. Malnutrition rates among children remain quite high, according to 2024 national statistics, which indicate that good eating habits in accordance with balanced nutritional needs are not yet ideal. Children's eating habits, dietary diversity, and parental understanding all impact their nutritional status. To promote optimal growth and development in children, it is crucial to monitor and establish appropriate eating habits from an early age. The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between eating habits and nutritional status of preschool-aged children. This study used a cross-sectional analytical design and quantitative methodology. Purposeful sampling was used to select a sample of 33 children from the 50 children in the study population. The study was conducted between September 22 and October 1, 2025. A Food Frequency Questionnaire (FFQ) was used to examine dietary patterns, while nutritional status was measured through weighing using a digital scale. Based on the findings, 22 children (66.7%) had a healthy diet, while 11 children (33.3%) had a poor diet. The Chi-Square statistical test showed a p value of 0.008 (p < 0.05), indicating a relationship between eating habits and nutritional status in preschool children at Taman Annisa Miruek Kindergarten, Aceh Besar Regency. According to balanced nutrition guidelines, parents should regularly assess their children's growth and focus more on the diversity and balance of their food intake. To improve children's nutritional status as much as possible, schools are required to collaborate with health workers to educate parents and children about nutrition.

Although often overlooked by society, mental health is a crucial component of overall health. One of the biggest barriers to managing mental health is the societal stigma associated with People with Mental Disorders (ODGJ). High stigma can lead to negative perceptions that hinder the healing process of those suffering from mental illness. The purpose of this study was to determine how societal perceptions of individuals with mental illness in Cot Rumpun Village, Aceh Besar Regency, relate to societal stigma. This study used a cross-sectional methodology and a descriptive analysis design. Seventy respondents were selected for the study sample using a direct random selection method. The Community Attitudes Against Mentally Ill (CAMI) questionnaire measured public sentiment, and the Perception of Discrimination and Devaluation (PDD) questionnaire measured stigma. Chi-square tests were used in univariate and bivariate data analysis. The majority of respondents expressed positive attitudes toward those with mental health problems (60.0%), while low stigma toward those with mental disorders (54.3%). The results of the Chi-Square test indicate a significant relationship between community stigma and community attitudes towards people with mental disorders (ODGJ) with a value of ρ = 0.000 (ρ <0.05). Health workers are expected to conduct routine counseling and psychoeducation to the community about mental health, including how to deal with, support people with mental disorders appropriately, reducing stigma in the community environment. Local governments and community leaders are also expected to play an active role in creating an inclusive, supportive, discrimination-free social environment for people with mental disorders (ODGJ).

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between maternal knowledge and child stunting. Quantitative research using cross-sectional and correlational methodologies. A sample of 59 respondents was selected using a proportional sampling design technique. The time period for this investigation was May 8-16, 2025. This study used univariate and bivariate analysis. The research data were collected using a closed questionnaire paradigm with multiple-choice questions, and the Chi-Square test was used for analysis. A P-value of 0.047 (P < 0.05) indicates a relationship between maternal knowledge and the prevalence of stunting in toddlers in the work area of the Krueng Barona Jaya Community Health Center. Research shows a link between stunting in toddlers and maternal knowledge. Stunting is more likely to affect toddlers born to mothers with less knowledge than those with more knowledge. Bullying is an aggressive act that is often repeated and directed at individuals in a weaker position, causing detrimental effects on psychological aspects, particularly children's self-esteem. When children's self-esteem is low, they tend to consider themselves worthless and choose to avoid social interaction. This study aims to analyze the correlation between Bullying behavior and self-esteem levels among elementary school students. The research was conducted using a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design. All 97 students in grades IV, V, and VI at SD Negeri 11 Banda Aceh were used as research subjects through total sampling. The questionnaire used included indicators of Bullying behavior and self-esteem levels. Based on the data obtained, of the 54 students identified as experiencing high levels of Bullying behavior, 44 children or 45.4% showed low self-esteem. On the other hand, of the 43 students who were exposed to low levels of Bullying, 35 of them, or about 36.1%, had high self-esteem. The chi-square test in this study produced a p-value of 0.000, indicating a significant relationship between Bullying patterns and self-esteem levels in children. Thus, it can be concluded that an increase in Bullying experiences in the school environment has an impact on the decline in students' self-esteem.

Toddler weight monitoring is a routine activity carried out by the integrated health post (posyandu). Routinely weighing toddlers means that toddler growth can be monitored intensively. The sooner it is found, the sooner cases of malnutrition or severe malnutrition will be handled. Data from the Ministry of Health shows that 65% of active integrated health posts in Indonesia have not reached the national target of 80%. The purpose of this activity is to optimize integrated health post activities. This community service activity has an influence on increasing mothers' knowledge of the importance of monthly weighing of toddlers.

The primary causes of mortality among infants are diarrhea and pneumonia. But, more than 50% of the cases were caused by malnutrition. Exclusive breastfeeding (6 months to 2 years) and providing complementary nutritious food have proven to be effective interventions in reducing the Infant Mortality Rate (IMR). This study aims to analyze maternal barriers to exclusive breastfeeding for infants aged 0-6 months in Montasik Public Health Center, Aceh Besar. This study used an analytical design with a cross-sectional approach. The population was 147 women. 60 respondents were chosen as the sample using a proportional random sampling technique. It was conducted on May 2nd–18th, 2024. The analysis uses univariate and bivariate Chi-square tests. The results showed that of 60 respondents, most of them provided non-exclusive breastfeeding for 34 respondents (56,7%), early adulthood for 32 respondents (53,3%), middle-class education level for 24 respondents (40%), self-employed for 33 respondents (55%), had sufficient knowledge of breastfeeding as 24 respondents (40%), and did not have a supportive workplace in giving exclusive breastfeeding as 34 respondents (56,7%). In conclusion, there is a correlation between age, education level, work status, knowledge, and environment towards exclusive breastfeeding. It is expected that the community health center will conduct socialization regarding exclusive breastfeeding by holding antenatal classes for a better understanding of exclusive breastfeeding.
