Anemia in pregnant women can increase the risk of bleeding during labor. Therefore, early detection is crucial for preventing potential complications and preventing anemia during pregnancy. One way to empower pregnant women in this effort is through community service activities. This community service activity is a collaboration between STIKes Mitra Husada Medan and a practice in Bangun Rejo Village, Tanjung Morawa. Anemia can affect pregnant women at various stages of pregnancy. Therefore, this community service program is implemented in the form of a pregnancy class aimed at preventing and early detection of anemia. The target group includes pregnant women in their first, second, and third trimesters, with the hope of increasing their knowledge about anemia, thus creating physically and emotionally healthy mothers-to-be. The results of the community service program indicate positive changes following the community service, including an increased understanding of the symptoms of anemia, preventive measures, and active participation in early detection of anemia during pregnancy.

The incidence of stunting in toddlers is one of the global nutritional problems. Based on UNICEF data from 2010–2017, it shows that the prevalence of stunting in the world reached 28%, in Eastern and Southern Africa it was 40%, and in South Asia it was 38%. When compared with the "non-public health problem" limit according to WHO for stunting problems of 20%, almost all countries in the world experience public health problems. The aim of the research is to determine the relationship between knowledge and family income and the incidence of stunting among toddlers at the Rantau Selamat Community Health Center, East Aceh in 2024. This type of research is analytical observational research using a cross-sectional approach, the sample is some of the toddlers at the Rantau Selamat Community Health Center, East Aceh in 2024, a number of 61 respondents. Research results: There is a relationship between knowledge and income and the incidence of stunting in toddlers in the Rantau Selamat Community Health Center Working Area, East Aceh in 2024. It is recommended for the Community Health Center to provide education to parents so that they have good knowledge of skills in parenting toddlers, and to the local community Those who are pregnant need to pay attention to their diet to prevent LBW. For parents to monitor the growth and development of their children under five so that stunting can be prevented and overcome.

Hyperemesis gravidarum is excessive nausea and vomiting in pregnant women which interferes with daily activities because it is usually made worse by dehydration. The cause of hyperemesis gravidarum is not known for certain, but it is likely caused by an increase in the serum hormones estrogen and HCG (chorionic gonadotropin hormone). The aim of this research is to analyze the relationship between nutritional status and hyperemesis gravidarum in pregnant women at Tanah Jambo Aye Community Health Center, North Aceh. This study used a case control design. Pain Case Study This research was conducted to determine whether parity, nutritional status and stress are related to hyperemesis gravidarum in pregnant women. There is a relationship between nutritional status and the incidence of hyperemesis gravidarum in pregnant women at the Tanah Jambo Aye Community Health Center, North Aceh. Pregnant women with poor nutritional status will experience hyperemesis gravidarum 7.5 times compared to pregnant women with good nutritional status. Pregnant women are expected to always seek information about hyperemesis gravidarum and risk factors for hyperemesis gravidarum.

Back pain is a disorder that is often encountered in pregnant women, this is caused by the shift of gravity towards the body's core towards the front. The aim of the research was to determine the relationship between pregnancy exercise and complaints of low back pain in pregnant women III at the Birem Bayuen Community Health Center. This research uses an experimental research design. The sample for this study was all pregnant women in the third trimester at the Birem Bayuem Community Health Center who were included. The results of this study were lower back discomfort in pregnant women before pregnancy activities, more than half of respondents reported low back pain on a scale of 3 (very painful). Most respondents reported reduced back pain, as many as 7 respondents reported no pain. This is lower back pain in pregnant women III after pregnancy exercise. Through this research, pregnant women understand the benefits of pregnancy exercise during pregnancy, especially during the third trimester of pregnancy, which has a very good impact so that mothers feel comfort and reduce complaints during pregnancy, such as lower back pain in particular

Pregnancy with anemia can pose a danger to the mother and child, so it is a risky condition for pregnant women and requires special medical attention. The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between third trimester pregnant women's knowledge about anemia and compliance with taking Fe tablets at the Jambo Aye Health Center, North Aceh. This type of research is an analytical survey using a cross-sectional research design. Samples were taken from the entire population of Jambo Aye Community Health Center. A total of 32 pregnant women in the third trimester from January to June 2024. The results of the square test analysis show that the p value = 0.000 which means less than A = 0.005, so it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between knowledge of third trimester pregnant women about anemia and compliance with consuming Fe tablets. at the Tanah Jambo Aye North Aceh Health Center in 2024. Through this research, it can provide information to the Tanah Jambo Aye North Aceh Health Center about awareness among pregnant women of anemia and Compliance with consuming Fe tablets to prevent anemia during pregnancy.

Pregnancy is a reproductive process that needs special care so that it runs well, because pregnancy contains the life of both the mother and fetus. In Indonesia, the number of AKI in 2020 showed 4,627 cases of death, most of the causes of maternal death were caused by other causes at 34.2%, bleeding at 28.7%, hypertension in pregnancy at 23.9%, and infection at 4.6%. %.The aim of this research is to find out what factors are related to tetanus toxoid immunization in pregnant women at the Jambo Aye Health Center, North Aceh. This type of research is a survey type with a cross sectional design. The number of research samples is 60 pregnant women. The research results show that age is = 0.024 < sig a value = 0.05, this proves that there is a relationship between age and the mother's attitude towards TT immunization. Parity is = 0.021 > sig a value = 0.05, this proves that there is no relationship between parity and the mother's attitude towards TT immunization. Education is = 0.032 < sig a value = 0.05, this proves that there is a relationship between education and the mother's attitude towards TT immunization. Knowledge is = 0.021 < sig a value = 0.05, this proves that there is a relationship between knowledge and the mother's attitude towards TT immunization. Providing Health Socialization is = 0.041 < sig a value = 0.05, this proves that there is a relationship between Providing Health Socialization and the mother's attitude towards TT immunization. So it can increase knowledge and learning experiences, especially about the factors that influence pregnant women to carry out TT immunization.

Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) is a component of the development index and quality of life index which is calculated by taking into account and considering women's health status (MMR). The aim of this research is to determine the factors associated with hyperemesis gravidarum at the Birem Bayuem Community Health Center in 2024. The design of this research is an analytical survey using a cross-sectional approach. The sample in this study was all 1st trimester pregnant women who visited ANC at the Birem Bayuem Community Health Center in 2024, namely 26 pregnant women. The results of the analysis using the Telst Chi-sqularel test showed a value of p=0.008 (95% CI 1.522-26.081). Mothers who are working have a rate of 6,300 times more likely to experience hyperreleasing disease compared to mothers who are not working. It is hoped that by increasing the number of antenatal care, follow-up or maternal visits in research will reduce the number of cases of hyperelelmosis. Apart from that, it is highly recommended that you learn about health regularly by actively asking health professionals every time you visit a health care facility.

Providing additional recovery food (PMT), especially for vulnerable groups, is one of the supplementation strategies in overcoming nutritional problems so that cases of malnutrition and malnutrition can be prevented. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of giving supplementary feeding (PMT) biscuits to underweight toddlers on increasing the weight of toddlers at the Rantau Selamat Community Health Center, East Aceh in 2024. This quasi-experimental research uses a one group pre-post test design, namely the existing research design. pretest before being given treatment and posttest after being given treatment. The sample for this research was the entire research population, namely 61 people. Based on the results of this research, the weight status of respondents before the implementation of the PMT program at the Rantau Selamat Community Health Center was underweight for 10 toddlers. The results of the paired T-test statistical test in the second month, the change in toddler's weight before and after PMT-P was shown by the value p=0.000 (p<0.05), so it can be concluded statistically that there is an effect of giving additional food (PMT) on weight status in underweight toddlers (aged 6-33 months). Through this research, it is hoped that it can provide education and increase insight to parents of suffering toddlers to pay more attention to the food intake they consume every day. So that toddlers get adequate nutritional intake in an effort to improve the child's nutritional status.
