Komputer dan Teknologi dalam Perspektif Al-Qur’an: Antara Tantangan dan Manfaat

Computers and technology have become an integral part of human life in the modern era by changing the way we communicate, work, learn, and even socialize. The need to continue to adapt to technological advances is a global demand for educational institutions to improve the quality of learning. In implementing educational technology, it is necessary to pay attention that every step must be careful and based on Islamic principles contained in the Koran, hadith and Islamic law. Therefore, religion also has a significant role in technological development, especially in the technological context. This article aims to conduct a theoretical study of how computers and technology are viewed from the perspective of the Koran, as well as identifying the challenges and benefits involved. This research method uses a qualitative approach supported by case studies and literature research. From the perspective of the Qur'an, although the concept of science and technology does not have to be based on a particular verse or hadith, the standards for the use of science and technology must be in accordance with the teachings of the Qur'an and Al-Hadith. Islam emphasizes that technology must be used to facilitate worship, improve the quality of life, and spread the message of Islam, in line with religious values ​​and sharia law.
