This research aims to mentor high school teachers at SMA Perjuangan Terpadu Depok in implementing Classroom Action Research (CAR) using Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) strategies to enhance teaching effectiveness. The research employs a qualitative approach, beginning with the identification of specific classroom challenges faced by the teachers. Teachers are then guided through the development and application of SEL strategies within their CAR projects. Data is collected through observations, interviews, and reflective journals to evaluate the impact of SEL on both teaching practices and student outcomes. The results indicate that incorporating SEL strategies in CAR significantly improves classroom dynamics and student engagement. This research contributes by providing a model for integrating SEL in CAR, offering a practical framework for enhancing both the social-emotional competencies of students and the professional development of teachers.
