Pengaruh Islam Terhadap Sastra Klasik Nusantara

This article examines the influence of Islam on classical Nusantara literature, focusing on the transformation of values, themes, and forms of literature as Islamic civilization entered Nusantara in the 13th century. Islam not only brings religious teachings, but also influences culture, including literature, by aligning Islamic teachings with local traditions. This research uses methods of qualitative analysis with a historical-critical approach. Classical Nusantara literary texts that reflect Islamic influences, such as epics, poems, stories, and poetry, are the main source of data. Content analysis is conducted to identify Islamic themes, language usage, and literary styles that reflect Islamic influence. In addition, historical studies are conducted to understand the context of the arrival of Islam and its interaction with local cultures. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide a better understanding of how Islam influences classical Nusantara literature, as well as the process of cultural acculturation between Islam and Nusantara traditions.
