This research aims to explore how business sustainability strategies can be applied in managing social tensions in the midst of political turmoil. The approach used is qualitative research with a case study design, where the unit of analysis includes companies operating in countries with significant social tensions and political turmoil. Data sources were obtained from in-depth interviews with company leaders and strategic managers, as well as document analysis related to the company's internal policies and their response to social tensions. Data collection techniques include semi-structured interviews and document studies, while data analysis is carried out using thematic analysis methods to identify key patterns and strategies applied. The research findings show that companies that are successful in managing social tensions have flexible and responsive business strategies, as well as a strong commitment to long-term sustainability. The contribution of this research lies in a deeper understanding of the relationship between business strategy, sustainability, and crisis management in the context of political turmoil.
