Aggressive behavior is one of the manifestations commonly found in individuals with mental disorders, and this can potentially cause harm both to themselves and to their surroundings. To address this condition, one non-pharmacological approach that can be implemented is the use of Mozart classical music therapy. This study aims to evaluate the impact of Mozart classical music therapy on patients who have the potential to exhibit violent behavior at Aceh Mental Hospital. The research activities were conducted from July 2 to 5, 2025. The research design adopted in this study is pre-experimental using the One group pretest-posttest Design method. The study subjects consisted of 15 inpatients who had been identified as being at risk for violent behavior, with sample selection carried out through purposive sampling. The findings of the study showed that the average score of signs and symptoms before the intervention was 5.73, with a score range of 3 to 8. After the intervention in the form of Mozart classical music therapy, the average score of signs and symptoms decreased significantly to 1.60, with a range between 1 and 2. Statistical analysis using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank test showed a Z value of -3.437 with a significance level of P = 0.000 (P < 0.05). Based on these results, it can be concluded that Mozart classical music therapy has a significant effect in reducing the risk of violent behavior in patients. Therefore, Mozart classical music therapy is recommended as an effective supportive intervention and can be routinely integrated into psychiatric care rooms.

Menarche is the first transitional period marked in women, known as the first menstruation (menarche). During menarche, physical and psychological changes occur, such as anxiety and sadness, due to the physical changes in this period. The changes usually include pubic hair, armpit hair, and breast development. This often happens among elementary school students, including those in SDN Lampeuneurut. This study aims to determine the relationship between parental support and the level of anxiety in girls facing menarche in SDN Lampeuneurut. This research employed a quantitative method with a cross-sectional design. The population consisted of 120 female students in grades 5 and 6 at SDN Lampeueneurut who had not yet experienced menarche. The sample was selected using purposive sampling, resulting in 55 respondents who met the inclusion criteria. This research was conducted from June 18th to 20th, 2025. The instruments used were a parental support questionnaire and the STAI (State Trait Anxiety Inventory) of anxiety questionnaire. The data were analyzed using a bivariate statistical test, the Chi-Square test. The research findings indicated a significant relationship between parental support and the anxiety levels of female students in facing menarche, with a p-value of 0.011 (p-value < 0.05). This study concludes that parental support is related to a decrease in the anxiety levels of girls facing menarche. This study recommends that schools provide basic reproductive health education from an early age, especially regarding menarche, and that parents understand the importance of providing emotional, informational, instrumental, and appreciative support.

Hypertension is categorized as one of the most widespread chronic non-infectious conditions among the elderly and can heighten the risk of serious complications. A non-pharmacological strategy that may be implemented to manage hypertension is the administration of boiled moringa leaves (Moringa oleifera), which are known among scientific communities for possessing antioxidant agents and potent bioactive molecules that function synergistically in maintaining cardiovascular stability and decreasing arterial pressure. This empirical study sought to examine how far the intake of boiled moringa leaves contributes to reducing blood pressure values in hypertensive older adults living within Meunasah Papeun Village, situated in Krueng Barona Jaya Subdistrict, Aceh Besar District. The statistical evaluation showed a significant p-value of 0.001 (p < 0.05), confirming a substantial effect under a quantitative quasi-experimental approach applying the One Group Pretest-Posttest model. The research sample included 20 participants chosen from a total population of 77 individuals through purposive sampling. The investigation took place from May 27 to June 25. Data were obtained using observation forms, standard operating procedures (SOP) for moringa leaf preparation, and manual sphygmomanometer readings. The findings revealed that prior to the application of treatment, the mean systolic blood pressure reached a level of 193.30 mmHg, whereas following the intervention it displayed a considerable decrease, it fell to 129.75 mmHg. The mean diastolic pressure also exhibited a decrease from 94.00 mmHg, confirming the notable influence of moringa leaf decoction in controlling hypertension. In summary, moringa leaf infusion proved effective in lowering blood pressure among elderly individuals suffering from hypertension. It is recommended that patients regularly consume boiled moringa leaves when experiencing increased blood pressure, that community health services provide education regarding non-pharmacological hypertension management through moringa leaf decoction, and that further research explore this topic with broader variables.

The study applied a quasi-experimental design with a deductive approach. The population consisted of 55 elderly individuals, and 17 were selected as the sample using total sampling technique. The elderly gymnastics intervention was conducted three times a week, from April 17th to 22nd, 2025. Blood pressure was measured before and after the intervention using a pre-test and post-test observation sheet. Data analysis was performed using the Wilcoxon test, suitable for non-parametric data. Results showed that on the first day, there was no significant difference in systolic and diastolic blood pressure (p = 0.091). On the second day, systolic blood pressure showed a significant decrease (p = 0.003), while diastolic pressure remained non-significant (p = 0.161). On the third session, a significant reduction occurred in both systolic (p = 0.000) and diastolic (p = 0.001) blood pressure. Conclusion: Elderly gymnastics has an effect on reducing blood pressure in elderly individuals with hypertension. This intervention may serve as an effective and applicable non-pharmacological therapy in daily life.

Based on these data, there is a significant relationship between behavior (knowledge, attitude, and action) and the incidence of dental caries among these students, with the ρ value for knowledge being 0.003, attitude being 0.006, and action being 0.001. This shows that effective education and counseling on oral health is needed. As a recommendation, it is advisable for schools to collaborate with the local Health Office and Puskesmas to hold regular oral health counseling programs. In addition, establishing a healthy canteen at school can be another preventive measure so that students can choose healthier snacks that support good oral health.
