The concept of state in Islam only regulates the principles or principles, among others, leaders must be honest, trustworthy, fair, transparent, deliberate, and protect human rights (fitrah). Based on the results of the research, it shows the Concept of the State in the Perspective of Islamic Law with various scopes including the idea of state, the relationship between Religion, State and law according to the Al-Quran and Hadith, the contribution of Islamic Law to National development, and the relationship between the State and Islamic law.
