IMPLEMENTASI SUPERVISI PENDIDIKAN

Educational supervision is an important element in improving the quality of learning processes and outcomes in educational institutions. This study aims to identify the implementation of educational supervision in supporting the improvement of educators' competence, learning effectiveness and the achievement of educational goals. The research methods used include literature study and empirical analysis of supervision practices at various levels of education. The results show that structured educational supervision based on a collaborative approach can provide constructive feedback, build a positive work culture and improve educators' professionalism. In addition, the role of competent supervisors in providing guidance, monitoring and evaluation has been shown to contribute significantly to improving the overall quality of education. Thus, effective implementation of educational supervision is key in developing a sustainable and high-quality education system.
