoyo University Madura who have seen reviews about Somethinc products and have interest or experience in using them. A total of 100 respondents were involved in this study, which was determined through purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression. The findings show that e-WOM and perceived quality have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, while brand image does not show a significant effect on consumer purchase intention.

Technological shifts and changing consumer behaviors require organizations to continuously innovate in order to remain competitive. In this context, creative leadership plays a strategic role in driving market disruption through the development of relevant and adaptive business model innovations. This study adopts a qualitative approach based on secondary data using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. A variety of academic sources, including journal articles and case studies of companies such as Netflix, Gojek, and Ruangguru, were systematically analyzed to identify strategic leadership patterns in creating disruption. The findings indicate that creative leaders do more than just adopt technology—they design innovation ecosystems that foster experimentation, continuous learning, and responsiveness to market needs. Strategies such as digital platform development, big data utilization, and business model transformation serve as key tools in challenging conventional market boundaries. This study contributes conceptually to the understanding of the relationship between creative leadership and business model innovation in navigating the complexities of the digital era.

This article examines the crucial role of eco-leadership in achieving a sustainable and environmentally friendly economy, particularly within the dynamic context of the digital age and industry 4.0. In this era, the pressure on companies to integrate environmentally friendly initiatives into their corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs is increasing, supported by government policies and regulations in Indonesia. This article highlights that the effectiveness of environmental protection and sustainable corporate performance can be measured through various practices such as waste management, pollution control systems, recycling, and environmental impact mitigation. In conclusion, environmentally oriented leadership plays a central role in promoting more responsible business practices and behaviors, which are essential for reaching sustainability targets and realizing an economy that is not only financially profitable but also responsible for environmental preservation.1
