Developing an Entrepreneurial Spirit in High School Students: A literature Review

This article through a literature review aims to describe strategies for developing entrepreneurial interest in high school students. This discussion is necessary considering the considerable market opportunities and the availability of jobs that do not always exist, in addition, the process of planting interest in a person takes a long time. Therefore, the right strategy should be formulated in overcoming these problems. The results of this study can be explained that increasing interest in entrepreneurship can be done through several processes involved in the formation of entrepreneurship, namely the learning and habituation process. As for developing an entrepreneurial mindset, students need to take several key roles such as strategies from teachers, education staff, parents, and the government to promote entrepreneurship in the school environment, namely by organizing market week activities at school, holding entrepreneurship extracurriculars, creating entrepreneurship study programs, holding entrepreneurship laboratories, and giving awards to students who excel in the field of entrepreneurship.
