Background: Sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) are infectious diseases transmitted through sexual contact including vaginal, anal, oral intercourse and are caused by bacteria, viruses, and parasites, either directly or indirectly. Half of the 15-24 year olds contribute to sexually transmitted infections in the world. Objective: so that adolescents in Bangun Rejo Village are able to independently maintain their reproductive health to avoid sexually transmitted diseases. Method: Providing education about the prevention of sexually transmitted diseases in adolescents. The number of adolescents is 30 people. Population: all adolescents in Hamlet II, Bangun Rejo Village. Sample: all populations or total sampling. Data is frequency distribution. Results: before education, adolescents' knowledge about the prevention of infectious diseases was mostly lacking as many as 12 people (40%) and a minority of good as many as 7 people (23.3%), while after education, the results obtained were a majority of good as many as 16 people (53.3%) and a minority of less as many as 5 people (16.7%). Conclusion; There was an increase in knowledge after education about early disease prevention about sexually transmitted diseases in adolescents in Bangun Rejo Village. Suggestion: Provide counseling facilities for adolescents regarding sexually transmitted infections.

Adolescence is marked by growth and development in various aspects, including physical, psychological, and intellectual. They tend to have a great sense of curiosity, like challenges, and dare to take risks. However, this also makes them vulnerable to various risks, both in the short and long term. Therefore, health services are needed that care about the needs of adolescents, especially in terms of reproductive health. This study aims to determine whether there is an Influence of Health Education About "the influence of health education about early marriage on the level of Knowledge and attitudes of adolescents at the Tinggi Raja Health Center. Tinggi Raja Village, Tinggi Raja District in 2023. The type of quasi-experimental research with a One Group Pretest-Posttest Design, the research sample amounted to 30 people, who were selected using a sampling technique with the Total Sampling Technique. Based on the results of statistical tests using the Wilcoxon test, the results of the p value of knowledge = 0.000 <0.05 and the p value of attitude = 0.000 <0.05. So it is proven that there is a significant influence between health education about early marriage on the level of knowledge and attitudes of adolescents at the Tinggi Raja Health Center. Colostrum is the first fluid secreted by the mammary glands. The highest content in colostrum is antibodies that are ready to protect the baby when the baby is still very weak. The protein content in colostrum is higher than the protein content in mature milk. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors of colostrum administration to postpartum mothers in Kayu Kul Village, Pegasing District, Central Aceh Regency in 2022. The method in this study is an analytical research type with a research design using cross-sectional, namely a study in which variables including risk factors and variables including effects are observed at the same time. This study uses data taken retrospectively. This research was conducted in Kayu Kul Village, Pegasing District, Central Aceh Regency in 2022. The population in this study was 35 people, then the sample was part of all the objects studied and was considered to represent the entire population (Notoatmodjo, 2015). The number of samples used was 29 people using the Accidental Sampling technique. Data collection techniques using questionnaire sheets and respondent observation sheets. Data analysis techniques using the chi-square statistical test show that the p-value shows that p = 0.005 which means Ho is accepted (p value <0.05), so it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between the knowledge category and the provision of colostrum. Conclusion: This study means that there is a significant relationship between the factors of Knowledge, Family Support, Support, Information Sources, Parity, Role of Health Workers, Provision of Colostrum in Kayu Kul Village, Pegasing District, Central Aceh Regency in 2022.

Nausea and vomiting are common conditions experienced during pregnancy, especially in the first trimester, and are considered a normal physiological response that occurs in around 50%-80% of pregnant women. However, if this condition worsens and persists, it can develop into hyperemesis gravidarum, a pregnancy disorder that occurs in around 1 in 1000 pregnant women. This condition is at risk of causing dehydration and electrolyte imbalance and acidoketosis. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the incidence of hyperemesis gravidarum in BPM Muliyanti, Luengsa Village, Madat District, East Aceh Regency in 2023. The type of research is Descriptive Correlation research with a cross-sectional design. The research sample consisted of 36 respondents, who were selected using a sampling technique with Purposive Sampling. Based on the results of the bivariate analysis using the Pearson Chisquare test, it is known that the p-value is 0.028, so it can be concluded that there is a statistically significant relationship between Maternal Parity and the Incidence of Hyperemesis Gravidarum in Pregnant Women in BPM Muliyanti, Luengsa Village, Madat District. East Aceh Regency Drugs in 2023.

Anemia in pregnancy is known to occur in pregnant women when iron levels in their blood are low. Pregnant women are said to have anemia if their hemoglobin (Hb) level is <11 grams/dl in the first and third trimesters of pregnancy, in contrast to the second trimester hemoglobin (HB) level <10.5 grams/dl. The aim of the research was to determine the relationship between third trimester pregnant women's knowledge about anemia and compliance with consuming Fe tablets at the Namrole Care Health Center in 2023. This research was quantitative in nature with an analytical survey with a cross sectional research design, which was conducted in the Namrole Maluku Health Center Work Area. The population in this study were all 32 pregnant women in the third trimester. The sampling technique used is Total Sampling. Bivariate analysis uses the Chi Square test with a confidence level of 95%. shows that the p value = 0.000 which means less than A = 0.005, so it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between the knowledge of third trimester pregnant women about anemia and compliance with consuming Fe tablets at the Namrole Nursing Community Health Center, Kec. Medan Johor in 2023.

Warm compress is a nursing action by providing warmth to a certain area using a bag filled with warm water so that it creates a warm feeling in the part of the body that needs it. Warm compress can relieve pain and improve the healing process. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of warm compress therapy at the injection site on pain in infants during measles immunization in Pedekok Village, Pegasing District, Central Aceh Regency in 2022. The method in this study is a Quasi Experimental research type with a research design using the Post test only control group design approach. This research was conducted in Pedekok Village, Pegasing District, Central Aceh Regency in 2022, the population in this study was 40 toddlers. then the sample is part of all the objects studied and is considered to represent the entire population. The number of samples used is 40 people using the Non-probability sampling technique. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire sheet and a respondent observation sheet. the results of data analysis with the Mann Whitney Test obtained a Symp.sig value of 0.000 <0.05 meaning Ho is rejected. So it can be concluded that there is a significant effect between warm compress therapy at the injection site during measles immunization on pain responses in infants in Pedekok Village, Pegasing District, Central Aceh Regency in 2022.

Early marriage is a marriage that occurs at an age below the ideal provisions, where the prospective bride and groom are generally not physically, mentally, or financially ready. Therefore, early marriage is often considered a hasty decision because it is carried out without proper planning and preparation. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an effect of health education about early marriage on the level of knowledge and attitudes of adolescents at the Kuala Health Center, Kuala District, Langkat Regency in 2022. The type of quasi-experimental research with a research design using one group pre-post design, namely This type of research is used to determine the effect of health education about early marriage on the level of knowledge and attitudes of adolescents. This research was conducted at the Kuala Health Center, Kuala District, Langkat Regency in 2022. The population in this study amounted to 30 people, then the sample was part of all the objects studied and was considered to represent the entire population. The number of samples used was 30 people using the Total Sampling technique. The results of the statistical test results using the Wilcoxon test obtained the results of the p value of knowledge = 0.000 <0.05 and the p value of attitude = 0.000 <0.05. So it is proven that there is a significant influence between health education about early marriage on the level of knowledge and attitudes at the Kuala Health Center, Kuala District, Langkat Regency in 2022.

Exclusive breastfeeding or exclusive breastfeeding is a baby who is given only breast milk, without additional fluids such as formula milk, orange, tea, water, Exclusive breastfeeding is recommended for a period of at least six months, and after six months the baby is introduced to solid foods. While breast milk can be given up to the age of two years or more. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that influence the success of providing exclusive breastfeeding to mothers who work at the Batahan Health Center, Batahan District, Mandailing Natal Regency in 2022. The type of research is Descriptive Analytical with a research design using cross sectional, namely research conducted with momentary observation in a certain period of time and each subject is only observed once. This research was conducted at the Batahan Health Center, Batahan District, Mandailing Natal Regency With the consideration as a place where at the Batahan Health Center, Batahan District, Mandailing Natal Regency. The population in this study was 20 mothers, then the sample was part of the entire object studied and was considered to represent the entire population, the number of samples used was 20 respondents with a total sampling technique. The data collection technique used a questionnaire sheet and a respondent observation sheet. The results of the statistical test using Chi-square (p-Value) of 0.01 <0.05, there was a significant relationship between the factors of Age, Knowledge, Attitude and Work Environment with the provision of Exclusive Breastfeeding at the Batahan Health Center, Batahan District, Mandailing Natal Regency in 2022.

Stunting is a condition of chronic malnutrition characterized by stunted growth in height for a long period of time, so that children have a height that is not appropriate for their age. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors associated with the incidence of stunting in toddlers in Jurusen Village, Pegasing District, Central Aceh Regency in 2022. The method in this study is an analytical observational research type with a research design using a Cross Sectional approach. This research was conducted in Factors Related to the Incidence of Stunting in Toddlers in Jurusen Village, Pegasing District, Central Aceh Regency in 2022. The population in this study was 38 toddlers. then the sample is part of all the objects studied and is considered to represent the entire population. The number of samples used was 38 people using the Total Sampling technique. The data collection technique used a questionnaire sheet and a respondent observation sheet. The data analysis technique used the chi-square statistical test. Based on the results of the statistical analysis, it is known that there is a significant relationship between Exclusive Breastfeeding, Father and Mother's Height, Nutritional Status During Pregnancy, Education Status and Knowledge, on the Incidence of Stunting with a value of p = 0.002 (p <0.05) and the highest Exp (B) value of 11.333. This independent variable dominates the significant influence on the Incidence of Stunting in Toddlers in Jurusen Village, Pegasing District, Central Aceh Regency in 2022.

Colostrum is also a thick viscous fluid with a yellowish color that is yellower compared to mature milk. Colostrum is the first fluid secreted by the breast glands, containing tissue debris and residual material found in the alveoli and ducts of the breast glands before and after the puerperium. The IMD approach currently recommended is the breast crawl method (crawling looking for the breast) after the baby The baby is immediately placed in the mother's stomach and left to crawl to find the mother's nipple herself and finally sucks it without help. Many post-natal mothers do not give breast milk or colostrum to their babies. This is due to many factors. One of them is ignorance, making mothers neglect the importance of giving breast milk to babies. Apart from that, most mothers don't understand how colostrum is very beneficial for babies. Research to determine the factors associated with giving colostrum to post partum mothers is very necessary, so that future efforts can be made to ensure that all newborn babies are given colostrum. This study aims to analyze the factors of giving colostrum to post partum mothers at the Kabanjahe District Health Center. Karo. The type of research used in this research is analytical with a cross sectional design. There were 29 research respondents. By collecting secondary and primary data. From the results of statistical tests using Chi-Square, it shows that p = 0.005, which means Ho is accepted (p value < 0.05), so it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between the knowledge category and colostrum provision. Mortality and morbidity in pregnant women is a serious problem for the world. The causes of maternal death are quite complex problems, which can be classified based on reproductive factors, obstetric complications, health services and economics. The government program, namely early initiation of breastfeeding or breastfeeding after giving birth for the first time, can provide many benefits for babies and mothers so that maternal and infant mortality rates can be reduced with the early initiation of breastfeeding program. This study aims to determine the effect of early initiation of breastfeeding on stopping post partum bleeding at the Tiganderket District Health Center. Tiganderket, Karo Regency. This type of research is quantitative research using a pre-designed experiment with a statistical comparison group approach / control group design only post test, and analyzed using an independent t test. Data collection uses primary and secondary data. The respondents of this research were 16 mothers who gave birth at the Tiganderket District Health Center. According to the World Health Organization (WHO) in 2017 contraceptive use has increased in many parts of the world, especially in Asia and Latin America and is lowest in Sub-Saharan Africa. Globally, users of modern contraception have increased significantly from 35% in 1970 to 63% in 2017. The 2019 Indonesia Health Profile data shows that most active family planning participants choose injections and pills as contraceptives and are even very dominant (more than 80 %) compared to other methods; inject (63.7%), Pill (17.0%), Implant (7.4%), IUD/IUD (7.4%), Condom (1.2%), MOW (Women's Operative Method) (2 .7%), MOP (Male Operative Method) (0.5%). (RI Ministry of Health, 2020). The side effect of hormonal contraception is disruption of menstruation. The main side effects of DMPA (Depot Medroxyprogesterone Acetate) contraception and implants are menstrual disorders in the form of amenorrhea, spotting, changes in cycles, frequency, length of menstruation and amount of blood loss.
